Description of Work: Chris did a great job of cleaning up or large front yard. There were about 10 recycle bags full of leaves and mostly pine straw and pine cones which he gathered up and set at the curb for us.

Description of Work: They were backed up so they gave us a period of time when they would be able to perform the job. We came home one day and they had come and went. We weren't notified that they were coming that particular day. I don't like people on my property without a heads up. I am doubtful that we got the 5 cubic feet of mulch that we paid for. I had 3 cubic feet delivered once and it was more than that. We still had the gutter drains showing thru the mulch.

Well, I am certainly sorry you feel my services were horrible. You purchased the deal for mulch after it had been running for over a week and I had already sold over 30 mulch jobs. I sent you an email through Angie's List when you purchased the mulch and informed you it would be the end of May before I could get it to you. I did not hear back from you for several days so I sent you another message on May 3rd. asking if waiting till the end of May would be ok. You responded yes. On Friday May 22nd I sent you another email letting you know I would be doing the mulch Tuesday May 26th or Wednesday May 27th. You never informed me that you did not want me on your property if you were not home. As I am not a mind reader yet I did not know it would not be ok to mulch your yard if you were not home. So, I mulched your yard when I told you I would. As for the quantity of mulch. I purchased 5 cubic YARDS of mulch like the deal was for. I was the one who purchased the mulch and I was the one who installed the mulch. I assure you it was five cubic yards. Of the over 40 mulch deals I have sold no one else has accused me of bringing less than three yards of mulch. I'm sorry you feel you were not given the 5 yards of mulch you purchased. I would suggest in the future be very clear to your contractors that you must be home when the service is performed. Had you stated that to me I would have been happy to schedule a time when you were home so you could have watched me work and seen just how much mulch was delivered and spread. As for the price I am sorry you feel it was not a good deal. I have not had that response from any of my other customers. As you can read from my other reviews everyone else has thought $249 for five yards of mulch delivered and installed was a great price. This also goes for the quality, responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism. I'm sorry you feel you had such a horrible experience. Description of Work: We had all our landscaping in front of our home removed to get ready for new a new design and plantings. We also had an extensive amount of brush cut way back in our backyard. Our bkyard is a wooded lot....love it or hate it😍😖 we hired them back (add'l cost) to plant flowers/landscaping in the front. They did an awesome job and I would definitely hire them again and refer to our friends.
