Description of Work: it was a simple rock ding to the windshield. i had an appointment and was given a time expectation for the service. they took a lot longer than i had been told, part of the pre-planned service could not be done because they were not prepared and then when the work was done it was not even repaired all that well.

Description of Work: The actual product was great, and the install was done on time. Scheduling the actual appointment was a nightmare. I got tossed around, scheduled one job and they put it in their system for another date and time. Trying to reach the store location was difficult, in order to fix a mistake that was made by someone else. The manager got involved and apologized for the mix-up.

Description of Work: They have come out on two separate occasions to repair chips in my car's front windscreen. Came to my place of business to make the repairs. Scheduled appointment in advance. The driver called just prior to his arrival. Met him in the parking lot. He completed the repair, cleaned the windows, and gave me a receipt with a service package prior to leaving. Professional, courteous, and fast.

Description of Work: They repaired a crack in my windowshield. I still have 5 lines coming from the impact site. At the conclusion of my service, they told me that's the best they could do for a repair. I have had chips before repaired, but never this big after it was repaired.

Description of Work: Insurance covered the services. I have actually used Safelite multiple times in the last three years; mostly to fix chips in the windshield and once to replace the entire windshield when the crack was beyond safe repair.
