Best Quality Cleaners Services

This is the second time I have used Best Quality Cleaning Service and will not be the last. My 2 dog house is clean thanks to them. Great Job!

Another deal we bought through the site that we were pretty happy with. Maria is very responsive and her team was punctual and professional. There was a lack of clarity over payment after the work was performed (was under the impression that they could just automatically bill the remainder against the card used to buy the deal, but no, had to be cash or check, neither of which we had on us...), but that’s something Angie’s List should fix and enhance so I’m not going to hold it against BQC.

These ladies are fantastic. I am a regular, so they call me to confirm appointments. They come in, they're polite, efficient and they get the job done really well. I'm please every time. I recommend them every chance I get.

After identifying dates in my initial email i spoke with the provider and the dates were booked. On the day of service i arranged for the day off work as it was a gift for a family member and the plan was to surprise them with a clean house while they were out of town. After waiting 30 mins post scheduled arrival time i called to find out what the issue was. The service provider then told me i was mistaken and had not scheduled for that day but on a different day. As the date they identified was never mentioned or provided in any of our correspondence i was confused as to where it came from. After an approximately a 15 min discussion where i was repeatedly told it was my mistake and they would not be able to reschedule for at least a week i gave up and called another company. I then provided a copy of our correspondence with our original date identified and showed there was no mention of the dates they had me scheduled for in our correspondence. No service was provide.

I am really not the type or one to give poor reviews. The only reason I decided to write one was because this was my first time using Angie's list and when searching for cleaning services again in hopes to find a service company that performed a job well done, I saw that "Best Quality Cleaners" had an A rating, which I find totally misleading. They did such a poor job! I honestly don't even know what they did. The few things I asked them to do (vacuum and mop my hardwood floors) they didn't do. And made no attempt to go above and beyond, even when I informed Maria I was looking for a bi-weekly cleaning service.

The girls did a great job getting everything cleaned. They also cleaned the fridge and stove. Bathrooms were spotless. Many thanks!

These ladies are magnificent - I like them so much I've become a regular customer, and they are fantastic. They clean quickly, efficiently and I'm always happy they've come. They worked with me on schedule, and needs, and priced the service commensurately. I'm extremely happy, and would recommend them in a second to anyone!

The 2 employees were courteous and nice. Gave a C rating on punctuality because original appt. date and time was missed - their mistake. I had initiate a call to confirm time and had to accept a later time.

As a SWM with 2 dogs, my house was a mess. They did a FANTASTIC job cleaning. They even did the outside sliding glass door with all the paw and nose prints. Will 100% hire them again.

The recent time I used them, the cleaning lady did not tell me that there was a problem and that she broke sliding door on the shower. It came off the hinges. I called the company and told them about it, and they said they would send her back out and fix it, but I told them no. I had someone else fix and I am sending the bill to Best Quality Cleaning. I also didn't like the fact that they didn't ask me if the product they were using was okay to use in my home.

The cleaning went fine. The crew was efficient. I rated low on punctuality because the crew arrived much later than the specified time window because a bigger prior job delayed them.

Excellent, we are repeat customers and highly recommend BQC to friends and family. They're top notch for housecleaning and very responsive to requests for cleaning priorities, etc. The team will also use products that the homeowner specifies for certain surfaces (ie hardwood) so that's a relief!

Noticeable improvement in the condo. The cleaners were very efficient and detail oriented. The only detail missed was cleaning behind the fridge.

It was good but I did not like when they put trash on my ceiling light cover where I place all of the screws for the light figure in that cover. Because they put trash in my ceiling light cover now I lost all of those screws and I had to purchase a new ceiling light.

Left long before the scheduled duration of cleaning. Left several spots untouched.

The two women that arrived at my home were friendly and incredibly thorough. They conducted the "deep home cleaning" that I had purchased and didn't miss a spot or hurriedly rush through the process. They did a wonderful job and I will definitely hire Best Quality Cleaners again in the future.

I called for a last minute cleaning around Christmas time and the ladies came next day and cleaned my 3 level town home with no complaints.

I was very satisfied with the service provided by Luz and her helper. When they arrived, I showed them around the apartment and mentioned a few specific things. They were thorough and pleasant, and to my amazement, they moved all the contents of the frig and freezer so that EVERY surface was spotless: including shelves, door shelves, and under the drawers. Then, without my even thinking to ask, Luz washed the inside and outside of the balcony sliding door, which needed it badly. There was one glitch: When the company's owner, Maria, called to confirm the appointment the night before, neither of us thought to confirm the address, with the result that the two ladies first appeared at a Vienna address (I live in Reston!) Maria called to say they were at my door, and when they weren't, we cleared up the confusion, and they appeared within a half hour. It was only now, when I was belatedly reviewing a previous cleaning service, that I noticed that my address on that review site was the totally wrong Vienna one. But whenever that company had cleaned my condo in the past, they came to my correct address in Reston. I reported the address error to Angie's immediately by phone on the day of the Best Cleaners service, and the person I talked to had no idea how this glitch happened.
