Mr. Rosales is a true professional. We first talked over the phone and then the following day he came to the house, took measurements of the space, and asked me exactly what I wanted. He gave me a reasonable/ fair quote on the spot. After talking it over with my spouse, we agreed to hire him. The day of the project he arrived on time, was very polite and friendly (so was his staff). They started working on the project right away. They brought rags to cover my carpet and minimize dust and worked for 2 days straight only to stop very briefly for a quick lunch. After the work was done, Mr. Rosales and his team cleaned up, put away their tools and removed all trash from the area. I was very happy with his work that I will be hiring him for another project very soon. The carpentry work he did for us was amazing! I am super happy and highly recommend Rosales Carpentry. I have dealt with other people and they were not so experienced or they were over priced or they were slow, or they did not deliver what they said they would, or they quoted me one thing and at the end of the project tried to charge me more. Needless to say, it was a one time deal with those contractors and not good review from my part. Mr. Rosales did not do any of these things. He is honest and fair. That's why I will hire him again and again. Do the same- you will be happy.

They completed the work to my satisfaction. I was able to ask questions and check the progress without issue. The quality of the work was good. There were higher quotes, and lower quotes, but I ended up choosing him because he seemed to know his business and the price was within the range. I would recommend him as it was a job well done (replace ceiling fan, clean gutters, patch outdoor tile grout, replace hose connection to wall, repair leak, paint bathroom).

The quality of his work is good, and his team know what they are doing from the initial small closet built. He arrived as scheduled and made sure that the work completed as discussed. His price for the project was ok. The back-window project after a few months, I found that this project needed more attention as the same vapor in the window remain an issue. Note: I refused to pay the credit card fee as asked, and he was unable to provide small materials receipts, and wanted to leave most of the trash with me at a town house like the replaced toilet.

I contacted Mr. Rosales (via telephone & email) & sent him a listing of several jobs to be done at my home (many small & a few large jobs for the future). At the moment I told him that I needed the small jobs done first -- such as: finish off drywall in a small utility closet, tighten screws in a ceiling fan, put up a small wire utility rack, put in two small shelves approximate dimensions of 13 inches by 11.5 inches, and do touch up painting on the ceiling in several places. Mr. Rosales was suppose to arrive at 9am and he sent me an email that he would be arriving at 9:30 am. He arrived at 9:30 am with an additional worker which I assumed was an apprentice because of the way the was giving him guidance in Spanish. I was providing all the materials, however, Mr. Rosales told me he could not use them -- i.e. the ceiling paint, the drywall materials which I already had. He said he had to leave to purchase another type of ceiling paint and a larger piece of drywall. He was gone about an hour. He returned and finished up the work around 4pm. I called a friend during this time & told them how I felt for two people it was taking a very long time to do these small jobs. Mr. Rosales told me that I owed him $650 for these four jobs. I told him that I read his webpage which indicated he may charge up to $76.99 per hour. I told him I had already calculated his webpage rate and the 6.5 hrs and it should not be more than $494.00 . He told me that I was paying for two workers (which I was not told in advance) and I also owed him for the additional materials he purchased for $66. He showed me the receipt and I laid it on my table to keep for my records (however, the receipt was not on my dining room table after Mr. Rosales left). Since I paid for those materials I want that receipt mailed to me. I told him quite firmly that I was not happy being charged $650 for such minor repairs. He said he could "give a discount" on the next job which I told him I would not be hiring him in the future. I paid him with a check and credit card, however, I will most definitely not recommend him or ever hire him again. It is outrageous to charge this much money for such minor jobs. I feel I was extremely taken advantage of.

This was the second time we used Mr. Rosales and he did not disappoint. The granite back splash he installed in our kitchen is beautiful. We also had him paint and install a hot tub on our deck. The work was done timely and professionally. We will be using Mr. Rosales services again in the near future. We strongly recommend this company.

They're much less expensive than a couple of others I had estimate the job.

Mr. Rosales was prompt, cleaned up at the end of his projects and completed everything on time. He removed old kitchen backsplash and replaced with new tile, removed old storage cabinets, and attached them to wall in garage and set dishwasher in place as the original installers failed to attached it properly. Also set in place replacement hardwood floors where cabinets had been.

Mr. Rosales arrived on time, was very professional and got the job done. My wife ordered a garage ceiling storage online and two other companies said it was to difficult to install. We are already looking for other projects for Mr. Rosales to do. If you need any home improvements I recommend Mr. Rosales. Job well done.

Removed rotted wood and replaced with plastic, bought paint and repainted to match, reattached downspouts and gutters. Came on time and price was 35% less than competitive bid.

Arrived on time and did outstanding work on roof, repaired chimney, installed 2 attic vents, and recaulked all existing roof vents.

Mr. Rosales and his assistant worked on six small jobs for us. He was very skilled and tidy. I plan on having him back in the near future to work on several other projects.

Excellent doesn't begin to describe Mr. Rosales work. He is very professional as is his work. He arrived when he said he would & accurately estimated how long it would take to complete the jobs. He had to cutout some wall & ceiling to find the leaks yet when he finished you could not tell that there had been any holes. He cleaned up everything afterward. I highly recommend him if you need work done. We will be using him again.

Mr. Rosales arrived on time each day with his assistants. He fixed Sliding Bedroom Doors, Closet Accordian Door, Exterior step wooden handrails, plugged numerous woodpecker holes on the cedar wood siding, repaired cracks and painted down a staircase, and two rooms. He repaired rust on a bathrub overflow. He fixed repairs that others over the years said could not be fixed. He and his assistants did a great job. I am hiring him for a powerwash job also. I would hire him again.

Barnabe is easy to work with, amenable to changes (additions, deletions). He cares about his work, does quality work. I have recommended him to several neighbors and my parents. In a sea of contractors...make sure you keep this ones number.
