I am very satisfied with both the cleaning crew and the cleaning representative in charge. I have had the service for over a year and a half. The pricing seems competitive with other services. I am very pleased.

It was very good. They are very punctual. We have no complaints with them. We have been using them for over a year now. They do a good job and everything is nice and clean and smells nice and clean. They usually send 3 cleaners out to do the job each time. They will take care of any issues immediately and are easy to get in touch with.

Two women come—it’s about 2 hours—I think it’s a little expensive, but my reality check may not be good. I’ve used them for years.

They are excellent and I continue to use them. They send 2-3 cleaners out each time that they come and clean for a couple of hours. They do an excellent job and they always come at the correct time. They also listen to what you want are a very good at working on what you want them to do to. I have been using them about 1-2 years now.

They are fine but they send a different crew out each time and some are not as good as others. I have been using them for the past 3 years now. They usually send 2 cleaners out each time that they come. It usually takes them about 2 to 2 and half hours to clean the house.

We contacted Evelyn based on the reviews that we found here. We used her service for over a year and up until recently had never had any troubles. The good: Easy to work with and accepts credit cards. Cleaning was generally good and the maids were friendly Always contacted us the day before with the time We flexible if we needed a different time. Price was fair. The bad: The timing was never the same. It would have been nice if we would have known the maids were coming at XXX time every two weeks. Scratches and dings to furniture. This was ultimately why were canceled the service. We began to notice an abundance of scratches where no other person would be touching something. The worst were on our brand new glass shower enclosure. It almost looked like jewelry was worn and scratched the glass. Different maids nearly every week. I think this was part of the issue with the scratches was the turnover of maids. Sometimes we would get the "good" ones and other times we wouldn't.

3 ladies worked hard for 3 and a half hours cleaning 2 baths, kitchen, family room, 4 bedrooms and all 22 windows inside and out. The house sparkles and is ready to be inspected by prospective buyers.

They do a great job and are competitively priced. They always show up in the two hour window. This doesn't mean they'll be gone within that window, but we have no issues. They do a great job of cleaning almost everything. Our only issue is the walls aren't dusted as well as they could be, but it's no big issue and it hasn't been raised to the owner. The owner is incredibly easy to work with and very friendly. We've been using them for about a year and don't foresee leaving them.

We originally hired them for one time cleaning of our house prior to our wedding. We were so impressed with their work that we have since hired them to clean the house every two weeks. The price for the initial cleaning came in a little higher than expected, but once we established a regular schedule they came down in price to a point where we were satisfied. They work fast, but are thorough. They are also very good with working around pets (we have two cats and a dog). My only criticism is that they don't always come at the same time. They usually give us a heads-up if they are coming late or early, but they are not always accurate. I work from home, so it's not an issue but if you schedule around them you might need to be flexible.

We've had progressive for several years and they have provided outstanding work during the length of service. Always professional yet friendly. If sheets are placed on bed, they even changed the sheets on all beds. Always meeting expectations. Responsible and taking care of all personal knick knacks as if their own.

I recently used Progressive Cleaning Corp. for an apartment cleaning as I was moving out. They were very helpful. Not only were they helpful in arranging a time that works for my move out schedule (considering a snow storm the day before), but they were on time, thorough with their work, and very friendly. Evelyn, the woman I spoke with not only called and confirmed my time, but call immediately after the services were done, went over my final bill with me, asked permission to charge my account and asked if there was anything else they could do to meet my level of expectation that day. They were great! In a time of need, when you are looking to relocate to a new home, or even find someone to clean your home on a regular basis, I would recommend this service. I had never used a cleaning service before, but I liked their customer service and follow up phone calls. Very dependable and I will be using again in the future.

I have used Progressive Cleaners for many years and have been completely satisfied with their cleaning services. Ms. Evelyn is always flexible when I have needed to rearrange my schedule. I am very comfortable that they come to home while I'm at work - it is much more convenient for me. I highly recommend Progressive Cleaners!

There were two woman and they did an excellent job.

Evelyn and her team are a great group of professionals. Evelyn is very responsive both on email & phone and her time is always on time (if not early). They do a great job but it's just surface cleaning. The top of the fridge and the floors underneath furniture and the couch are never cleaned. I gave a B+ in price & quality because I had a company that charged me $75 but did move the furniture to clean. Another issue is 3 team members did clean my place and now only 2 show up---which is fine but I was not notified of this change and if we're going on cleaning hours, they still finished under an hour with 2 people (price adjustment)? Other than that-they are prompt and professional.

Ladies always show up on time, are poverty sweet and professional and go right to work. Each has different job so work goes quickly. Evelyn, the owner is always very responsive. Never have had any issues.

Fantastic, we look forward to coming home after every time they clean, It's like checking into a fancy hotel. The do a great job on everything and the little touches like folding the tissue in a fancy fan pattern really makes it great. We almost don't want to walk on the carpets and sit on the furniture because it would ruin the vacuum lines. We tried a few others, but Progressive is the by far the best.

Progressive is reliable and very thorough when they clean our home. We highly recommend their services.

I am so impressed. Evelyn called me back promptly and emailed a confirmation/reminder of service the day prior. She was very accommodating to my schedule and my needs. The ladies worked in a team of 3 today and were WONDERFUL. Professional, sweet, thorough, and efficient. They got in and got the job done. It was much more difficult of a task than I was expecting, and they really were super. After our first experience, I want them back again. Could not have been happier to write that check - it was well deserved.

They were trustworthy, professional, and left my house completely spotless. I really enjoyed walking into my clean home. The floors, windows, and house overall looked amazing. I felt comfortable letting them into my house to clean while I was not home. They did an amazing job and even removed the dust from the light bulbs in my bathroom! I would refer this company to anyone that wants the job done right.

They are always thorough and clean the apartment very well. I couldn't do such a good job myself. Everything is spotless after their cleaning and I love coming home to a super clean apartment.

I have been using Progressive Cleaning for about 2 years and I am very happy with them. They are very responsive if I need to change my regular day, and have always been able to accommodate my schedule. They leave the house very clean. I have never met the cleaners, but everything is in order when I get home. If I have a special request, I just write them a note and they take care of it. Evelyn is easy to reach by email and responds quickly to any questions I might have. I am very particular about my things and they take great care. I don't have anything but good things to say about Progressive and would highly recommend them!

The crew does a great job and works very efficiently having always arrived promptly. The number of gals either two or three determines have quickly they finish the task. I have used the service now for almost a year and they have never disappointed me. They are careful with my belongings and leave a sparkling clean house. Working with the coordinator has been most appreciated. She confirms with me each time and from the first time I contacted them I have always received prompt reply and satisfactory results.

Every time they come we are absolutely delighted with the outcome! They make the house sparkle with their work and pay attention to the details like vacuuming under sofas and behind them. Whenever there is a slight change of schedule-- ours-- they are responsive and flexible about accommodating it. I have had them perform deep cleaning on a rental property that I own and each time it is so clean one could perform surgery in any room. They have been cleaning our house and my property for over five years and I am always impressed by their work.
