Services were excellent. Cleaned and dusted every corner of the house.

For the most part ok. However, they used a wet water mop on my hardwood floors (a no-no unless you dry them right away). The biggest complaint is that they left something on the hardwood that ate thru the protective coating and stained the wood. It was not glue as the cleaners claimed. I will have to have that part of the wood stripped and refinished.

Evelyn has arranged and confirmed each house cleaning appointment. The cleaning is thorough and their team is pleasant. There have been minor mis-communications about payment method (they take credit cards but prefer checks), but nothing major. They are a little more expensive than the last company we used (" A Clean Angle"), but they went out of business, and Progressive's prices are reasonable for the work they do. We are doing some renovations, and they have been very accommodating.

We had run out of time to get all of the things done for the move-out, so I began to make calls on Friday and Saturday to get the apartment cleaned. Some of the cleaner didn't return my phone calls and some were booked up. Progressive were the only people that could do it on such short notice. They came, did their thing, ask me to check, and left. I had a problem with the bill which was IMMEDIATELY fixed by their management. I highly recommend this company and will be doing business with them again.

I've had serious surgery/health problems for several years, so in-depth cleaning had not been done in a very long time. It was a challenge. Two women arrived promptly at 9am & worked hard for 4 hrs. & 40 min. They were very professional, polished all furniture (including all of the books/bookcases), washed/vacuumed all floors, thoroughly cleaned the bathrooms & kitchen (including moving the refrigerator & stove to clean behind & underneath them), and even put 'nice-to-do' touches everywhere they worked. I was given an Angie's List discount & the final cost was just $238 ... significantly less than I had expected to pay. I highly recommend this company to other Angie's List subscribers ... for their professionalism, quality of work, and cost.

After surgery and a very hectic work schedule my house was a MESS. Two ladies from Progressive came in an spent four hours going over every inch of my house. My house was liveable again! They arrived within the time window I was given. It was wonderful, and I am going to continue using them for regular cleaning.

This was my first time utilizing a cleaning service for my 1 bedroom apartment. The ladies were on time and did an EXCELLENT job! When they were finished, my place looked totally different. I will definitely be utilizing this service again with NO hesitation.

We had to sub-lease our old apartment to a friend for a few months and this guy totally trashed the place! Mouse poop, dust, dirt, food, the works - EVERYWHERE! I found Progressive on Angie's List and gave them a call, requesting service ASAP. Evelyn was very helpful and sent a team of 3 girls over THE NEXT DAY. These poor girls went in there and totally cleaned that entire place out in 3 hours - sweeping, dusting, scrubbing, mopping. It's cleaner than we ever imagined it could be! AMAZING! Thanks ladies!

An excellent experience overall. Evelyn called me the morning after my inquiry on Angie's List to give me a price quote and schedule a cleaning service on the day I requested, a Saturday. Progressive was one of the few services I found that cleans on Saturdays, so that was a big plus for me. A two-woman crew arrived within the expected two-hour (9-11 AM) window, and spent three hours thorougly cleaning our apartment -- dusting, vacuuming, mopping and drying hardwood and tile floors, changing the linens in master BR, scrubbing the baths and kitchen. They did a great job, and even folded the toilet paper and tissues as though we were in a luxury hotel. Drying the hardwood was particularly appreciated -- we used another company that didn't include this in their service, so the floor always looked streaky rather than clean. We corralled the cats to keep them out of the way, and from getting out, while the cleaning was going on. My only complaint is pretty minor -- the ladies snapped two slats while dusting the blinds. Marta brought that to my attention right away, though. The price for the first visit was based on an hourly rate of $30/hour per person, so $180 for a two-person crew for 3 hours ($153 with the 15% Angie's List discount). For future visits, Evelyn quoted me a price of $85/biweekly or $100/monthly. She does not send invoices; I spoke to her to ensure I was satisfied at the completion of the service, and then paid Marta in cash (the preference is for payment by cash or check; no credit cards). I was quite satisfied overall, and am looking forward to having Progressive keep things clean around here for a long time to come.

The team of two came right at 7 am as scheduled, went rigth to work and did a fantastic job. The cleaned the kitchen, living room, dining room, bathrooms, hallways and basement office, at my request, they wiped the walls, door frames and doors. After the team left the house smelled fresh and looked amazing. Evelyn was very easy to deal with and eager to help. Thank you for a great job! I will totally hire them again.

I pay them $70 per cleaning. They come out every week. My overall experience with them has been fine. It?s a good company. I would use their services in the future too.

It was fantastic. They were very easy to work with and flexible. She was nice. The girls who came were very pleasant and very efficient. They went right to work and did a great job. They worked really hard when they were there. I was able to schedule it within one or two days which exceeded my expectations. They were on time. They did everything that I asked and the price was fantastic for what they did.

Overall, I had a good experience with this company. I called for a quote on a Monday and Evelyn called me back that day. I scheduled a one time cleaning service for that Wednesday. It was my first time working with this company so I mentioned the Angie's List 15% off coupon and Evelyn said it could be used. She said she would send either two people for $60/hour or three people for $90/hour. Three people arrived at 10:45, within the two hour window Evelyn had stated, but on the later side. I did about 5 minutes of explaining since it was the first visit and then left to go out on an errand. They told me it would take approximately two hours. They called when they were just about finished, around 12:10. When I got back, everything looked and smelled clean and the team was very professional and nice. One of the team members told me it would be $190 so I wrote a check for $210 to include tip. She said they needed the tip in cash, so I said I could send it along and then she said it was okay and she would take the check as is and explain it to Evelyn. A few hours later I realized that I hadn't received the 15% off coupon. I hadn't remembered to ask about it either. I also thought about the actual time the team worked and realized they arrived at 10:45 and worked until 12:25 (I think), since that's when I arrived home, just over 1 1/2 hours. Some of that time included explaining things, looking over the work, writing the check, etc. and then I thought maybe they charge by the half hour and decided to round up. So, I called Evelyn to ask about the discount, the time charge and also to make sure to include tip. She said she would send me a $35 check to include the discount and for the extra time charge. Evelyn was very accommodating. I realize my chance to say something about the time charge and discount was really when I paid. Since they said it would take two hours, I just assumed it had. I felt a little rushed to write the check since the team was standing there waiting to leave. I would recommend this cleaning company as I thought they did a very good job cleaning and were friendly and professional. It's really nice to have a clean house! Thank you.

They were excellent. They did a nice job, they were timely and very easy to work with. Their responsiveness was very good and they were actually early.

The staff arrived exactly on time and asked detailed questions about what needed to be done in the house.The staff worked at a brisk pace and still managed to clean everything throughly. I was especially impressed by the kitchen cleanup.

I called and left a message and Eleanor called me back the same day. She gave me an estimate of the cost and I was able to get them scheduled quickly. She accomodated my schedule very nicely and the two women came in and went right to work. My house was in desparate need of a good cleaning and they were able to come in and get it done before family arrived.

I was prepping the house to be put on the market and ran across this company on line. Evelyn was very responsive; she contacted me immediately by phone when I put a request in over the internet and she had a written estimate to me shortly thereafter. I thought I would have a problem getting a company to come out on the morning of Memorial Day Monday but the Progressive Crew was there at 7am. They really scrubbed the bathrooms and kitchen which were areas of concern for me and did an excellent job on everything else. They sent a 3 person team and they worked hard for their 2 hour stint at my house. They actually went so far as to organize some of my mess which I was impressed by. I would recommend this company and would hire them again.
