Dr Glass Window Washing

Once again, Jon and his crew did an outstanding job. They thoroughly cleaned four floors of windows on a town-home, in one afternoon. We used them in 2014 and were very happy happy with the result. I plan to use them again next year.

Outstanding! Dr.Glass is the most outstanding professional window washer I've ever experienced. Nathan is an awesome window cleaner in every respect. I would highly recommend them to everyone who wants clean sparkling windows and screens.

Getting an estimate and scheduling the job wa very easy. The crew arrived on time, was polite, careful, and efficient. Everything was thoroughly cleaned. When they left, the only evidence that they had been there, was a brighter house with sparkling Windows. It was a big job, including 7 sliding glass doors, 8 unusually shaped Windows, 24 casement windows, 3 skylights, and 11 door-sized Windows.

It went extremely well! There was a team of 5 cleaners that spent 30 minutes cleaning windows inside and out, using ladders and special chemicals on window that were very soiled.

We purchased an older two story home with a large family room addition and a sunroom addition. Unfortunately, that means not just a lot of windows but a mix of window styles - casement, double hung, sliding, about 10 storm windows and then there are a couple of basement windows (one of them being an egress window) and a bay window -- a complete hodgepodge. Tim's staff showed up on time, thoroughly cleaned all the windows inside and out without any problems at all, and didn't track any mess or dirt into or around my house. I was very impressed and will use them again.

Excellent communication from estimate to scheduling. Two professional gentlemen arrived on scheduled date and time. They were very respectful of property and removed their shoes while working inside. Windows look crystal clear. Will definitely use again.

Owner, Tim, was quick to return my call, was quite thorough in explaining what the service would entail and promptly provided an estimate by looking at the house using a satellite image. John and his crew of three men showed up within the promised two hour window. They were appropriately dressed, respectfully polite and professionally competent. I walked them through the house - they put on blue cloth shoe covers when inside. They worked two hours on 12 windows with storms and screens, and did a fantastic job! The windows have never been so clean - they sparkle. The surrounding wood on each window and sash were also scrubbed clean. Everything inside the house that they touched or moved out of the way is back exactly as it was before they arrived and in the same condition. I've used cheaper window cleaning services and got what I paid for. In my humble opinion, Dr. Glass Window Washing is worth every cent.

Tim Poly (owner) responded to my request for service in a timely manner and sent me a written quote for service. Jon and his helper arrived on time and did a great job (as usual). I have used them several times before and ALWAYS get great service. Would definitely recommend them!

Perfection! From making the first initial contact with the office for an estimate to the team who arrived at the house to clean the windows. Everyone was professional! The team took great care to keep the inside of the house clean and not track dirt into the house. Everything is sparkling. I will use Dr. Glass again. They even fixed a broken glass in a window pane for a reasonable additional charge.

Very smooth experience. I contacted Dr Glass and got an estimate over the phone as Tim used Google earth to view my home. The work was performed a few days later. His two-man crew arrived on time and very efficiently began the job. The crew did an exceptionally good job.

The team worked continuously until the job was finished. The windows absolutely sparkle and everything was put back in its place. The crew could not have been more professional and courteous. The crew arrived right on time and got right to work. They removed their shoes when entering the house. They moved a few items that were in the way and removed all the screens and storm windows. Cleaned everything to my complete satisfaction and put everything back. When they left, they took all the dirt from the windows with them. Other than having crystal clear windows, you could not tell that they were there. I use them all the time.

Fantastic. This is our second time using Dr. Glass. They really do a fantastic job and the results are amazing. You don't realize how gunky and hazy your windows/screens are until they're cleaned and the outside jumps back at you. We're looking forward to the fall season and watching the leaves drop from our newly cleaned windows.

Windows were so clean that some people thought there was no glass. I would recommend him to anyone that ask.

I called early July to schedule window cleaning and settled on a date in late July. The estimate was based on an outside view of house and my description of the number of windows. They confirmed with us the day before and the the fellow that came, called to say he was on the way. He was alone, but our house is not extremely large. He went straight to work and had all the tools needed. He was extremely neat and removed his shoes when he came in the house. I highly recommend this business and will again next year. So nice to have clean windows again!

Very punctual, came with a 4 person crew and all the ladders/equipment needed. A lot of work but the windows are spotless, included the screens and having to deal with some window well covers. Definitely use again
