Ultimate Remodel created a custom design for my new kitchen which included moving utilities and removing and installing walls. They did an amazing job and vastly improved the beauty and functionality of the kitchen. The cabinets, counter tops, and all their materials are top quality. I was impressed with the quality of the workmanship. They were also able to get the work done quickly. I will definitely work with Ultimate Remodel again.

We highly recommend Ultimate Remodel. We have now used them for multiple sizable jobs: refinishing our basement and renovating 2.5 bathrooms. Probably the best review we can give is that we plan to hire them again! For our bathrooms, Tunch was helpful and wonderful to work with. He met with us multiple times to help select materials. We had an ugly bump out in our half bathroom and Tunch came up with a great plan that somehow made the bathroom look larger, even while hiding the bump out. Similarly, in our small master bathroom, he helped pick out materials to make it look so much larger. The crew is also great. They really go above and beyond to ensure a smooth process, and they kept the space very clean even during demolition. The bathrooms were nearly perfect upon completion, so we did not have to spend time and energy negotiating a punch list. The result is 3 bathrooms we really love. We highly recommend!

Could not be more pleased by the quality of work and insightful recommendations by Tunch Aydo that resulted in a kitchen renovation that exceeded our expectations. His crews were highly professional, consistently on time, meticulous in their work and respectful of our townhome. The cabinets, lighting, faucet and all materials are of exceptional quality. He stayed at budget and finished on time. Our punch list was only three items, all resolved in less than a day. Could not be happier.

Excellent work and under time pressure (only five weeks from when we signed contract to the time we had to move back in to house); attention to detail; high-quality materials and obvious pride in craftsmanship. House looks better than when we first moved in, and it was new back then. Would gladly hire Ultimate Remodel again for next project.

Tunc was easy to contact via email. He came to my house and took measurements. He provided a quote that was 2k less than the 4 other quotes I received. The work was completed in 4 days. The bathroom was completely renovated and looks fantastic! I am happy that I went with Ultimate Remodel and will use them in the future.

Our bathrooms turned out beautifully. I gave them a B on price simply because I’m sure I could have gotten a lower price out there but I’m betting the quality would not have been the same. As always in construction there are hiccups along the way and the owner and his crew made everything as smooth as possible and in the end just wanted us to be happy with the product. We are having them quote us for a third bathroom as I type this!

Excellent work ~ I highly recommend Ultimate Remodel. I was referred to them by a colleague about five years ago. I have since used them three times. First, to renovate two half baths and a full bath in 2014. I was impressed with the end product, the crew, their work habits and how careful they were and how clean they kept the construction spaces, and by Tunch, the owner and general contractor. Ultimate remodel provided a cost competitive estimate and landed the contract when i gutted and completely remodeled our kitchen in 2016. They exceeded every expectation and I still LOVE my kitchen. Would not do one thing differently. When it came time to renovate the master bath my expectations were not high because the room is oddly sized with no options to move walls, etc. I have to say I am blown away by what they were able to do with my "wish list" of a large shower, two sinks, toilet and a LARGE shower. From selection of the tiles to design of the room itself Tunch worked to understand what I hoped for and explain what was "possible" or just wouldn't work given the limitations of the budget, room etc. I am blown away by the new bathroom. It is far better than I ever imagined and once again was completed on-time, on budget, by a crew that I trusted in my home.

Renovations included a Guest Bathroom using the original footprint and a more extensive renovation for the Master Bathroom. Ultimate Remodel LLC's owner, Tunch Aydo, was extremely helpful in explaining the projects' designs, suggested materials and details and answering all my questions and concerns in the planning period and throughout both renovations. His crew Alex, Alex and Noel did outstanding work on both bathrooms. They kept me up to date on each day's work and subsquent plans and cleaned up at the end of each day too. Tunch was always available for questions and made site vists throughout the projects. The Master Bathroom renovation was more extensive and Tunch's design maximized the new bathroom space and new walk-in closet. The transformation from what this was to what it is now is outstanding. He kept the projects to the timeline and the budget. I highly recommend Tunch and his company and want to thank him for these beautifully done bathrooms.

Ultimate Remodel installed a half bath in my basement. I couldn't be happier. Tunch was very easy to work with, had great suggestions, and has a great eye for what materials work together to look good. The crew was terrific. Besides doing a great job, they were very accommodating and left the work area clean at the end of the day. I had a great experience and plan to use Ultimate Remodel for future projects.

We need a very dated (1950) bathroom remodeled. It was easy to work with Tunch. He was able to easily interpret what I wanted, made choosing our details easy but didn’t lock us in to the options at his show room (which were beautiful, we only opted for one alternative). Tunch’s team took it down to the studs, did an excellent job rewiring our electrical, putting in new plumbing, and good attention to detail installing the tile. They managed to keep it pretty clean despite the operations which was nice because it the center of our house and highest traffic area. And they completed the whole project in 8 days, as planned. We had a great experience with Tunch and Ultimate Remodel.

Tunc and his team did a great job with our bathroom renovation. Job completed on time and stayed within a very reasonable budget. Tunc helped us with the design, selection of cabinet, flooring, and counter-tops. The kitchen was done ahead of schedule, exactly how we wanted it. His team was punctual, thorough, clean, and happy to go over the work plan and what to expect. I had a minor issue with the hardwood finish, and Tunc immediately sent his team back to re-do it to my liking. One more thing, he talked me out of more expensive choices when they did not fit with the overall project, and clearly was not the type of contractor who would take every opportunity to increase the project cost if he could. I would diffidently hire his services again, and I already refereed him to a friend.

We have recommended them to neighbors who liked our updates and we will call them first when we are ready for a master bath remodel.

It was easy to select materials and plan the process. Work was done in the promised timeframe and according to budget. The crew was pleasant and customer service oriented. A few things were done in a bit of a haste towards the end of workdays but they got fixed as necessary.

Our master bathroom remodel went really well. This was the 2nd time we hired Ultimateremodeling, Mr. Tunc Aydogdu's company to renovate a bathroom. He did a wonderful job on our guest bathroom which needed remodeling due to a water leak and we wanted him to remodel our 22 year old builders grade master bathroom. Mr. Tunc Aydogdu met with us to discuss our remodel. He communicated well and reminded us how his company and crew worked. His crew was very nice and very professional. They made sure the work site was organized and cleaned up everyday. They did amazing work. Tunc was available and very responsive to answering questions and providing pros and cons to decisions we were making. The payment schedule was very reasonable and I feel that the total cost of the project was worth every penny. Outstanding experience from start to finish. Tunc did a great job looking at what we needed done, giving and initial estimate, and then a final price close to the estimate - it changed a bit because of our fixture selections. Very transparent in the pricing process including a showroom stop to pick out counters, vanity style, and shower tile. The crew, led by Alex, was outstanding. Punctual, politie and efficient. They even caught a pre-existing plumbing issue unrelated to what they were working on, but they fixed it whhile finishing their work. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves and finished the project a couple days ahead of schedule. We will absolutely use them again for our kitchen and master bathroom rennovations.
