Diamond Carpet Service

Got an estimate over the phone and schedule the job for 5 days later based on a good price and all the positive posts on this site. They showed up on time started immediately with the pre-spotting treatments. It took under 2 hours and the carpet looks great. They got out all the spots.

Great! Angel and Roberto arrived about a half hour into the two hour window. Both gentlemen were polite, considerate and professional. They got to work quickly, pretreating stains (and scrubbing the perimeter of the rugs where they meet the baseboards!). The solution they used smelled light, fresh and clean-not overpowering at all. Everything looks great!

The carpets all came out clean however 2 stains appeared after cleaning. Apparently,the dye from the legs of a piece of furniture ran onto the carpeting when the carpet was wet and before they put the papers under the furniture that protects the carpet. The men came back to try to fix one of the stains but rubbed too hard which made the spot worse as the fibers were worn out as a result and it made a big dull spot and even more noticeable. The second spot was not noticed on that visit. Finally, another man, Mario, who I don't think even works full time for their company, but apparently is the best at removing spots, came out and was able to remove the 2nd spot without any problem but that first spot, he said he would try to patch with a piece of leftover carpet that we had. He came back again and was able to patch the spot perfectly though I am still trying to figure out if you can see the lines. I think that after time none will notice though. I did not want to put up a big fight and get the carpet replaced, but I wish the company had sent out the expert in the first place and of course,I wish that the original cleaners had been quick enough to put the carpet protectors down right away to prevent this problem.

They called us 30 minutes before they arrived like they said they would which we really appreciated. They moved all of our furniture, shampooed the carpet, vacuumed and put everything back. Very efficient and very well done.

They were wonderful. The carpets look terrific, they moved all of the furniture, and cleaned two chairs FOR FREE! I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

It all went very smoothly and I am extremely satisfied with the way the job was performed. I would recommend or use this company again.

The pickup and delivery were right on time. The person setting up the appointments was very friendly and informative. Best of all, the rugs look great!

VERY well - pleasant and efficient during the initial call, arrived on time, pleasant and professional workmen, were very careful about moving furniture and asking for instructions. Did not try to sell me anything else (the bane of other carpet cleaning services, ugh). While they were finishing up, one of the workers even did a quick clean of my foyer scatter rugs as a freebie since he was waiting on the other worker. A great experience - with four animals we will use them again!

Excellent. They worked with our rescheduling needs when a conflict came up, and then on the day of service they called to see if they could come early (which we had requested, but at the time was unavailable). The men called again before actually arriving in the time frame they indicated. Both men were incredibly friendly and professional, and got right to work. Our carpet looks new and the tough stains (wine included) in our couch are gone. We were very pleased and will use them again if/when needed.

Excellent. I initially made contact via phone, and Tom returned my call very quickly and provided all of the information I needed. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and we set an appointment for 9am on Saturday the 8th. Angel and Roberto called around 20 minutes prior to the appointment time to let us know they were on the way, and they arrived a few minutes early. They worked quickly, neatly and efficiently and were very thorough and thoughtful. They actually moved furniture to clean under it (rather than just cleaning around it), and put the furniture back on little foam blocks to allow the carpet to dry. They were very pleasant and personable, and finished the work in around two hours. We received a 10% Angie's List discount. We are very pleased with the way the carpets, the rug and sofa look and will definitely use this company in the future!

I was very satisfied. Roberto came over for an estimate. He gave me an estimate of $189. While he thought they could do the work that following Monday, when I called the company they were booked for that day. I scheduled for the following Monday. Roberto came at the appointed time. He rug looks great. I also used the 10% coupon I got from Angie's List!

Fabulous!!!! This is a top rated company and it shows. From the initial phone call, call 30 minutes before arrival (they actually came in the time slot!!!), superior carpet cleaning (got out many many spots no one has), top notch carpet stretching, even great installation of carpet for one room. They left the space clean and were picking up small debris on the way out the door. Angel was very courteous, professional. They have my business forever!!!!

All done fast and was happy with job.

This is the second time I've used Diamond Carpet Cleaning. I found them here on Angie's List in December 2006 and used them with terrific results. I called on a Monday and spoke with Jim and was scheduled for Tuesday afternoon. Jim advised that his team would move furniture and also protect and put away any vases, etc. They did do this. On a side note: Angel and his assistant cleaned my carpet in December 2006.

They arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They were polite and well informed and had a great work ethic. They moved all furniture carefully and put everything back correctly when finished. They delivered the rugs back to me on the date and time agreed upon. The rugs as well as the carpeting were well cleaned and looked beautiful.

Fantastic. After the initial phone call, scheduled an appointment that fit my schedule. They arrived promptly on time and were done within 1.5 hours. The carpets look great and they even got some very tough stains out. Would highly recommend.

The technicians were prompt, professional, and did a great job. The job was actually a little less expensive than what I was quoted on the phone. I would definitely use them again.

I couldn't be happier. Such a great experience from start to finish. I called to schedule cleaning and was very impressed with Tom, he offered some great ideas and knew a lot about cleaning. The crew called 30 minutes EARLY and asked if it was OK to come. That never happens! The cleaning was great and they helped move toys and heavy exercise equipment. They covered the whole floor, not just cleaned around things like other companies have done in the past. I really couldn't be happier.

Scheduling the appt was a great experience. My conversation with Tom was most pleasant and informative. We were phoned, as promised, when the pair was on their way. They very respectfully asked if the could come early. They were both friendly and polite and worked very, very hard. We were amazed they were able to remove so many stains so effectively. Will definitely hire them again. I am a Realtor with a large team in No Va and I intend to encourage our primary listing agent to use this company for our new listings in the future. The price was higher than the estimate, but they helped me out with extra spots that weren't part of the deal originally.

Basically fine, some of the stains did not come out, but I'm not sure anyone could have gotten them out.

They were able to schedule the appointment fairly conveniently. The crew called me when they were near - about a half hour early. They had some difficulty in getting their equipment set up in my 2nd floor unit and ended up resorting to getting household water in buckets from the tub. They were done faster than expected also. They did an okay job, but did not seem to make any particular effort to get into all the corners.

The customer service I received from Tom when I called to schedule the work was very good. All my questions were answered. The crew was on time and very professional. They moved my furniture and were careful in doing so. They were eager to please me. They worked quickly and efficiently and even made suggestions about rotating my carpets to lessen wear. They cleaned up carefully and left everything in good order. I was very happy. The rugs looked great and I was thrilled with how fresh the drapes looked after the cleaning.
