He eliminated malware that had been spying on me that I was unaware of, cleaned out viruses , and old , ineffective protection software, and installed newer, better security software. Very professional! Came right out and got right to work. Took my laptop apart made several checks. Unfortunately, after checking the battery, memory, and connections he verified that the motherboard was fried and he couldn't fix it. Because of that he didn't charge me anything.
