Description of Work: They might be good at Landscraping but they are terrible at drainage problems. Plus Sean the owner was not very responsive to me. I asked for my money back for the part he did in front of the garage....never heard from him. He put a dry well but water can't go up hill. He didn't do what the quote said which was to direct water to the street. I asked him to meet me at property but no response from him. I am also going to report him to Better Business.

 + 2 moreTheir work was great. They showed on time and started working right away. They showed us everything they were doing and answered all of our questions on how to take care of our lawn. My wife and I are first time home owners and Sean and his crew of workers did an amazing job. What would have taken us weeks to do they were able to finish within 5 hours. They cleaned up after themselves and even cleaned up after other contractors that forgot full trash bags. I have them cut my lawn every two weeks and I wouldn't trade them for anyone else.

 + 1 moreSean came out to the house to view the site and propose a design. He volunteered to take me to a project he had just wrapped up to illustrate show me some of the designs he was proposing. After a couple of revisions to the design, we agreed on the plan and price. His crew showed up in force on Monday morning and by Thursday the entire patio was complete with final touches completed on Friday. Sean was onsite everyday keep an eye on the implementation of the design and doing layout of the stones. Sean was proactive in addressing issues before we were even aware of them. There were a couple of and quot;problemsand quot; he and his team identified with the way the water was draining and they redid the areas which were pooling water. His entire crew was professional and hard working. The work site was kept clean throughout the project and the communication of the project plan was excellent. I couldn't recommend his services more and won't hesitate to use Rosemont Landscaping again.
Description of Work: Installed a flag stone patio, stacked stone wall, cleaned/pruned all landscaping and installed a few bushes.
