Description of Work: They provided an accurate estimate, purchased paint and other supplies, painted about 3/4 of the rooms in our house, moved all furniture and replaced everything as they found it, cleaned up and were very responsive in their communication with us.

Description of Work: Interior painting of rooms, walls, ceilings, etc. over a three week period. I had a lot of work to be done. They repaired ceilings, installed doors, removed all existing paneling and molding, installed drywall to walls, installed new molding and trim. They did an excellent job! They had a "can do" attitude and made sure everything was perfect. They were punctual, friendly, professional, accommodating, courteous, very respectful of our home and of us. The team, employer and staff were a pleasure to do business with. I will be using them for another project next month. I am thrilled to have found them and will recommend them to all of my friends and colleagues without hesitation.

Description of Work: Williams repainted all the trim on our windows and doors and refinished, stained, and coated our custom double mahogany front doors. Initially the workmen seemed to misunderstand what quality we required. When I involved management, all issues were totally resolved to my satisfaction.

Description of Work: They were able to come in and paint the bedroom with less than one weeks notice. It was a bit pricey, but I chalk that up to the short turn on the job. The painter came about 8:30 a.m. and finished up about 3 p.m. A helper joined him to move the furniture, but it was one painter on the job for the bedroom. They completely cleaned up behind them and did a wonderful job. We'll definitely be looking to hire them for the ceilings when we're ready to finish our painting.

It was agreed that the broken window, and a separate small exterior job they needed to redo, would be completed in the spring with warmer weather. I called three different times over the span of April-August and spoke to the owner. The last time I called, mid August, he assured me the work would be done within two weeks. By Labor Day we had received no calls to schedule and the window was still broken. Finally, a foreman called and scheduled a time to come fix the window and attend to this other task. He arrived punctually, was apologetic, repaired the window, tended to the other task and even went out of his way to draw a map of our roof to indicate where two shingles were missing. I appreciated his kindness and professionalism.
Description of Work: They painted 7 rooms, 2 hallways and 2 bathrooms in our 4500 square foot home.

WHEN THERE WAS A PROBLEM ON ONE WALL, JUSTIN WAS CALLED & HE CAME OUT TO INSPECT. HE HAD THE PROBLEM FIXED THE NEXT DAY & THE CREW DID EXTRA WORK. THEY PAINTED THE KITCHEN CEILING AT NO COST. I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK & WORK ETHICS, TIMELINESS, RESPONSIVENESS, ETC. I HAVE SINCE USED THEIR SERVICES SEVERAL TIMES. ADDL INTERIOR PAINTING WAS DONE LAST YR. & LAST MONTH THEY REPAINTED THE HOUSE EXTERIOR. JUSTIN WAS GOOD ENOUGH TO RECOMMEND A COLOR AND GET APPROVAL FROM THE HOA. NOW THAT IS SERVICE! WHEN I NEED MORE WORK DONE, JUSTIN LAMPERT AT WILLIAM PROFESSIONAL PAINTING WILL GET THE CALL.
Description of Work: PAINTED THE LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM, KITCHEN, FOYER AND MASTER BEDROOM WALLS AND THE TRIM IN EACH ROOM.
