Description of Work: We have used TechMedx for years. They can always fix our computer and they've done other work wiring wireless to reach down to our barn so we could have internet there. Shawn and Dawn are great. I highly recommend them and often give out their number to other friends looking for good computer/electronics service. Shawn has gotten my computer fixed when I couldn't. He's been a life saver. Great company.

Description of Work: TechMedX is a very competent, knowledgeable, skilled group and very personable with whom to deal. They always taken care of any issues that we have had with our computers. I just tell them what won't work, and they can fix the problem, often times remotely. Recently, Shawn just put in a new Modem and rooter. Also, they know the best equipment to be used!

 + -1 moreCompany, Shawn in particular, are great. Prompt, responsive, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Shawn has efficiently resolved my issues while explaining what caused the problems. He also has provided suggestions for protecting my system but with zero pressure on any sort of upgrades, etc. I'd like to find someone like this to work with on all my contractor needs.

It's been a few days since the repair was completed and I've put our PC through every sort of task and it's working perfectly. Thanks to Shawn it's as good as new. In short we could not have asked for better support and I highly recommend this company to you.
Description of Work: Our home Pc runs Windows 10 and thanks to a corrupted update we were locked out of our profile. That meant no address book for e-mail, no access to subscription services, and being unable to save any work.
