They did more than we required

Pleasure working with Toney. We scheduled a meeting shortly after I had contacted Home Advisor. We resolved my requirements for my yard cleanup. His crew arrived on time and did a professional job. I had no complaints. I plan on using his service in the future.

Toney was great. He came out to the house to give us an estimate for edging, leaf removal, mulching, trimming, and generally making the house pop. We wanted to beef up the curb appeal before the house went on the market and he fit the bill. They were able to get out there within 2 days and do everything necessary right down to weeding the flower beds before putting down mulch. He also had some long term suggestions for plantings. Great experience, if a bit more pricey than I expected. It's been a while since we've hired anyone for landscaping and the prices have gone up a bit.

You will not find a better professional service for yard clean-up than this team. They did a fantastic job on a very cold day and we were EXTREMELY pleased. Courteous, detail oriented, and hard working all they way around!

I believe that the cost were a little out of line, but I accepted it because I needed it done with in 2 days. It was completed in my time frame. Spoke with Toney and was going to send men back out to do small item punch list.

We loved our entire experience with Acclaim Home Services. Of the multiple providers we received estimates from, Toney was far and away the most knowledgeable and the most thoughtful listener and respectful partner in the process. He actually came by 3 times before the work began, first to give an estimate, second to refine the estimate after we asked about the possibility of doing something else (ultimately we decided not to do the something else after he looked again at our yard and said he wouldn't recommend it), and last to confirm everything before they got started. I cannot stress enough how much more comprehensive is his knowledge of all things landscaping and architecture than other people who do similar work, and that expertise really made a difference. Ray and Dionel did the majority of the work and they were excellent communicators as well as being overall friendly, knowledgeable and courteous professionals. The day after the project was done, but before the final walkthrough, we realized a very small area, a couple inches wide, on the back side of one of our deck posts hadn't gotten stained. Dionel returned while we were at work and took care of it immediately. In the past we have of course always hired contractors whom we liked, but then sometimes the crews the contractors sent to do the work turned out not to be especially considerate. We definitely did not have that issue here. That's not to say Toney was absent. He stopped by a couple times during the project and also met with us when it was complete. He spent time educating us on how to keep everything up, how to know when the plants need more more or less watering, when to prune, etc. It is clear he has a sense of pride in the work his team did for us, and he wants us to enjoy it for the long haul. He also reminded us that everything is under warranty, but I feel confident we won't need to invoke that. We are not interested in learning to do home maintenance or upgrades ourselves, so we've worked with A LOT of contractors in the 10 years we've lived in Alexandria. Acclaim Home Services is definitely at the very top of that list and we would recommend them without hesitation to anyone.

Acclaim Services did a great job of giving me and my wife what we wanted for our home. We really wanted to add a deck to our town home. Acclaim was able to do this with quality material that we love. They also completed the deck in a fair amount of time. We are very thankful for Acclaim Services.

They repaired a ceiling that collapsed due to AC drainage failure. Overall, they did a very good job. They kept the job site as clean as possible during the work and did an excellent job cleaning afterwards (a nightmare after any drywall work).

An old-fashioned company when it comes to customer service. The owner is honest, reliable, and professional. Looking forward to using them for future projects.
