They showed up on time. They were careful about moving and/or protecting the furniture while they cleaned. Overall a solid job with no surprises. They were very professional.

I called Diamond immediately after finding my basement had flooded, and they came over in approximately 90 minutes to begin the clean-up work; their responsiveness was fantastic! They removed all the old yucky padding, and left fans over the weekend to get everything dried out. They returned the following week to install new padding, at which time I had them clean the upstairs hallway and 3 bedrooms.

Crew arrived on time, hauled equipment to the deck, and stretched a vacuum hose into the den as part of the cleaning process. Two worked diligently for an hour or so. The two pieces of the sectional sit on a wooden platform, and they nicely placed Styrofoam under the cushions to allow the pieces to dry and avoid getting the platform wet. I had hoped they would clean another couch with a white slipcover, but they noted it would get the wool upholstery underneath wet; a better alternative was removing the slipcover and dry cleaning it. I appreciated their candor.

I ended up having to reschedule the service date several times, and they were very nice about letting me do that. They came when they said they would come, and they did a good job.

The guys were great--very professional and punctual. They weren't sure about one of the sofas but they said they'd do their best and it looked even better than I had hoped--I knew it was a tough job, but I was very pleased.

I don't think that they where that good. They didn't give me what they promised. They didn't remove some of the stains that they said they would be able to. They said that the stains where to old, yet when I explained over the phone they stated that they would be able to. In the end, they where either lying or unable to do their work. They gave me one quote according to the work and then when I complained that the work was not done, they blamed the price on the size of the apartment.

Diamond Carpet arrived 20 minutes early and gave me an estimate for the work they would do and, in the end, they actually came under the estimate, how often does that happen. I left and let them do their thing and told them to call my cell when they were ready for me to return home. The carpet in my home is white and a real bear to clean. They did the best job of any company I have used thus far. The only thing I wish had gone differently was that they took off some of the paint from the baseboards in cleaning the edges of the carpet. I am not sure, though, that that is completely unavoidable. In any case, it is not a deal breaker and I would have no reservations in using this company again or recommending them.

The office personnel were very friendly and responsive. They did a good job. The person who came and did the work did a very thorough job and it looks really good.

We really thought it was great of them to come out right away that night b,but they said if they didn't the carpet would get moldy and we would have to get new.

I received a call back immediately and a price quote over the phone. They charge by the "area" vs by the square foot, making estimates easy to understand. Each room counts as one area, and each stairway with 12 steps or more count as one area, etc. I had, in essence, 8 areas. My cleaning was scheduled for the next day. The employees arrived a few minutes early and were very professional and friendly. They went over my costs again before starting and actually charged me for only 7 areas, since one hallway was smallish. The results were beautiful! My carpets look like new! I am thrilled with the results and will use them again.

Roberto called us 15 minutes before he was due to arrive, which was right on time. They were polite, efficient and extremely qualified to do a wonderful job. Roberto showed me a before and after on our family room rug. He left a small area uncleaned just long enough for me to see the difference. I could not believe how much dirt was lifted from the rug! They both worked very hard non-stop and put the furniture up on protective cushions so that it would not get damaged from the damp rug. My husband and I are very pleased with the professional work and the very clean rugs and sofas!

This is the second time we used this company because they have done such a good job. They are on time. They are ready to work. The carpet was deodorized and disinfected. They will move the furniture for you.

Fantastic price. Showed up on time. I had asked if they could move me to a different time after I had already scheduled the service. They couldn't, but the person on the phone was very nice and professional and I don't at all hold it against them. My only niggly complaint, carpet was pretty darned wet, even after a couple of days using a dehumidifier and fans.

The guys were on time. They were clean looking and very polite. They explained everything and they were good to have in the house.

I chose this company because I was hoping that they could avoid fading the dyes in the rug. There was a little fading of the colors. They came and picked up the rugs and then they returned them when I requested. I was able to give the date that I would like the back. They were very accommodating.

We had major stains on a light colored carpet. Diamond Carpet Service gave me a phone estimate of $219 which was about $100 less than another carpet-cleaning company for the same quote. They gave me a two hour window for service and they called before they came to let me know they were on the way. They arrived on time, which was at the beginning of my two hour window. They were very polite and professional and caused little disruption. They cleaned main carpet area, stairs, hallway and master bedroom. They were finished within the two hour window. Final cost was $150 even with the deep stain removal. Carpet looks like new.

Overall, the Diamond Carpet Reps were wonderful! I called for an appointment and got one within 5 days time frame. They offered a 2 hour window which worked well for me, and Angel and his partner called 15 minutes just prior to arrival. I selected 11-1 and they called at 11:15, right on the money for Northern VA! They were extremely professional. I showed them the areas to be cleaned, we chatted about special issues and they went right to work. They were finished within 2 hours, actually maybe 1.5 hours, but the job was terrific and we are very pleased. We will definitely use them again.

Recommend. Showed up on time and were extremely professional. The furniture (10 years old) had never been cleaned and had been moved across country 2 times. Now it looks brand new. The crew were sure to be careful of new carpet that we had just installed. They removed some spots that we thought would never come out. I would highly recommend this company.

From the first contact to conclusion of the job it was outstanding. They completed the job perfectly with no wasted motion. Highly recommended!

They did a fantastic job! Roberto spent most of the time scrubbing the corners and edges while his co-worker did the steam cleaning. There were many extremely dirty areas that they got clean by going over and over the area with their equipment. Excellent job!! I highly recommend them!

The carpet was in awful shape and they got it looking like new. And they were very nice gentlemen.

OMG. Can we all say OMG. The results were better that either of us imagined. Stains that we thought were impossible to remove came out. Our cream colored carpet looks FABULOUS. Smells great and feels fantastic. The gentleman that came to do the job were kind, quick (one hour for approx. 1000 sqft.) and moved everything that was too big for me to move. My husband came in and couldn't believe his eyes. The only draw back is the carpet is wet once the cleaning is done (no biggie) have clean bottom shoes and you can walk on it all you want. With the ceiling fan on it took about three hours to dry, we went to dinner then eye shopping. We will definitely use them again, and again , and again. One more thing when you are told that your time is say 10:00 to 1200pm, that's the three hour window you are given for them to arrive since they don't know how long the prior job will take, again I would wait for the price, the results, and the great service.
