Paula and her team do an excellent job cleaning. They are thorough and quick. I have a two bedroom, two bath apartment and the bi-weekly cleaning takes just over an hour with a team of three.

Paula is great to work with and the results are wonderful. Coming home after they clean is fantastic, everything is so thorough. I especially like the fact that they use products that are less harsh but clean wonderfully. In addition, Paula is very concerned that we are pleased with the work, and we have been since they started a couple months ago. I would highly recommend Paula's Organic Cleaning.

As noted above, it has been great. Paula is easy to work with, knowledgable, and focused on being sure that we are satisified. We enjoy having her and her staff in our home each week.

I hired Paula's Organic Cleaning to do a deep cleaning of my 2BR apartment. I hadn't had the apartment professionally cleaned for several months, so wanted the job to be done thoroughly. 3 maids come over and they did a very nice job, over the course of 3 hours. Among other things, they cleaned my fridge, and dusted or scrubbed every surface I could think of (including underneath the microwave). The only thing that went wrong, is the maids' car got towed while they were cleaning! But, they didn't complain + coordinated with Paula to find a solution. There was a bit of a language barrier. I expect to use Paula's Organic Cleaning service again. The price worked out to ~$25/maid/hour, which is reasonable.

The girls are amazing. They always arrive on time, prepared, do their job, and leave. I like the cleaning supplies they use, never leaves a strong odor. They are professional, work fast (which is nice when they are being paid by the hour), and do a great job. Paula is always responsive to my crazy schedule and replies within hours. Love them so much, they now have a key to my house and have scheduled for them to come every 3 weeks. Great company, extremely professional, trustworthy.

They did a thorough job. Communication was thorough after cleaning and I gave feedback and she didn't reply to my response.

They arrived late but did the best residential cleaning I have ever seen. The house was spotless and their team of 3 did our 2 bedroom 2 bath top to bottom in less than 2 hours.

Paula and her team of girls are absolutely wonderful. I found Paula and her team via Angie's List when looking for a very organic but highly rated cleaning service. I have now used them twice for my mother's home, and will continue using them on a monthly basis. Due to my mom's serious illness, it was imperative for the house to be completely dust and germ free. Their first visit was a very deep, thorough cleaning, from top to bottom (we wanted extras like: vacuuming the curtains, etc). My mother's place is a very old home that had never had professional cleaning services before, so it was a lot of work for Paula's crew. The deep clean (for about 1700 sq.ft) was $275 (they charge $75/hour), and the second time, a regular cleaning, was $150 (1.5 hours). They always arrive punctually, and the girls are very pleasant. I checked each room/space they cleaned and they addressed every nook and cranny thoroughly (e.g, top of ceiling fans, light fixtures, top of doors, picture frames, etc). I am so very pleased with the quality of their work that I am considering using them for my own home. Thank you, Paula and your team!

I reached out to this company on 4/28/13 and never heard back. I usually do not write a review on that, but I have been encouraged by Angie's List members that I really should be providing feedback about companies that do not respond to me.

Really, really pleased. Their first clean was wonderful. I had a fractured leg and hadn't done much cleaning or organization for a very long time. I also have a lot of things in a small apartment. They were so conscientious, very detailed cleaning work, straightened the place, and very nice (and kind.) I've had them back twice now and plan on continuing with their service as I think worth every penny. So pleased that I am getting biweekly though had intended once a month. Feel very lucky that I tried them. Paula is also very quick with responses to questions.

This is the second time I use Paula's services. She has been great in accommodating my last minute request. Her workers are fantastic. They come in a crew of three, always with at least one of them conversant in English. They are very polite, listen to my needs and come to ask me just enough to get the service done. And because they don't use harsh chemicals, the house is left smelling good. To top it off, they leave a few surprises: they cleaned inside the fireplace, got rid of some old crust on the stove top, and even carefully cleaned the base of the blender. I definitely recommend this company!

I had an excellent experience with Paula's. They did a great job. On a very short notice, they were able to come in and do a full housecleaning and very satisfied with the work.

I have a 9-month-old daughter and wanted a company that used zero chemicals. My house hadn't had a good cleaning since I became pregnant and I contacted Paula and she scheduled an estimate for me immediately. She was unable to attend in person however, she guarenteed that she will have her team come at the scheduled time we agreed to. Her team was late but they arrived ready to work and then realized that my home was larger than I described and wanted to clean half the house and return in the morning to finish the rest. Since my guests were arriving the next day, I requested that they finish that evening and they obliged. I was pleasently surprised. They cleaned places in my home that hadn't been clean since I first purchased in 2006! I was so impressed by the quality of their work. She charges $75 an hour but gave me an hour free since she was unable to come in person to quote a price to me.

They sent three people to my house. When they left my husband, who had been working from home, said the house looked good. I however, gave it the white glove test and found they had not done the baseboards where they meet the floor. Left smears on my dining room mirror. I have two living room lamps they dusted one not the other. In my kitchen there were some spots on my floor that told me they had not done a thorough job. There was dust around the rugs in front of my sink and island. My shower walls were gritty as well as the floor and shower door. The molding around my front door had not been dusted either. I was so frustrated I stopped looking. This gal only cleans with natural products so that must be what caused the grit in the bathroom. I called to complain and she said the floors next to the baseboards were not cleaned becauses I did not want her to bring her own rags but instead use the papertowels and swifter dusters I provided. I left them three vacuums, two with attachments that my other gals used along the floors. She made no offer to come back and make it good. She has a gimmick where she talks you into doing a longer "deep cleaning" the first time which includes moving the furniture and windows. I know they moved the furniture in the living room only. My sliding glass door in the kitchen was not cleaned either. Even though my home is cleaned every two weeks I let her do this. I feel like I was ripped off and would never recommend this gal to anyone.

We contacted Paula, wanting to arrange a move-in cleaning following several weeks of work by contractors. We only had a one day-window for the house to be cleaned between the renovations being finished and our moving in but Paula was able to schedule us for that very day, no problem. She and her team did a great job and were very thorough - all of the dust and construction grime was gone when we arrived and we were able to start unpacking straight away. They made sure to wipe down all the baseboards, window trim, door trim and all the places that fill with dust but could easily be skipped over in a cleaning. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if we need cleaning services in the future. Paula is very attentive, friendly and easy to work with.

Paula's ladies started cleaning my house a little over a year ago. The team is punctual and very thorough. They work very hard the entire time they are there. Normally they come to me first thing in the morning. Paula's service also did a Move-Out and Move-In cleaning when I moved and it was excellent and also very thourough. She uses organic products so the house smells fresh when completed and not reeking of chemicals. I highly recommend her. The house is spotless when I get home and Paula comes with her teams at times to spot check and make sure things are done according to her standards. We have settled on a schedule of once every three weeks and 2 or 2 1/2 hours. That works best for me and keeps the price reasonable. She will however work with you to find a plan you can live with. I don't know what I'd do without them. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Paula was able to schedule the cleaners to come out within a day or two. They were so detail oriented that I was in love with the service immediately. Finally I have found a cleaning service that does the detail of cleaning that I would do if I was cleaning the house myself. I have been looking for that for awhile now and thankfully have found it. I would recommend this service to anyone!

I had a good experience with Paula's Organic Cleaning and would definitely recommend them to others. When I first called, Paula and I set up a time for her to come by to give me an estimate. She showed up on time and was pleasant and professional. On the actual cleaning day, Paula accompanied her crew, since it was their first time at my house. They showed up right on time at 8 AM and immediately went to work. A deep cleaning is what they always do the first time at your house, and it's more expensive than a regular cleaning. But the crew moved all my furniture, rolled up the area rugs, etc. to make sure they got every corner clean. When I got home that evening my house looked fantastic! Paula also gave me a follow up call to make sure I was happy with my service. I pointed out a couple of minor things that the cleaning crew had missed, such as dusting the top of a cabinet, and Paula offered to send them back to hit those spots for free, which I deemed unncecessary. I plan to hire them again.

Paula and her team came highly recommended to me. I wanted a crew that was going to be prompt, trustworthy, and efficient. They were all that and more. I have a 1200 square foot condo, no pets, hardwood floors and no time to clean. It took them about two hours to do the initial "deep clean" which Paula asked to do for the first time -- the subsequent sessions will be to maintain what was done. Everything was wonderful, rugs, carpets, windows, bathrooms, wood floors, etc. The place just looked so much better than when my previous cleaner had "sort of" gone through the rooms. Paula is extremely involved in what her crews do and she always got back to me right away to work out times for them to come over. I'm using them on a regular basis and have recommended them to my friends to use as well.

It went well. They were on time and worked diligently the whole time. They worked around us (we were in the house), and did a thorough job, even cleaning our dusty wine rack.

Overall it went well. Again, they are not the cheapest cleaning company, but in this case I believe you get what you pay for. Paula will be sure to fix anything not done to your satisfaction. She is also very nice, and takes time to go over her estimates.
