Jesus Rivas was excellent to work with. He was always available via cell phone and was present at our house throughout the job, completed by him personally with one other very skilled worker. Jesus identified additional repair work needed beyond the original chimney repairs we had planned for, but he presented a reasonable solution at a reasonable cost and did a great job executing it. The brick work is beautiful. We highly recommend Jesus and J&F.

Jesus Rivas and J&F were phenomenal. Originally, we were looking just to have someone do some tuck pointing in our crawl space on some mortar that had deteriorated. When Jesus came out he said he could do that, but that we might have a bigger problem on another part of our foundation. We had a structural engineer out to confirm this. This is something that would not have been found if Jesus hadn't pointed it out. Jesus gave us a reasonable price corrected the issues with the foundation, and upgraded the drainage around our house so we will never have problems again.

Jesus Rivas is top notch! He showed up on time for the free estimate. He followed through when he said he would. He offered a reasonable rate for raising a corner of my addition that had sunk about 6 inches. He showed up for work on time and finished on time (even early!). No surprises and very honest! Everything was cleaned up after the project & looked even better than when they started. I highly recommend him.

J & F Construction was simply the best. Met Jesus Rivas at the job site and discussed what was needed to repair paver side walk. Jesus was professional and provided sound advice on the approach to complete the job. The final product was better than the original side walk. The cost was very reasonable, job was completed on time, quality of work was outstanding. Very trustworthy company. I will use J&F Construction for all future projects. Good communication, was actually early for the appointment time, arrived to do the job when he said they would. Very good quality work. Overall, very pleased with them.
