We couldn't be happier with our new master bath. Tunch did a terrific job working with us on the redsign and choosing material. He provided expert advice regarding the functionality/practicality on our choices which really helped to make our master bath both beautiful and functional. The project was completed on time and on budget. The entire crew was friendly and respectful. They even worked weekends when needed to ensure the project was completed on time. We were so happy with the work and the process that we've already started planning our kitchen remodel with Ultimate Remodel.

We searched through Angie?s List, found the contractors with the best ratings, and read all their reviews, both good and bad. We picked the top three and did a little more searching on some other sources to get any other views on the companies. We got estimates from all three and prices were similar, so we visited the showrooms. What impressed us about Ultimate Remodel was that they do all the granite themselves and Tunch was obviously not just a salesperson and could answer all our questions. We received a lot of ?well that would be extra? or ?I would need to check on that? from the other places. Tunch assured us that any problem would be taken care and the price agreed on would be the price paid. His crew came out, did the demolition in one day, discovered, and fixed the problem that caused the leak. Cruz and the other crewmembers ( Orlando and Santos) were very professional, answered every question, and quickly took care of any problems that came up. Everything was completed in six days when our other estimates were two week or more.

Tunch Aydogdu and his team gave our small, outdated hall bathroom a sleek, updated look. Cruz and all of the men who worked on the project were accommodating, conscientious and made our requests their top priority. Before leaving each day, they put all tools away and cleaned the entire work area. We are very pleased with our new bathroom.

We have used Ultimate Remodel several times in the last 5 years. Tunch is our go-to guy! We had three bathrooms and a kitchen renovation done in a previous house. This was our first job with Tunch at our new home, but certainly not the last. Our powder room was embarassingly horrendous--I hated how unsightly it was. Now it is stunningly beautiful. The workers did a fantastic job--they were conscientious, polite, and paid great attention to detail. I think one of the things I like best working with Ultimate Remodel is that Tunch helps you choose items (cabinetry, flooring, granite, etc.) all at one time. No running around one place looking for cabinets, another for tile, and another for granite--and trying to remember what each looks like and hoping it all works when it finally comes together. Tunch has done this so long that he knows what looks good and can provide suggestions/alternatives if needed. His taste is impeccable. I highly recommend Ultimate Remodel.

We had been warned that dealing with a contractor can be a real challenge but this was not the case with Ultimate Remodel. In fact, the process from beginning to end was perfect!! Tunch and his team were on time and within budget. He was very hand's-on throughout the process and was available to us all the time to answer any questions. We absolutely LOVE our new kitchen and are 100% satisfied with the work. I don't often write reviews but I felt I needed to because if your looking for a remodel of your home you should look no further that Ultimate Remodel.

I contacted several companies and got quotes from 6 of them. Everyone tried to sell me more than I needed (I was fixing up my place to move) and Tunc was the only one to talk me out of doing certain projects because it would not get me back the money that I put in when I sold it. I appreciated his candor and not trying to up sell me. After some discussion, we settled on a contract and his team would get work. The crew showed up the first and were very professional. Cruz, the lead contractor, is amazing and was very willing to explain to me everything that was going on. They laid out plastic over the entry way and stairs to not ruin the carpet. They worked every day (Monday - Saturday) from 8-5 or 6. They were very dedicated. They were also very accommodating when I asked them to come a bit later, as 8:00 was too early when the water needed to be shut off. They worked fast, but did not cut corners. Everything they did was top notch. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for good work at a decent price.

This was the 3rd time I had work done by Ultimate Remodel. I never considered having work done by another company. I don't believe there is another company that has employees who are as expert, experienced, professional,, considerate and friendly as the employees at Ultimate Remodel. Tunc has a great showroom with a variety of cabinets, tiles etc. that range from a most reasonable cost to the very expensive. He shows a variety of styles so there is something there for everyone. He spends time with you in the showroom and also in your home to get a feel for your style and what will make you happy. With that knowledge, he is very helpful to a consumer who is considering a remodel. Tunc doesn't push you to the most expensive, he directs you to what he thinks will work best for you within your budget. My kitchen was completed in about two weeks and it is gorgeous. I purchased a new microwave for the kitchen. When it was installed I was extremely unhappy. It had absolutely nothing to do with the actual installation, but with the size of the microwave against the cabinets. I was able to see the microwave fan... not a pretty picture. Cruz was extremely patient with me and very creative. He built a frame around the appliance and you'd never know that was a "fix". Employees were here every morning at the time they said they would arrive. They worked extremely hard during the day and didn't even take breaks. When they left at night, they did a thorough cleaning. If you're considering a remodel, CALL TUNC at Ultimate Remodel.

The master bathroom was done first - the easier of the two remodels. Everything was taken out including the linen closet and the walls down to the studs. We replaced the tub/shower with a custom shower that is a bit wider than the tub was, extended the double sink counters to allow for a vanity area in the middle, repaired the shelves in the 2 walk-in closets,put in new towel bars, all lighting, new custom mirror and custom made sliding door for the shower. Everything was painted including the closets. We weren't sure exactly how the 2nd bathroom was going to be configured - Tunch recommended we wait until the tear down so we could see under the floor, so we waited and designed the bathroom after it was gutted. The interior wall that separated the shower/tub, toilet and an extra sink was removed, the linen closet that opened into the exterior hallway was removed and the entire bathroom was opened up into one very large room. The shower is now a 5x5 custom shower with a bench, shower head and additional shower spray surround by a beautiful glass enclosure. We found a slightly smaller tub to tuck in at the end of the vanity run. There is also a 24" wide cabinet on the other side of the vanities that functions as a linen/storage closet. There are three different light switches with two on dimmers. We (with Tunch's input) picked out the vanity lights and mirrors and Tunch's crew installed those as well.. Tunch was very responsive to any changes or new ideas that came up during construction. The work crews showed up when scheduled, cleaned up every day, and were a pleasure to deal with (thank you Cruz!).

We are very pleased with our decision to hire Ultimate Remodeling. The staff, the process and end result exceeded our expectations.

Tunch and his crew were great. From the very beginning, Tunch was responsive, prompt, and professional. He met with us to give us an estimate, and then came over again when we had follow up questions. After we signed the contract, he met us at one of his showrooms to pick out cabinets, tiles, and granite, and then went to a second showroom to choose all of the bathroom fixtures. We later met at a third showroom to choose carpeting. Throughout the selection process he provided invaluable suggestions and guidance when we asked. It made the whole process much easier and less overwhelming. Once most of the components had arrived, he and his crew started work. They demo-ed the basement, installed plumbing for a new bathroom, installed a new gas line to our kitchen to allow us one day to swap out our electric stove for a gas range, installed recessed lighting and a new ceiling, tiled the bathroom and installed all of the fixtures, installed a wet bar and cabinets (where there previously had been a sink), laid carpeting and tile on the basement floor, moved the cable and outlets to allow us to hang our tv in a different location, hooked up surround sound wire and speakers, added a new drain for the hot water heater in the utility room, installed new doors for the utility room, painted, mounted a laminated wall map and climbing holds on one wall, etc.. the list goes on and on for the basement. Upstairs, they redid the granite around the fireplace, installed built-in cabinets, installed new crown molding and recessed lights, and painted. Tunch never complained or resisted any time we changed or added something - and we frequently added little things to his list, like installing a shelf system in our foyer. Throughout the project, Tunch promptly returned calls and made numerous trips to our house. It still seems strange not to see him around the house! His crew were courteous and friendly. The whole process took about 4 weeks and we love the result. We definitely will call on Ultimate Remodel again in the future.

Tunch was very responsive to our requests for our bathroom remodel, even when we changed our minds about approaches several times. The crew started on the day we requested. The crew faced a number of challenges in our "old house" bathroom (extra demolition of concrete, hidden plumbing issues, sloping walls and no square corners, etc.) which they met and overcame. The crew worked late into the evenings to try to get the job done on time as this our only working full bath in the house (with 2 teen daughters). We noticed that they cleaned up as much as possible at the end of each work day, which we appreciated. The crew were responsive to our design wishes and extra requests along the way. And Tunch and the crew took the extra time to make sure that we got the extra storage space we wanted in the bathroom. We really appreciated their handling of all our bathroom's issues and the extra time they put in to get the job done. We're really pleased with the results. We love the way our new bathroom looks, and it's great to have a functional, well-organized space. Thank you, Tunch and Cruz.

Tunc (the owner) and his crew did an outstanding job from beginning to end. He came on time to do the estimate for us. When we met with him at his business office, he really helped us in choosing the kind of floor tile, cabinet and counter top, medicine cabinet, shower stall/door, lighting fixture, colors, etc. His patience was outstanding........we are not into remodelling so his help was greatly appreciated. Work schedules were kept on time with Tunc coming frequently to check on progress and make on the spot decisions. The work in gutting the bathroom and installing everything except the shower door (which had to be custom built) took about seven working days. Then, we waited for about a week for the shower door to be made and to be ready to install. Tunc's suggestions/recommendations worked out perfectly. Our questions were promptly answered and he was open to our suggestions at all times. Each member of the work crew was friendly, polite, knew his job, and did it efficiently. The job did take less time than originally thought, and of the three estimates we obtained, Tunc's was the cheapest. In short, we are very satisfied and highly recommend Ultimate Remodel, LLC.

Tunc and his company were fantastic to work with. He came to the house to give an original quote, which was very competitive with other quotes we received, if not a little lower. After recommendation from a neighbor - whose bathroom I saw and looked great - we agreed to the proposal, at which time we set up and appointment to visited the warehouse to pick everything out. We went in with a some idea of what we wanted to do in the bathroom but deferred to Tunc on a lot of pretty major details such as vanity color and paint color and even floor tile to some extent. Well, his suggestions were spot on - the bathroom is fantastic, even better than I could have imagined. Tunc was incredibly responsive with my questions - I must have had a dozen along the way on details - and I always heard back in short order. The workers were friendly, hard working, and did very, very good work. And again, the bathroom looks amazing. Highly recommended!

We met with Tunch at his retail center and he took his time with us to pick out tiles and fixtures. Within a few days he provided us with a quote. We were able to negotiate the scope of the project and after a few back and forths we ended up on a deal. It took several weeks for all of the materials to come in. Once they started the project took about 4 weeks. His crew was very professional and their work quality is second to none. If I had one complaint it would be they are a bit messy a do had to ask them to take special care to clean up. Even after that the final work left a number of metal shards in our carpet and a few stains. All are forgivable given the quality of work otherwise. We felt that they cared about our project and took care to make it right. I would recommend discussing each and every aspect of your project before work begins just to make sure everyone is on the same page. I will use them again and would definitely recommend them.

We wanted to remodel two bathrooms in our home that was built about 50 years ago and contacted three different companies that were recommended in Angie?s List. Each came out to our home and discussed what we wanted to do, and then provided detailed bid. We visited each of their showrooms to discuss details about the work. During this process Ultimate Remodeling was the most responsive and was very understanding of our requirements. The owner, Tunch Aydogdu, made recommendations about fixtures to install, showed us tile and granite samples and discussed the cost and schedule of payments. Once the contract was signed he immediately ordered the material and new vanities so he could start work as soon as it arrived. He used his own crew for most items but did contract for a couple specialty jobs, such as installing vents through the roof and a glass shower door. The workers were very professional took pride in their work and wanted to ensure that we were satisfied. They even did extra things such as changing the shower drain location to the center of the shower and repairing the subfloor due to a previous leak. All the work from the demolition to the putting in new flooring, tiles, painting and the electrical and plumbing work was done very well. The workers were on time, knew what had to be done and worked as a team, and were careful with our property. Tunch and his brother supervised the work and responded quickly to our questions and concerns. They wanted us to be totally satisfied with the work. The bathrooms came out better than we expected, were done on schedule and the cost was less than the other bids. We are planning to use them for additional work and highly recommend them to others.

I think we knew from the start that this was the company we would choose. Our initial consultation was with Tunc and he really listened to what we wanted to do and took detailed notes. He advised us on how things would be done and choices to be made to accomplish what we wanted within budget. He even advised us on what to look for regarding a couple of items should we decide to use another company. He followed up immediately with a price quote while all the quotes we received were in the same ballpark, his was the lowest. Tunc was great about communicating with me regarding start dates and the work that was going to be provided. He always responded quickly to my questions and provided me with detailed answers. Once work began, plastic sheets were used to protect our floors and other belongings from dirt and debris. Workers showed up on time and worked diligently throughout the day and cleaned up before they left. Both bathrooms were renovated simultaneously and the project was estimated to take 3 weeks. The renovation appeared to be on pace to be completed early but ended up being finished a few days late because of a delay in the delivery of one of our tile choices. This was not a surprise to us, however, because Tunc remained in contact with us throughout the project, giving us status updates and following up on the progress. My husband and I are more than pleased with the workmanship that was performed on our project. This goes beyond just doing a beautiful job on tiling and grouting the showers, etc. They paid attention to the little details such as our light switches were replaced as part of relocating some of the wiring and they replaced the light switches for the toilet room and closet to match those in the main bathroom. They also repainted the ceilings and door frames to give the entire bathroom and closet a brand-new feel. We are beyond happy with the work performed by Ultimate Remodel and recommend them to anyone looking to renovate. On a side note: Our heat pump died around the beginning of this project (completely unrelated to the renovation) and the HVAC guy had to go through the access panel in our bathroom/closet. When he returned to replace the unit a couple weeks later as the renovation wrapped up, he was so impressed with the remodel, that he asked us for the name and number of our contractor, which we gladly gave him.

Tunch has been excellent to work with. From the day he came to quote the job until it was finished he's been on time, communicated clearly, and been willing to work with us as we navigated our first kitchen remodel. His crew answered questions, was personable, and cleaned up every night before they left. Everyone who worked at our house appeared to be a skilled craftsman, and knew what he was doing.

The estimate was very detailed and reasonable. They have given me allowances on the material. They are a team of family members and that seems to be great. The price they gave me is very reasonable. I would say they have great reviews and is a very well managed company. The staff seems to be very knowledgeable.

Ultimat Remodel was one of three companies who submitted proposals for a kitchen remodel and finisjing a room in our basement. The owner, Tunch Aydogdu , caame to the house, did measurements, asked a lot of questions that helped me focus on details. He took pictures and measurements, and asked about my budget. In a few days, I received elevations and a floor plan for the project, which included completely gutting the room, replacing the floor, cabinets, ceiling, removing soffits,

I had gotten 4 estimates, and they came in as the least expensive. I was nervous to go with the lowest estimate, but they had such great reviews, so I went for it. I felt like they really understood my budget and helped me meet my goals. They were straight forward and honest about what design choices would make sense for the space. The company was very responsive and easy to get in contact with. I have a tiny kitchen, and they did the work in a week and a half. When I noticed minor damage to one of the cabinet doors, they replaced it quickly, no questions asked. I highly recommend - It was a great, and painless, experience!

This was our first experience working with a contractor for a remodeling project and we were very pleased with Tunch and his crew. The initial contact was from Tunch coming over to measure all aspects of the bathroom and to provide some thoughts and ideas. He turned around an estimate to us fairly immediately and we found his rates to be very competitive with other providers we talked to. Perhaps the most difficult part of the process was selecting all the materials for our bathroom. This was made easier by the fact that Tunch has well established relationships for the various components like cabinetry, tile, granite, fixtures. He met us at the tile warehouse and worked with us to select the floor, shower, and accent tiles. Overall, the process was quite smooth and in the end we were very pleased with how everything looked. The work itself was done very well and to our expectation. Let me be clear that I already had very high expectations based on recommendations from friends who also used this company and the crew met those high expectations. The work was done well, they consulted with us when necessary (e.g. where to mount the light, where to position the shower niche, etc) and generally did a good job cleaning up. In the few cases where something was amiss (e.g. one of the tiles installed looked cracked or the demolition in the bathroom resulted in a crack to an adjacent wall) we let the foreman know and the issues were rectified immediately. Overall, we're very pleased with the work and the overall value provided by Ultimate Remodel. We would not hesitate to use them again and gladly recommend their services to others.

We just had our kitchen completely redone by Ultimate Remodel. They did a wonderful job. The head guy, Tunch, was easy to work with, accommodating, and paid attention to detail. Ultimate Remodel has their own workers (except for granite) so there was no problem scheduling and workers showed up when they were supposed to. They did good work and cleaned up every night even though they were returning the next day. For the granite countertops the contractor Ultimate Remodel used also did superb and timely work. Ultimate Remodel?s price for the job was competitive. They give high value for your money. My wife and I have used other contractors over the years and Ultimate Remodel ranks with the best of them.

This is the second time we used Ultimate Remodel in the past year and we will not hesitate to use them again. They gutted our existing 1970's bathroom and brought it up to date with quality materials and workmanship. This included new tile on floors and shower wall, new vanity with custom granite, new Kohler toilet and all new fixtures. The complete job was finished in one week.
