Diamond Carpet Service

Wonderful experience. I was given a two-hour window for when the cleaners would arrive. They arrived early but called from the parking lot to check whether it was OK to come on in at that point. They were incredibly polite, and the job was done very smoothly. I received a 10% discount because I had heard of them through Angie's List.

Installers were efficient, great price, excellent job on a dirty carpet. They were a little late, but they called to notify me, so it wasn't a problem. Gave a first-time customer discount. Will use them again.

The gentlemen arrived on time and were very polite. I was surprised to see how thoroughly they cleaned. Not only did they use the normal machine to extract the dirt but they also go on their hands and knees and sprayed/scrubbed around the edges of the baseboards (where a lot of dirt had built up) and on particularly stubborn spots. My carpets look GREAT, overall I'm extremely satisfied with the job that was done. I'll definitely be using them again and I recommend them highly.

I scheduled the appointment one week in advance. Angel and a coworker showed up right on time and proceeded to thoroughly clean our carpets. They expended great effort trying to scrub out stains and they had amazing results. They took great care when moving furniture and put everything back in its proper place. I used the Angie's List coupon and received a 10% discount. I am very happy with the service provided by this company.

Scheduling was efficient and polite. The technicians called 10 minutes before arrival, as promised. They arrived on time, were extremely friendly, and professional. Took about two hours. Technicians treated me and my property with respect. They protected the wood floor from water damage with a rug they brought. Did a great job on extremely dirty furniture. It looks fresh and new. They even cleaned throw pillows and an entry-way rug.

The crew arrived exactly on time and were very professional. The carpets, which were really dirty (particularly along the walls and the corners) ended up nice and clean. Spared me replacement for a couple more years.

When I called for an appointment, Tom provided quality professional customer service. I was able to get an appointment within a week on a day I requested. Pricing was very simple, one price for each area, with no a la carte extras. This meant that anything needed to clean the carpet (deodorizer, stain treatment, etc) was included. They gave me a 2 hour window, called the day before to remind me, then called again 20 minutes before arriving. They were right on time. Angel and his brother were polite, friendly, took great care with my furnishings and belongings and worked really hard for about 4 hours. The carpet looks great. We were ready to replace it, and called Diamond as a last-ditch effort to salvage it. So glad we did, it looks amazing! This is due solely to the fact that they were persistent in treating stains and scrubbed by hand to get every last spot out. Day and night compared to the last company we used. Final price was same as estimate. Excellent!

They called prior to coming and said they were on their way. The men were polite and courteous. They cleaned the carpets within 1-1/2 hours.

Everything was perfect, and I do mean perfect. Appointment was made easily, and confirmed. The two person crew (Angel and Roberto) called when en route, and arrived on time. The work was done quickly and well. The crew members were pleasant and professional.

Angel and Roberto came on Wednesday to give me an estimate. On Thursday, I called to see if I could have them clean my carpets on Friday morning! They could! They called me 15 minutes before my appointment and told me they were on their way. They arrived right on time and were so friendly and wonderful to work with! They did a great job with the carpets and they look like new despite my cats!

It was great. In spite of an ice storm the day before, they arrived on time. the work took 2 hours as they had estimated it would. In some areas, they used hand brushes to get up soil, especially where the carpet met the wall. At the end, the carpet looked great, in all areas.

They were on time for the pickup and were very pleasant and polite; even to the cat whose chair was being moved. The carpets came back a day late, because one was very dirty and needed to be cleaned again, but the delivery people came on time despite it being a snowy day. The carpets look great and the price was excellent.

Excellent. I found all involved friendly and very professional. The hall traffic spots on the rug came up beautifully. I felt the property was treated with respect and the job treated with importance. I would definitely call them again and pass their company name along to others.

The company promptly returned my call and the work was scheduled within the next few days. The two workers called on their way and arrived on time. I had recently had my bathroom remodeled so there was a lot of dirty foot traffic (and grease) in the bedroom in addition to some other stains that I thought would be difficult to get out. Angel assured me that they would not be a problem and he was right. The carpet now looks like new; I honestly can't believe it. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone and will use them again if I need this service.

Great. I made an error in scheduling in that an air duct cleaning company was there at the same time they showed up to clean. They said no problem they would return in 30 minutes when the air duct cleaners left.

Angel and Roberto arrived within the stated time window and went right to work. They managed to get out most of the green ink stain, which was much better than I thought they could do. It's now small enough that it can be covered by an area carpet. The rest of the carpeting looks great.

I had an excellent experience. Tom on the phone was very helpful. Angel and Roberto who came to deliver and lay out my rugs were incredibly nice and helpful, they even trimmed a new pad I had gotten so it would fit. They were fantastic!

The guys were very prompt and courteous. I would not hesitate to use them again. They really worked hard on each room. The price was great also.

This is my first use of Angie's List. I read through all the cleaning companies listed & picked three to call. ''Service Master'' does not stretch/retack; I left a message with Diamond Care and then called 200 Degrees Hot Clean. Robert was very friendly and gave me some attractive quotes, but needed to call me back (was in the middle of a job) to schedule an estimate. Diamond Care returned my call about two hours later, gave me similar quotes as 200 Degrees and set me up with an estimate the next day. Angel & Roberto arrived at the beginning of the two-hour window, having called 15 minutes prior that they were on their way. Angel's professional demeanor sold me right away and his estimate was on par with 200 Degrees (who never called back.) ''We can do this the way you want it done.'' The experience was excellent. They arrived when they said they would, quickly and efficiently cleaned the carpet and moved all the furniture back in their original positions when finished. Everyone in the congregation was very pleased with the outcome!

Carpets came very clean, company was very accommodating by keeping my carpets in storage for no extra charge while renovations were ongoing. Were careful moving my furniture when carpets were picked up and delivered.

I received a courtesy call prior to their arrival. They informed me that they would be at the house in 15 minutes, and they were. They were courteous, appropriate and did very good work.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD IN SCHEDULING AND THEY COME WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO COME. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DO AN OUTSTANDING JOB. THEY GET OUT STAINS THAT WOULD NEVER HAVE THOUGHT COULD COME OUT.
