Excellent. Arrived on time as scheduled--called just before to let us know they were on the way. As promised, they were done in just about two hours. Prompt, professional, just all around excellent job!

The overall experience was good. The only complaint I had was that it took three days to dry. Part of the problem with the drying was the rainy weather. However, they did a good job cleaning the carpets and I would use them again.

The guy who answers the phone is so wonderful. He deserves a prize. He called to let us know he was on his way. They are very reasonable and they are just the best carpet cleaners I have ever used and will continue to use and recommend them.

They were very polite. They wrapped up the rug themselves so I didn't have to do it. They brought it back promptly. Their prices were reasonable. They did a good job!

The guy who came was very friendly and thorough. They worked very hard and did a very good job. I was pleased with their work. They were very accommodating. I only have one day a week to do things like this, and they accommodated me. They were easy to talk to and answered all of my questions.

The receptionist was very professional and was able to book us withing two weeks. The workers called and asked if they could come early, which was fine. They performed a fantastic job on all of the pieces, getting out ground in dirt from dogs on a white couch that we thought was pretty permanent. The two workers spent about three hours performing the cleaning. The workers were very courteous and professional.

They did a great job! Prompt arrival and diligent work from start to finish. My carpet looks cleaner than it has since it was new! They made the high traffic areas look pristine again. Accurate estimate and arrival times were a real plus.

They called and arrived before the scheduled time and finished in less than an hour. The carpets look and smell clean. The one dirty area is gone.

Carpets were very clean. However, they moved furniture to places where we couldn't find it and the carpet stayed wet for 24 hours after they left.

They were very professional. They gave us all the information up front. They did a good job. They were reasonably priced. I would recommend them and use them again.

I called on a Monday, hoping that there may be a cancellation on the following day, as Tuesday is my day off. Angel and his associate were prompt, efficient and very courteous. They got some stains out that I thought were impossible to remove. They moved smaller furnishings and used leg protectors and furniture protectors everywhere necessary. I would definitely hire them again!

When I called for an appointment, they were very flexible, and fit me in within 3 days. My appointment was for 1-3, and at 11:30 they called to ask if they could come early. The crew was professional and quick, and the carpets, even the high traffic areas look great, plus the room smells fresh and clean.

They moved furniture as needed, cleaned inside closets, and applied stain and odor removal without an additional fee.

It went extremely well. Roberto and his team member arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. Our carpets were filthy (we bought a bank-owned foreclosure, and were having the carpets cleaned prior to moving in), and they got them very clean. I had been nervous that they might not be able to get the carpets as clean as I'd like, but they definitely surpassed by expectations. I'll definitely be using Diamond again, and will request to have Roberto as I really liked him.

They did a great job stretching the rugs, however they did a lousy job cleaning them. I asked them to do some things and they didn't do it. I wasn't happy with the ending results, I would have been rather been charged more and had them do better.

The one comment is the lead worker was on the phone for quite a while when they first arrived. He apologized for this and said it was his boss. His boss should know better than to make a long phone call when a service is performed in a customer's home.

They were on time and very friendly. The carpet looks good and there is even a spot gone that previous cleaning was not able to remove. The only complaint I have is that there was only an over the phone estimate given.

Two men showed up right on time. One worked on stretching the carpet while the other started the cleaning on the basement carpet. In about 2 hours, all the rooms were done. I was very happy with the results.

Angel and Juan came out to my house on time and did a fabulous job on both the carpet in my living room and in my car. They called ahead of time to let me know they were on their way, and they arrived within the window of time I had booked (between 1:00 and 3:00). The job took a little more than an hour. They even managed to take the stains out of the ceiling of my car!

They did have to call a time or two because they were running late with the previous job, and I had to go to work later. This was just a minor problem though. The quality of the cleaning was really good, but I felt like it was too wet when they finished. It was still wet until early afternoon the next day. The other problem was that they nicked the wall in the bedroom and didn't tell me about it. But the workers that did the carpet cleaning were very nice and professional.

They were to clean the carpet and two chairs. I asked if they had time to add an additional chair and the sofa, or should I make another appointment. They had the time, so those were added. They did a great job and the men were very nice. I am very pleased and am recommending them to friends.

Appointment was scheduled for Thursday, September 11, 2008 from 1-3pm, however, technician arrived approximately at 1:45pm. There was no phone call from the company other than from the technician at approximately 1:30pm, notifying me that he would arrive in 10 minutes. Upon his arrival, there was no acknowledgment of his being late, and when I finally said something he muttered something about other appointments being scheduled for the same time slot. This incident would not have been a problem, had I been notified that he was running late. This to me, is just common courtesy.

They were punctual, professional, and competent. The rugs were in great shape when I got them back. I was very pleased.

Great. They were professional and easy to work with. They spent a lot of time doing a thorough job (much more so than a lot of companies I've dealt with) and we're extremely economical, especially considering the thoroughness of the job.

Called to confirm, as promised, the day before; showed up right on time; did their work and left the house clean and looking great. Did the same work as another company for 1/3 of the price.
