Very responsive! The bathrooms were in worse shape than I realized and before performing work outside the offer, the office called me to clear it. The extra time spent on my job made them late to the next jove, but they were very nice about it. Would definitely recommend!

Paula was extremely responsive to my request for a quote and came out the very next morning. I started out with a deep/spring cleaning and then decided to sign up to have them come every other week. I have been very pleased with the service so far, though I don't really have a basis for comparison as far as other companies go. The first time they came they gave a little extra special touch by doing things like arranging my magazines in an attractive way (the second time that wasn't done though so they may use different teams of people). They also changed the sheets which is very nice. Coming home to a clean house is a wonderful feeling and I'm already hooked:)

I purchased a deal for 3 hours of cleaning of my vacant rental property. Immediately after I purchased, they contacted me to let me know that the deal did not apply to move out cleaning, but that they would be happy to apply the deal to my balance. I appreciated this proactive approach and good customer service. They did a very good job cleaning and I would use them again.

Great job, all bathrooms squeaky clean, bedrooms dusted, organized. Kitchen very clean, rest of the house vacuumed. Only thing is arriving 45 mins late but probably due to traffic. Also loose closet door appears to have broken and landed on bedroom floor making visible scratches. But not their fault, just better care next time.

I recommend Maid Solutions because they do a good cleaning job, are reliable, they email you before each visit, they immediately tell you if any accidents happened and pay for the repairs. That is invaluable to me. In the past I have had cleaning ladies that did not tell me when something was damaged . And when they don't tell you about the accident, I feel like they are hoping you will not notice it, like sweeping it under the rug, which I find absolutely infuriating. This is why I chose Maid Solutions (1) they do a good clean job and are fast, and (2) they tell me immediately if they accidentally break anything.

Services were great. I called a day prior inquiring about the services and if they could come the next day which they did. The manager even came out to my house to make sure everything was satisfactory. It is a great company and I currently have them scheduled again. Highly recommend!!

Very pleased with results. Cleaned things that I never get to. Found dust in places I didn't even know about. Everything in bathrooms clean and shiny. Dust under couch and bed gone. Dusty smell in house is gone. Microwave clean.

We used them for pre-sale of our condo in Arlington. Raquel and Claudia did a great job! I was really impressed at how clean the carpets, stove and refrigerator turned out. Really a great cleaning. They were very polite and professional. Price was similar if not slightly lower than competitors. Our only issue was that we were told they would arrive at 7:30am, and they did not arrive until 8:00am due to traffic. That said both Raquel and Claudia were extremely apologetic, as was Paula who called to offer her apologies as well. Would recommend!

We have been let down by two other maid services, but this team did a terrific job! Lots of attention to detail, didn't mind moving things to clean and dust, and the house was sparkling. We have signed on to this team for the long haul. The customer service was outstanding, professional and punctual - they were totally focused on work and wrapped things up in less than 2 hours. I highly recommend Maid Solutions. You can see the training and employee care they put into their people.

Maid Solution is very affordable and thorough. They are a locally owned and operated company. I am always pleased with their work. I have been using this company since 2009. If I have to change or cancel a service, Paula is always accommodating, and responsive. They also do great move-in/move-out service. I highly recommend this company!

I would definitely use this service again and am thinking of making them my full-time housecleaning service. I have tried many housecleaning services from Angies List and other referrals, but none sent staff that worked as hard or took as much pride in thier work. They were punctual, professional, and genuinely pleasant. Not only did they do great job - this is the first time I did not have to ask cleaners to clean my stairs - they were very sweet to my old and half-blind dog. Strongly recommend them for your cleaning needs.

The service was prompt and on time. The manager was pro-active, kept in touch, and was able to respond on short notice. Manager showed up after the team arrived and provided additional instructions. Very customer service oriented.

We've been very pleased with Maid Solution. Over the past 7 years they have been wonderful. We have a toddler and two dogs, and they make our house look like it is kid and pet-free! Not a small feat.
