We weren’t disappointed. Tunc delivered the project in about a month, and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. Because he builds houses, Tunc has access to fair-priced cabinets and other materials, and has a good selection of granite and flooring in his showroom. Because Tunc doesn’t use subs, we also didn’t have to wait for workers to be available, and his workers were always friendly and professional. If you can build an entire house, a kitchen isn’t a big lift. Because Tunc doesn’t use subs, we also didn’t have to wait for workers to be available, and his workers were always friendly and professional. We waited many years to re-do our 1980s kitchen because we were afraid it would cost too much and take too long. Tunc resolved both of those fears. I would encourage anyone to contact him for a quote.

We interviewed 4 contractors for our complete kitchen remodel. It was an easy choice after meeting with Tunch. He understood and complied with our budget, wants and needs. Tunch is a hands on owner/contractor and his crew was professional, courteous, on time and and most importantly competent. Our project crew chief Johnny was easy to work with and made sure our concerns and/or questions where addressed promptly. Tunch listens to what you want. He will also give his opinion and expert advice on design and products to help you stay on budget or enhance the overall look you want to achieve. There's no running around looking for cabinets, tile, counter tops, flooring etc... He handles all of this for you. Construction and remodel details: kitchen gutted to the studs, 2 doorways enlarged, new dry wall, paint & baseboard, tile floor, (carried the tile floor into the adjoining entry way) added 14 dimming recessed lights, gas and water lines moved to accommodate new location of the stove, sink and refrigerator, new cabinets and added additional cabinetry to areas where no cabinets existed (this included wrapping the cabinets from the galley into the dining room, built in china cabinet and a phone/message center), quartz counter tops, ceramic tile back splash and under counter LED lighting. We are in love with our 'New Kitchen'. We HIGHLY recommend using Ultimate Remodel.

The service and the result was great. They completed both bathrooms in two weeks (not including the time for the custom glass shower door). The staff was professional and on time every day. The quality of the work was superb and I'm very pleased with the results. I strongly recommend this company.

We are very pleased with the work performed by Ultimate Remodel. From the beginning, Tunc (the owner) was highly responsive, provided a competitive price, and was terrifically helpful with helping us think through the project and develop our ideas. We love the result! The construction process was the best we have experienced, and we've done two home additions and previous kitchen work. In particular, the electrician and plumber were always available when needed, as opposed to other situations where these folks were subcontractors whose lack of availability delayed progress on the project. We've noted many places where previous contractors had cut corners and Ultimate Remodel did not. And every time we raised an issue, it was resolved quickly and appropriately. What more can you ask? We would definitely use Ultimate Remodel again.

My wife and I own an older rambler in Arlington County having a barely functional and unattractive basement bathroom and rec room. Before selecting Ultimate Remodel, we met with other remodel contractors. Ultimate Remodel was the only contractor that came close in understanding what we needed, providing innovative design and concepts with an exceptionally competitive price. We met with Tunch, the owner, and discussed the various options. He was extremely helpful in providing a very attractive and functional design at a great price. He helped us through the entire design process from tile selection for bathroom (we went with his recommendation) to lighting in the rec room. He worked with us through the design, construction and closure process ensuring the work was up to our and his standards. Cruz the project foreman, the master carpenter and plumber, was exceptional in the construction phase. He provided some innovative real time solutions to potential problems as well as some improvement we did not even consider. His work was that of a true craftsman. Friends and family were amazed at the transformation. Soon we are planning to completely remodel the kitchen and bathroom on the main floor and plan to use Ultimate Remodel. In summary Ultimate Remodel provided excellent design with craftsmanship that exceeded our expectations.

Excellent!! Tunch and his crew showed up on time, the project progressed quickly and was done before we thought it would be. Most importantly the work was very high quality and turned out beautifully. Tunch did exactly what we asked and the kitchen and bathrooms are gorgeous. Tunch is very easy to get a hold of by email or phone and gets back to you right away. I never waited more than a few hours to hear from him. He and his brother, who was our project manager, are very quick to respond. We couldn't be more pleased with both the work and the easy process. Also, his prices are very competitive.

Tunc and his team were by far the most competitive for cost and aggressive in completing on time. His team worked on weekends and managed to get done on time and on budget a remodel that he was hamstrung by our schedule. He is was accommodating to change ( we added some additional time work and the size of our new door) and offered advice when needed to turn our bathroom project into a real success.

Best experience we've had to date with a contractor! Excellent experience with Tunch and his crew. We reviewed six estimates for this guest bath remodel and chose Tunch due to his professionalism. He was the only contractor we met with who actually listened to our needs/wants and provided an estimate based on what we discussed. Communication was excellent. Tile and granite recommendations while visiting his showroom were perfect for our needs and taste. We found his crew very personable and professional. They arrived on time each day and cleaned the space at the end of the day so well that that we hardly knew work was in progress. Work was completed as scheduled, and we are very pleased with fit and finish. Highly recommend and plan to use Ultimate Remodel again in near future.

We received 4 different quotes before deciding on Ultimate Remodel LLC and Tunch to complete our bathroom renovation. Ultimate Remodel was competitive with the other quotes we received and Tunch was very easy to work with. Tunch was helpful in our discussions on design and picking materials. The original floor we had picked out was on back order, so we moved forward with another color which was probably a better choice anyways. His crew was courteous and very detail oriented in completing the work to our satisfaction. Halfway through the project we realized that the wrong floor tile was being used. Tunch and his crew made sure to remove and install the correct tile and promised he would do whatever was needed to make sure we were happy with the outcome. Overall it was a good experience and we would not hesitate to use Tunch and his crew again.

Excellent from start to finish! Tunch was receptive from day one. He scheduled a date to review the project at our home and arrived on time. He listened to our thoughts regarding finishing the basement with an office, laundry room, full bath, family room, and storage space and made suggestions about the most functional arrangement. Shortly after our initial meeting, we received an itemized proposal that was appropriately priced for the scope of work. After reviewing several other proposals, we were confident that Ultimate Remodel LLC was the best company for the job. Tunch understood our expectations from the beginning of the project and both he and the crew met them completely. He provided a timeline and maintained it. The crew were conscientious and always friendly. They cleaned up the work site prior to departing each day. Any questions or concerns regarding the project were immediately addressed. We found Ultimate Remodel on Angie’s List and chose them after receiving estimates from other companies for our home renovation. They are without a doubt, one of the best company’s I have ever worked with! Their prices are competitive, and their professionalism and quality of work is exceptional! Ultimate Remodel Owner Tunch is great! He helped guide us as we designed our remodel. He is honest and told us what did and did not need replaced. He was in contact with us on a daily bases regarding the scope of work progression and promptly responded to emails, text messages, and phone calls. We recently moved to the DC area and purchased a home that needed complete renovation (Kitchen/ 2 Bathrooms /Entire first and second floor). We designed the house per our specifications, and Ultimate Remodel ensured our request were met. To be honest, they exceeded our expectations. In addition, Ultimate Remodel was under a time crunch with us because my wife was due to give birth within 6 weeks of the home purchase. Ultimate Remodel was at the house early on a daily basis working. Even with changes and additional upgrades that we requested during the renovation process, Ultimate Remodel completed the entire project within the agreed time frame. Tunch took great care to ensure that the house was ready for us on time for the baby. We will be hiring them to finish our basement. I cannot recommend this company enough! They were a delight to work with and I highly recommend them!

Overall it was a good experience. Contractor stands by his work and will get everything right until you are completely satisfied with the job and that is why I give an excellent. You can't ask for much more than that! Pros - Competitive pricing - Great flexibility in terms of material and fixture selection / customization - Assistance with design and selections - Efficient, clean, and friendly workers - Went above and beyond on certain items - Responsive and will fix all items until satisfied with the job Cons - We really wanted black tile but unfortunately the grouting and sealing process left the tiles with white smears and discoloration. The contractor assured us this will go away with time but also would redo the tile if we wanted. I don't want to rip up the tiles so I'll trust that the smears will go away. I will remove this one negative comment once the discoloration disappears. Not ideal obviously but we appreciate the contractor's response.

We previously used Ultimate Remodel for our master bath. We had a very good experience with that remodel, so when it came time to do our kitchen, Tunch and his Ultimate Remodel crew was our first choice. He listened to our needs and presented a new design that more effectively and efficiently used the space we have. He was patient with us making design choices and gave his opinion when we needed help. His crews were always on time and took care around our home to clean up after themselves. We are very happy with the result, and once again Ultimate Remodel completed our project on time and on budget. We've recommended them to our neighbors and friends and will continue to do so.

This was our first major interior remodel project and we were a bit apprehensive about the process and the disruption (both work full-time.) Happily for us, we selected Ultimate Remodel, LLC, Tunch and his team. Tunch came to the house and talked about what we wanted in a bathroom. We wanted classic baths that will age well. We really appreciated Tunch making sure that we were improving "smart", adding a high-quality bathrooms that would still allow us to get our money out of the house, if we choose to move. After agreeing to the proposal, we met Tunch at the showroom to select finishes for both bathrooms. We went with a few photographs of styles we liked and Tunch narrowed down the choices for us to meet style and budget. Having chosen styles and styles and fixtures, we executed the agreement and they put the product on order. The job started on time. Demolition of our 1950's concrete and tile baths was a LOT of work. I can't say enough good things about Cruz who headed up the construction at our home. Cruz is kind, communicative, and does quality work. I knew that we were in good hands with Cruz working and overseeing the work in both bathrooms. They went above and beyond to accommodate changes and keep us abreast of changes and what was happening next. They even installed heated floor in the downstairs bath where it is cold (on slab.) The projects went very well. We were on time and budget. We not only have two beautiful new bathrooms, but also have identified our contractor for any future remodeling. Thank you.

Great experience. We had been considering a remodel for awhile and had several companies out to the house to give quotes. Tunch was very respectful of our budget and worked with us to make sure we got items that were priorities. We LOVE our new kitchen and floors. Our project began literally the week before the big blizzard and still stayed on schedule. Despite the weather the crew showed up everyday and were wonderful to work with. They work quickly and efficiently but with great attention to detail. They also take great pains to clean up everyday which was really nice and unexpected given the all the work that was being done. I have already recommended them to several friends and we will use them for our next project.

Tunc listened to our ideas, and gave us suggestions to make them better. His design and material selection was exactly what we were looking for. He started the job on time and the work proceeded on schedule -- quick, efficient. Also highly adaptable when unexpected problems arose (the house fault, not his) -- quickly offered alternatives and got the project back on track. We love our new kitchen and bath.

Ultimate Remodel completed a wonderful remodel on the lower level of our 1964 home. This included a completely new bathroom, tile work, and carpentry. We are very pleased with the finished product! This was the third project Ultimate Remodel has completed for us in the past 4 years (2 bathroom renovations upstairs previously). We had Tunc's crew renovate two bathrooms this year involving installing wall and floor tiles, new granite-top cabinetry, new toilet, accessories, and repainting. In both cases, we were thrilled with the results. Tunc was a help from the get-go--ready to give design advice but never pushy. His estimations of start dates, contingent on the arrival of the cabinetry, were as promised, His crew, all friendly and courteous, worked efficiently and with care, completing the bathrooms in less than a week each. Real professionals, they knew what they were doing and delivered an excellent product at a competitive price. I would highly recommend them..

We found Ultimate Remodel on Angie's List, and they came with the highest rating - now we know why. The owner/operator immediately responded to my request for a quote, and was ready to come to our house within the week. We had contacted several other providers, and nobody was as fast or professional as Tunc. We had never done a remodel before, and were concerned about cost, logistics, style etc. Tunc walked us through the entire process, and even talked us out of spending more money than we had to (putting in a fourth bathroom in the basement). This was real proof that we were dealing with a professional who was not just out to maximize profit. Ultimate Remodel's employees were courteous, quick, and very good. Although our house was unavoidably a mess from all the materials and new furniture, the team always took every precaution to shield us from the chaos, and make the house livable. We have an indoor cat that likes to try and run away - and the workers made sure that she was kept inside and safe, despite some serious construction and work. The work was completed quickly, and any outstanding issues (as there always are) were dealt with satisfactorily and without complaint. Ultimate Remodel even went the extra mile and helped us install fixtures that were not expressly delineated in the contract (lighting etc). Tunc told us that he stands behind his work regardless of warranties, and that we should call him if we have an issue a year or two down the line. I cant express enough how this kind of treatment makes a young family feel. I know that my wife will want that bathroom downstairs at some point in the future, and I have no doubt that Ultimate Remodel will be the company we call. To say we were a bit nervous going into the build out of our basement would be a gross understatement. We knew what we wanted but given our budget we were not certain we could have everything we had our hearts set on.. We met with several contractors and despite their assurances we felt uncomfortable moving forward with any of them. We were ready to postpone when we met Tunc of Ultimate Remodel. Within the first 5 minutes of our meeting we knew we found the right contractor. Tunc did not tell us what we wanted to hear but what we needed to hear. His company was able to do more for less since he limited the need to use subcontractors. He spent 2 hours with us and carefully listened to every detail of what we wanted. By the end of that first meeting we not only had the layout we wanted but the upgraded finishes that would greatly enhanced our project. From start to finish the project went smoothly. Tunc walked us through the entire process from the pulling of permits, through the various inspections through the purchase and installation of every appliance. His assistance was invaluable in picking out tile, granite, carpeting and the various fixtures. His crew was friendly, competent and considerate. They went the extra mile in every aspect of the job. Our time was completed on time and on budget. The work performed speaks for itself. Everyone who has seen our basement is totally blown away by the transformation. We talked with three Contractors from Angie's List and his price was comparable to the other bids, we think (the bids were written up differently which made them hard to compare). We went with Ultimate remodel because we felt that Tunch Aydo was the person we wanted to work with. Being comfortable with who we hire was important to us. We made the right decision. We were able to pick out our cabinets and granite at his showroom. Tunch's choice for our backsplash, which we at first thought would be too plain is the perfect choice for our small space. During construction, his crew was punctual, polite, and each day the work area was cleaned up before they left. Tunch stopped by several times to check on the progress and see if we had any questions. Every detail was taken care of right down to making sure all the outlets matched in the room. Everything was completed in 5 days. A week later, Tunch stopped by to see if we were satisfied with the remodel. There were a couple of minor things like a small piece of trim missing and a handle for a secret pull out drawer on the front of the sink that we had forgotten about. His crew returned to fix everything. We are very pleased with our new kitchen. We would certainly hire Tunch and his company again.

We are showing off our fabulous new kitchen to everyone. We had our first big meal, Thanksgiving, just a couple of weeks after completion and are very pleased with the final product. Working with Tunch Aydo has been a pleasure: he is concise, prompt, experienced, flexible and courteous, they completed the project ahead of schedule and were by far the best price (for the high quality) we could find. The kitchen was completely gutted and new everything installed. The cabinets, granite, tile, flooring, paint, and accessories are all high quality and match or expectations fully.
