Description of Work: Michel patched drywall in our great room. The we had time and he patched cracked drywall and tape in our bath. He is a true artist who takes amazing pride in his work. I can not see any seams in my white ceiling. I will use him again!

Description of Work: This vendor repaired dry wall that had been damaged during the installation of recessed lighting. He did an excellent job. He arrived on time and completed all the work within the time allotted. He cleaned up after his work very well. I would definitely hire him again.

Description of Work: Replaced and painted two rake boards (part of roof trim). The existing boards were rotting. The two boards were on separate parts of the roof, that is, they were not adjacent to each other.

Description of Work: I found Michele very easy to work with. The men were hard workers. The house was power-washed, then painted. The porch needed rotton wood taken out and the carpenter did a thourough job. They replaced 2 doors on the side of the house. The openings were smaller than standard, and I thought I would have to special order doors which were very expensive, so the carpenter made the standard doors work thus saving me alot of money, and the doors look great. One of the bay windows in the back had lots of rotten wood. When they were going to paint it they brought that to my attention and they completely redid the mouldings and bottom of the window. Michele did lots of extras that I didn't ask him to do with no extra charge. We decided to have 3 panels of screen put in because they were ripped and he redid all the screens on the porch. He painted the porch ceiling on his own and several doors without me asking him to do that. I was very happy with Michele and would hire him again.

Description of Work: My husband and I have worked with Michel Sylvester on interior and exterior painting projects since 2008, when we were introduced to him through our contractor when we were undergoing a significant renovation and addition to our house. Michel and his team painted the interior and exterior of our home. We were extremely pleased with the quality of the work and have had him come back regularly to handle other exterior and interior painting projects.

Description of Work: Painted an exterior door and frame which required removal a previously poor paint application.

Description of Work: Michel painted all the trim on our larger home (some of which was 30 feet above ground). He started with a power wash first (of the whole house), then proceeded to paint all the trim, the interior and exterior of our screened porch, our deck railing, stair railing and all doors. Some of the trim had rotted (it had been 10 years since it had been painted), which he replaced, and part of our gutter had been pushed away from the facia by snow, so that rain was leaking inside the gutter. Michel fixed that. Michel was knowledgeable and very nice.

Description of Work: Michel agreed to fit us into his schedule and was patient with us even with last minute additions. He painted four bedrooms, a hallway, a dining room and some additional trim work.

Description of Work: Michel has done alot of painting and other work in several homes that I've owned over the years. He is extremely detailed, clean, personable and he's really easy to work with. I also had him install crown molding in my current home. Anytime I need painting done by a true professional, I will be giving Michel a call.
