David is a pro from the start! He came to fix what I thought was a glitch in my upgrade to Windows 10 and a revert back to 8.1. It was so much more! He showed me that my whole computer had been hacked. He explained everything he did and why he did it. He took the time to get the required elements to give me back my fully functioning and hack-free computer. I am sold on this company! He is trustworthy and fair--a good man and a good company! You won't be disappointed!

David got here very quickly after a month of failed troubleshooting by another company. Trouble shooting turned into replacing both computer and monitor for the second time in 30 days. He built a computer for me that, thus far, has been very good. Getting my data transferred was challenging and is not yet perfect. I have signed up for his remote services which is great because he does not have to be here to address my issues. I thought his charges for labor were very reasonable and the hardware was decent. I am still waiting for some help in getting my Outlook and Calendar in my preferred format, but I have faith that David will come through. He is an intelligent and well-mannered technician who does take the time to explain what he is doing. I am a tough grader, and I highly recommend him.

I spoke to David who helped me through the diagnosis of my computer! Extremely Kind and very helpful! They won't follow you up with a hefty bill. There prices are good and completely fair basing on the services they provide! I would recommend them to anyone.

David, my technician, was great. I put in a request for upgrading my computer on Home Advisor on Friday and my computer was upgraded at my home on Saturday. David was very professional and explained everything and more to me about what would work best to get the best performance out of my computer. Based on his advice, I will be building my next computer from individual components. When I do that, I will be calling them to make sure everything will work together and to put that computer together. I highly recommend using this company for any of your personal computer needs.

It was wonderful working with ProTech. David came out within hours of my call for help. Our entire network had crashed. He was determined to find the problem since we had checked and rechecked everything before calling him. He worked his expertise figured out the causes of several issues and got them fixed and had us all back up and running again. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Customer service was the best. He he even called back the next day to make sure everything was still going well and there weren't any more problems. I would definitely be using him again.
