Mr. Rosales was very professional. I hired him to install an attic floor for storage. He raised the floor in the attic before installing the subfloor for proper installation. He completed the work in attic exactly how I wanted it. I would also like to note, he was very clean installing drop clothes all through the house and picked up everything after he left. I have Mr. Rosales business card and will be using him for future projects. Price was very reasonable.

We contracted with Mr. Rosales to have him install 19 recessed lighting fixtures and associated light/dimmer switches. Mr. Rosales and his crew were diligent, hard-working, staying long hours to get the work finished in just two days. They cleaned up after themselves and took care of everything with little need of direction and guidance. The finished project was beautiful and the lights look and function, wonderfully. We would use Mr. Rosales again in a heartbeat for any other future projects.

Mr. Rosales completed many small projects for us in a short amount of time, including fixing and replacing some floor tiles, repairing some drywall, and fixing some closet doors and shelves. He was fast, efficient, courteous, and thorough, and completed all of the work for a very reasonable price.

Mr. Rosales did an excellent job on a multitude of projects: patching and painting drywall, installing a range hood, installing a bathroom vent fan, freeing up stuck windows, modifying faucets with anti-siphon valves, etc. On his final workday, our clothes dryer had stopped working and we needed help installing another dryer. He took time out of his schedule to get the replacement dryer working! Mr. Rosales is very pleasant, knowledgeable, and prompt. He has my highest recommendation!

Mr. Rosales is a very able, upbeat craftsman. I have used him for four different services on four different occasions. Two great jobs were installing a new MW oven AND exhaust fan in our kitchen, helping us choose and then installing a new countertop. The other two were replacing the drywall ceiling of our long porch and installing four canister spotlights, a ceiling, and an attic exhaust fan. At all times, he was a conscientious professional who took pains to clean all construction debris. When he brought helpers, the teams were also polite and careful about our improving our home. I can find no instance where the quality of his materials or his pricing was unreasonable. I hope to engage his services again soon ������ when you are not using him!
