Did not set a specific time, just range. Moved into this rental house 4 months ago: 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, family room, living room, small dining room, laundry/utility in 1/2 of lower level of split level home, 1 car garage, large galley style kitchen. Have not been feeling up to par till 1 month ago and this move showed it. Frustrated my landlord paid $300 for a move-out cleaning that was VERY suboptimal for this 1700 sq ft house, especially since she had a dog and cat inside. We are NOT indoor animal people. I wanted the cleaning that should have been done and whatever dirt we accumulated. We're not sloppy people, but we do have 4 people in the family. The ladies did a great job. Specifically asked the laundry room (ick!) for a thorough cleaning. They even swept out the garage - unexpected! I plan to call these ladies again in the spring requesting these same ladies. I was comfortable with them and even ran a couple errands, picking up/dropping off kids. That's huge since I'm typically suspicious of people. I did hide away my jewelry box - standard protocol. My only qualm was the one young lady spoke little English, therefore the grade B on professionalism. Found them on Angie's List - thanks ya'll!

We were squeezed in on Nov 20 as they were very busy being close to Thanksgiving. We had to agree to an arrival time between 11 and 2pm, so my mom had to stay home and wait. But 2 ladies showed up and were very nice and professional and got straight to work. 2 hrs later the house smelled sooo clean and looked really good. All the bathroom were cleaned, the kitchen, floors, etc were done - all of it looked great. This was the first time my mom has ever permitted a cleaning service to come in her home. She has agreed that it would be great to have these ladies return on occasion to help her out. I'll be pushing my mother to use Sparkling Clean more often!

Full house cleaning - very thorough and professional

They were right on time and went right to work. My husband and I were really pleased with their work.

They were great, showed up on time, and did a good job. Will be using Sparkle Clean for future biweekly house cleaning services.

Everything I asked to be done, was done, and done well. The house had been neglected for a while and it was a whole lot more livable after Sarah at SparkleClean and her people got finished. They even got the shower door clean (they got all the water stains off and I KNOW that was difficult since I had been fighting with those water stains forever!). They did baseboards (we have hardwood floors and a lot of dust collects on the baseboards), got all the pet hair off the carpet, more. Sarah was very responsive, scheduling was done via email and was not difficult. They're willing to work on an as-needed basis (a lot of cleaning companies will not do that) and will focus on what I want done instead of doing what their "routine" is. I look forward to having them back as soon as my budget allows. They're going to be my "go-to" cleaning service from now on.

Was interested in hiring a regular service. Sparkle Clean can only service my area every 3 weeks.

This service provider was wonderful. She was responsive and helpful despite not being able to perform the service due to my location. If I ever move to her area, she'll have me as a client.

This has not been a problem with anyone else in the past.(All things are neatly put away, beds already made...2 tidy people live here.) The two women worked diligently.

Cleaned my house and they did an excellent job

Excellent job and I will be using them on a regular basis. There was a minor issue with arrival time because they finished prior job sooner than expected and Sarah had to reschedule me by an hour but she more than made up for it by giving me 30 minutes free. She was in constant contact with me and the 2 cleaners she sent could not have been more thorough cleaning my home. I was very pleased with quality and care. I ended up buying additional hrs & they stayed until everything was spotless. House looked awesome. They are coming back next week.

Cleaned my entire house thoroughly. They were meticulous, friendly and professional. I have asked for another service before the Holidays.

It went great. They were prompt, efficient, and (most importantly) thorough. We enjoyed working with them, would hire them again, and would recommend them to anyone considering a housecleaning service.

Scheduling was very easy. They responded to my emails quickly, they let me know if they had scheduling conflict right away. They sent three people to clean the house. The house was empty because we are preparing to move in. They cleaned inside the cabinets and appliances. They actually moved the fridge and stove to get behind them. They also dusted the fans, cleaned the moldings and baseboards. They cleaned the bathrooms very thoroughly and the windows and sills. They did a great job.

Sarah and Sparkle Clean are awesome. We were on a tight schedule to get the house deep cleaned after renters moved out and before our household effects were delivered. Sarah was very responsive and worked with us to fit us into her schedule. She showed up herself along with an employee to do an extremely thorough deep clean of our kitchen. 3 baths and other rooms as needed. We are very particular about the cleanliness of our home and Sparkle Clean means exactly what it says...leaves your house sparkling fresh and clean. Picture the army where soldiers in basic training are scrubbing the bathroom with toothbrushes. That's Sarah and Sparkle Clean! I caught her with a toothbrush cleaning off some stubborn stains in the bathroom. Sarah and her employees are extremely detail conscious, professional, punctual, and flexible. Can't imagine anything better for a service-oriented business that one hires. We will definitely use Sparkle Clean again. Her prices are reasonable, and when you consider the fantasic job she does, it is a great value. Very happy with the service.

They were great; 5 stars. They were fast, efficient, honest and pleasant. They rearranged little things that were even funny. It took me a couple of months to use the deal after I purchased it. I think it was two people for about two hours. They did a lot. That's good.

MADE ARRANGEMENTS AND PAYMENT ON ANGIE'S LIST. WAS ADVISED THAT CONTRACTOR WILL CONTACT US WITHIN 48 HOURS -- WHICH THEY DID. ADVISED CONTRACTOR (SARAH PELLETIER) OF OUR REQUIREMENTS AND A COUPLE OF DATES THAT WE WOULD BE AVAILABLE -- SHE AGREED ON ONE OF THE DATES AND TIME. CLEANING CREW ARRIVED WITHIN THE SCHEDULED TIME FRAME AND DID AN OUSTANDING JOB -- BETTER THAN ANY OTHER CLEANING CREW WE HAVE USED IN THE PAST.

The ladies from Sparkle Clean were very professional. They did an excellent job. My bathrooms were truly sparkling! (I paid a little extra because the house is big, and they had to work longer than contracted for.) The went out of their way to do an excellent job. Because I had spinal surgery, I had been wishing for some help. They were angels straight from our Lord! I have made arrangements with the company for them to return next month before Thanksgiving. I highly recommend Sparkle Clean.

The first time they came on the special they didn't do the deep cleaning that I asked and I complained. They send two more people out in two weeks for free to compensate. They did a really good job that time and I hired them for November.

Maid did an excellent job deep cleaning my kitchen and bathroom. Very diligent on detail cleaning of oven and cabinets. I could not have asked for better service.

Fitted me in even though her schedule was full because she knew my daughter's wedding was coming up. Didn't get intimidated by size of house, just cleaned well, efficiently, and extensively. I hired them for weekly services going forward. Great people.

Sarah and her helper did the work in shifts. Sarah worked the 1st 3&1/2 hours and an employee worked the 2nd 3&1/2 hours. If you want a clean house to your specifications definitely go to SparkleClean. The owner, Sarah, was excellent at focussing in on what I said was important to be cleaned and doing the job withing the 7 hours of cleaning that my budget allowed. SparkleClean passes the test with flying colors. I must say this is the 1st time I've had a cleaning staff at my home/office, but I was desparate since my wife was returning from an extended out-of-town trip, I had no time to clean and the house was a MESS. I.e., I had the house in bachelor-mode and it needed to be upgraded to wife-mode really quickly :-). SparkleClean was perfect for the job. I even tested SparkleClean's work by speaking with my sister, who cleans houses in another city. My sister had me take a white, slightly damp paper towel and rub it on the hardwoods, the kitchen floor, and even places along the floor molding. SparkleClean passed with flying colors. Furthermore, my wife is the ultimate test. My wife will admit that she is extremely picky when it comes to cleaning. SparkleClean completely met my wif'e's very high cleanliness standards. I will definitely use SparkleClean again. I note that Sarah worked the cleaning job into her schedule on pretty short notice also. Go with SparkleClean. They really do good work.

Sparkleclean was very responsive when I called to schedule my move-out clean. Sarah worked with my schedule and was very friendly and enjoyable to work with. I was not there for the cleaning but was very impressed at the thoroughness and attention to detail of all the rooms, appliances, and miscellaneous nooks. I will definitely recommend Sparkleclean to family and friends.

I don't know even where to begin. The crew that Sarah sent to my home did a superlative job. I can't say enough good things about them. I plan to do this again on a quarterly basis I had the staff over again about nine months after the first cleaning and they did an even better job. This vendor is a keeper.

In a word - AMAZING. The worked around the movers (tight time crunch for us moved out of a rental, settled on a house and moved in all at the same time), brought a gross oven back to like new cleanliness, every groove, fan blade, shelf, cabinet, light fixture, the walls and ceiling of the kitchen. The bathrooms are sparkling, the windows are shining. They pulled the appliances out from the wall and cleaned there too. They even got adhesive / sticker residue off the front of the frig. Fast, efficient and never paused. Phenomenal team. Those hardworking women then went to the rental home we moved out of and did it all again. They opened every window and vacuumed the grooves, did everything the just did at the last house and swept the unfinished basement and screened in porch. The worked very very hard and the results were fantastic. My former landlord even asked for their contact information and they are usually likely to DIY, instead of hiring a crew. Made a very hectic busy day that much easier. Will definitely be using them for regularly scheduled service.
