I am kind of a neat freak myself and have never used a cleaning service before. Once I saw how spotless and new everything looked, I was blown away. I wasn't home at the time of service and I asked my husband "What kind of vacuums were they using?! It's looks like they washed the carpets!" It wasn't just that they got all the tiny details like baseboards, it was things I would never be able to figure out on my own? like making the shower glass look (and feel) like new. The was worth more than the price, and my interactions with the owner were professional and cheerful.

Staff was prompt, went over the details of the work to be performed with us to ensure we were all in sync, and then the team dove it. They were quick, efficient, and did a very good overall job of cleaning. I'd recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

We switched to sparkle clean after receiving inconsistent work and poor customer service from another company. Very glad we did, they have been very thorough and reliable.

They did a great job again. The price may have gone up a little, but will likely use them again.

They came out later that week. They were very good. They were fantastic. They went above and beyond. They just helped with extra little things like picking up stuff which I didn't ask them to. They paid attention to details. It was nice.

These ladies arrived early, were friendly and professional and finished on time. They did an amazing job! Our property manager and new tenant both asked who we used and I definitely told them. I'll hire them at every opportunity.

Sparkleclean was hired a few weeks ago to help get our condo in shape for out-of-town guests. I was concerned because previous maids had ruined the surface of my stainless steel appliances. Sarah, I believe she is the owner, consulted with me about the products they used and thought she could help make the appliances look nice again. After they cleaned our condo the first time, I was so impressed. It was "Sparkling clean" indeed. And they did make all my appliances shine again. I was extremely happy with their work. My husband and I enjoyed having them clean so much, we have now hired them to clean once a week. I feel very spoiled, and I relax so much more as my condo is always clean. I absolutely recommend Sparkleclean, either for a one-time cleaning, or for a weekly or biweekly cleaning. They work hard and do a very good job, they are pleasant and very professional. The cost of Sparkleclean is reasonable for this area,( I tried one maid service that seemed too good to be true with its pricing, and of course it was too good to be true, home felt dirtier after they finished.) And the cost is certainly worth how beautiful my home looks when Sparkleclean has finished cleaning.

Absolutely wonderful! Sarah was very responsive and her team did an absolutely fantastic job. This was my first move out clean and the cleaners cleaned and moved out everything. The place was spotless. Would highly recommend!

I was really excited for the cleaning. I'd spoken to Sara, the owner, and she was great. We'd communicated by email and by telephone, and I let her know what areas of my home I wanted cleaned by order of priority. There were three ladies that came to my house, so I thought that the cleaning was going to be thorough and be finished well within the allotted timeframe. The cleaning started upstairs in my Master bathroom, where two of the ladies began to clean. Why it took two people to clean my small Master bathroom, I don't understand (showerhead had been broken in a previously cleaning, so the shower/tub had not been used) but it took them 45 minutes. The other lady was cleaning the hall bathroom. Early on - maybe a half hour in, one of the ladies came to talk to me about adding additional time. Due to the size of my home, they estimated another hour or two. Not willing to buy more time, I re-prioritized for them what needed to be cleaned - my master bedroom and bathroom needed to be completed, hall bathroom, vacuum the hallway and stairs, clean the half bath downstairs, then sanitize the kitchen and mop. I tried to stay out of the way, so I went into my office. I was very disappointed that the cleaning was not thorough, and when I went downstairs to check the progress, I noticed that the mop was pushing what appeared to be lint or other debris over the floor. I pointed it out, and one of the ladies then bent down and picked it up with her hand. They soon finished, packed up and left. My house didn't feel/look/smell clean, as it normally does when I have it professional cleaned.

This is my third cleaning and I am extremely pleased. I have had the same supervisor, Myra, for each cleaning along with 2 other individuals. She is easy to communicate with and the cleaning has remained consistent. They arrive on time and immediately start working. I have tried several other cleaning services but this is my best. I'm looking forward to continuing with their service for a very long time.

Shocked that the Staff overlooked routine tasks. These included cleaning kitchen cabinets, toilet bowls, bin liners and and main floor study. I was in the house for 90% of the duration of the their time like I usually am but on the last cleaning they did not ask for clarification on whether study needed cleaning and left it without cleaning. This is just bizarre because they have consistently done so in the past whether spouse is using it or not. They were and are always given clear and unambiguous instructions on what to do when they come here and these remain the same each time. The service is sub standard and has deteriorated over time. Always new people coming in with the supervisor who seems to be training new people as she brings them every time to clean. Do not recommend even though they did come back to clean up the study. However, owner seems to have taken it all too personally.

The service is good. I like them. The staffs are good. I would recommend them. They might be a little pricey, but they are good.

Great job..kitchen appliances were spotless, floors, windows, etc were very clean.

After scheduling a cleaning I had to cancel the morning of the cleaning due to a water main break and so no water available . Sarah immediately rescheduled me for the next day, really very accommodating. The three ladies showed up on time and did an excellent job.They worked non stop for 2 hours. I was very pleased with the service and would highly recommend them.

I tried to schedule with them but they are unable to accomodate me with my schedule.

Arrived on time. Service was ok. Arrived in team of 3. Total 1 hour of service was spent in discussing the cleaning plan for the basement and for the break. Won't call them again. Wonder how they got on A list.

I am satisfied with the work. Couple of small things got over-looked like the tops of the trim around a couple of doors/windows but overall the cleaners were punctual, and professional. There was a lot of grease build up on painted surfaces around the range. the cleaners did not get it all off. When I mentioned this to the owner, she credited me back for that. Fair and honest--a nice combination

They clean my whole house, and i am amazed everytime I come home. They now clean for us on a regular basis, and I am so absolutely happy with the services. We will continue to use Sparkle Clean on a regular basis for years to come!! Super Happy and Super Satisfied!

I'm always nervous when trying out a new cleaning company. I have had some very good and not so good experiences in the past. I will say SparkleClean was fantastic. From the moment I purchased the deal on Angie's List, Sarah was in contact with me to schedule my cleaning. She was very flexible and we found a date and time that worked for my schedule. The cleaners showed up on time and did an amazing job. I could tell my house was clean the moment I walked in the door, and not just because it smelled clean. I would definitely recommend SparkleClean.

The experience I had with Sparkleclean of Alexandria was excellent. From the first contact through the invoice, I was impressed with this company. First, they were very professional. I was contacted quickly, within minutes. The date was set for the cleaning and Sarah explained exactly who would be coming. Soon I learned the time since I had to travel to meet the cleaning ladies. They were there on time, and came in with all of their tools. They walked with me through the condo so that I could point out what needed cleaning; they listened to my concerns about the extra cleaning needed in the bathroom and kitchen. Second, they have excellent work ethic. After they knew what I wanted them to do, they set to work. After they finished, I inspected the bathroom and the kitchen as well as the rest of the condo. The cleaning exceeded my expectations. They even dusted the tops of the wall outlets. The condo is ready for new tennants.Third, the price is reasonable, especially for the good cleaning that they give. I will use this company again and recommend it to you most highly.

They did a much more thorough job than any other service I have used in the past. Sarah is great. Very responsive and always wanting to know how they did and if there is anything else they can do to improve. I have since starting using them on a regular basis and am always pleased with the results.

I bought the deal for their services because they had done good work for me in the past. As usual, the two cleaners did a thorough job, and scheduling was simple.
