Sarah and her ladies are excellent. Sarah is incredibly flexible. The ladies that have come to our house are extremely nice, professional and do a great job.

I received an email stating they don't service my area. It should only pull up deals in my area.

SparkleClean was great from start to finish--from being contacted promptly after purchasing on Angie's list through having the cleaning completed. The ladies arrived promptly, were professional and did a very thorough job. I will definitely use the service again. It was the best housecleaning I have ever received.

The women were so sincerely nice, yet professional. I made sure the house was tidy before they arrived so that I could get the most out of the time they were here. What a difference!!! It sparkles now and smells so clean! They took on all the chores I hate to do (bathrooms, floors, counters) and did a fantastic job--and I am not easy to please. Thank you, thank you!

This crew was prompt and thorough. They went above and beyond, even staying longer than they needed to in order to finish more cleaning. I am having them back on a regular schedule.

Everything went really well. They give you a three hour window in which they will be here. If you need to modify, you can do so with the owner. The first time they came, they were running late from another appointment, but overall they did a great job.

I was extremely impressed with the quality of work. She cleaned every single surface, including the floor inside of our closets. Additionally, our toilet paper, tissues, and hand towels were all decoratively folded. We have used upwards of ten different maid services and the thoroughness and extra attention to detail easily puts this one in the top three.

Sparkle Clean did an outstanding job every time they cleaned my house. 2-3 housecleaners would show up on time and would clean for approximately two hours. All bathrooms would be clean, floors vacuumed or cleaned, kitchen counters and stove wiped, dishes cleaned, all rooms dusted... Every time they were done the house smelled fresh and looked clean. Only one time was there an incident, where the cleaner they were using destroyed the finish on the toaster. I called Sparkle Clean and spoke to Sarah. Sarah arranged everything and the toaster was replaced under their warranty/insurance. Sarah is also great when it comes to communication and customer expectations. She was always eager to make the schedule work and provide great customer service.

It was fine, but I've selected a different house cleaner moving forward.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. We contracted additional hours with them. My experience with them was good. We liked what they were doing so well we contracted extra hours with them.

The company stated that I was outside of their service area. The price was good. I just was unable to use this company.

She is reliable, affordable, accommodating. She has never failed to show up.

The owner Sarah confirmed via an email to me an arrival window of 11:30-12:30 on a weekday for the housecleaners. No one showed up by 12:30, at which point I tried calling and emailing. When the cleaners arrived at 1:06pm, they showed me their paperwork which said arrival between 12:30-1:30pm. I called again to complain, as I had left work an hour early and lost an hour of my own wages waiting for them. I was told that arrival windows are not an "exact science" and that the owner was sorry - she was trying to leave for the beach and fit me in! The quality of the cleaning was also horrendous - there was not a single room thoroughly cleaned. The cleaners said that given the time I had in my deal, I would have to prioritize for them what I wanted done. I said the living room needed to be dusted, all floors vacuumed, and the bathrooms cleaned. They assured me when they left that dusting had been done in the living room and kitchen, but when I checked, there was a thick layer of dust on all the hung pictures - and i only have 4, so it's not like they had to do a dozen! The visible areas of the rooms had been vacuumed EXCEPT where they actually had to move something out of the way, like a waste paper basket, or the cords under a table, in which case they skipped those areas. Corners, baseboards, all dusty. With 3 people at my 3br/3bath home for 1.5 hours, I would have expected more than a surface wipedown of the bathrooms and kitchens, terrible vacuum, and "dusting" of a couple of rooms. I would not recommend this service at all.

Sparkleclean comes every other week to clean our three-story town home. They are thorough, and the house always looks and smells terrific. Sarah is proactive with regard to scheduling, and the cleaning team is friendly and motivated. I highly recommend them.

They were terrific. They came ready to work and just hopped to it needing little guidance. They were efficient with their time and did exactly what I wanted. We also used them the following week to clean the house we had sold in Clifton prior to the new owner walk through. We (and the buyers) were very impressed with how clean everything was. I do my own weekly cleaning, but I will likely use them for annual or semi-annual projects.

I was very impressed with their service, it took them about two hours with two or three people. They're very hard workers, they are eager to work for you. They have a very good working attitude, working with a lot of energy.

The service was okay, the only thing was they scheduled the appointment at 2, but they didn't show up until about 4. They called in advance to let me know.

They did a good job cleaning up. There were 3 people and they each took a separate area of the house and cleaned up. Everything was spotless before they left. Only issues were they were a little bit late but they did call ahead. And they also didn't have any organic cleaning products which I would have preferred.

Crew showed up on time and ready to clean. The house was not especially dirty, but needed a good wipe down to remove dust after construction. While the house didn't necessarily "sparkle," it was sufficiently clean for the price of the service. I did appreciate that the job took only 4 hours when I was quoted 6.

I usually do my own move-out cleaning, however, this time I just did not have the time to do it since I was still working up until moving day. Booking was a breeze, and Sara was very nice to deal with. The ladies came on time and were very nice and easy to work with as well. We did a walk through first to assess what they were going to be doing, along with my expectations, and then we all immediately got to work (I was still packing up my bathroom and moving some other stuff around). They cleaned out the fridge and oven, washed all of the cabinets and cleaned the shelves and drawers. All baseboards were cleaned and they even pulled the washer and dryer out a bit to clean around and behind them. And then proceeded to vacuum all 3 staircases (wall to wall carpeting in the entire townhouse) and of course the bathrooms (including the mirrors) were cleaned, floors were mopped and windows and window panes were cleaned as well. The place looked and smelled wonderful when they were done. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any type of house cleaning done. My landlord was very happy when he did his walk through.
