Description of Work: I had to push my date back to 6/17 vice 6/16. And I made it clear that I was NOT comfortable with the cleaners arriving while I was not there to clean, the schedule just kept pushing until I relented and gave them the code to my door. I was ALSO VERY clear that they were NOT to begin before a certain time. Imagine when I recieved a phone call from my alarm company because they DID arrive early!! Scheduler was also very argumentative and challenged what was agreed to . I wrote down our conversation so I would ensure that I recieve what I was told. Furthermore, instead of 2 maids for several hours, they through in another maid and they were done within an hour. WHILE I WAS NOT HOME TO SUPERVISE THEIR CLEANING!! When I arrived at my home, the cleaners had been waiting for me for already 15 minutes. They were not happy, I was not happy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!

Description of Work: While the quality was good and the ladies who performed the service were nice, I specifically asked that they change the sheets (one of their standard services) but they left with the stacks of clean sheets left on the beds. If you are a new client, beware of having the last appointment of the day. I was and after they started cleaning, they will told me that they ran out of time. After leaving, I never heard from them again.

Description of Work: Overall, the cleaning service was good but the price was too high. Not a good value compared to what I paid in Alexandria, a much more expensive location.

Description of Work: I bought an Angie's List deal for a whole-house cleaning, including the inside of the oven and fridge. This is the first cleaning service I have ever tried and I had a great experience. A team of three finished my four-bedroom house in 1.5 hours. They were punctual, very nice, and got right to work. They cleaned all surfaces, floors, the bathrooms, and fronts of appliances. The only downsides were that they left a few items out of place (not a problem because I was happy to know they moved chairs and cleaned under them) and one of the handles on our cabinets downstairs was bent (probably a result of the vacuum cord catching on it). We would definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: 3 bdrm 4 ba townhouse in Sterling...cleaned top to bottom...great job...dusted blinds, window sills, baseboards throughout the house, scrubbed showers, cleaned kitchen including stove (i think they wld hv cleaned the fridge if i'd asked), basement family room, etc...really did a nice job of cleaning up all the hardwoods

Description of Work: Deep clean of kitchen and baths - sadly neglected since I broke my hip - plus dusting everywhere, as I requested, and a general vacuuming. All three young women were delightful. I will certainly ask then to return to help me spring clean in the future.

Description of Work: My experience with this vendor was very positive. They got back to me within 24 hours of my initial contact, and we were able to arrange a mutually agreeable time for the cleaning crew to come over. On the day of the service, traffic snarls delayed the crew, but I was informed in a timely manner. Communication with the owner and the crew was excellent at all times. The crew was VERY thorough with their cleaning--especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. At the end of their service, I did a walkthrough with the crew leader and was very impressed with their job. All in all, a positive experience! Thanks!

Maria calls me the evening before to see if I want anything special done and how was the service the previous time. I really like that contact.

Description of Work: We just purchased a home in Purcellville and wanted a move in deep cleaning. I contacted Maria by phone to discuss rates and availabilty and she was very responsive. She returned my phone call and left a message. When she did not reach me immediately she called again later the same day to see how she could help me. I am very impressed with this level of customer service! I am very pleased with the service I received and will call Best Quality Cleaners again!
