The team did a great job. German was very responsive when I reached out and was able to come out to the house within a couple of days. He took the time to walk me through the work they did, and highlighted an issue with the dryer hose that they fixed.

They were clean and professional. Did a great job. I definitely plan on using them again.

Two guys, very professional.  It was a big job, but they got it done. They worked on the Fourth of July.  Our only issue was that they were hard to schedule.  They were slow getting back to us for an appointment.  There was a mix up on the first appointment and they were late for the actual appointment.  We would hire them again, but be more careful with scheduling.

That was pretty good.  They did a good job.  We didn’t face any issues after the service.  We moved into a new home and we were not sure if the previous owners cleaned the ducts or not, so we hired them and we were satisfied with the service.  They were on time.

Clean Air was prompt and very professional. They showed us before and after pictures of the vents they cleaned. They also were very thorough in their explanation of what they did and how they did it.
Overall, I was very pleased with their level of knowledge and a job well done.

The entire experience was great. From the initial phone call setting up the appointment where they told me about their promotional deal, to their prompt arrival in the 2 hour window they promised, to the actual cleaning by the very professional technicians, they did a great job. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

They cleaned all of the air ducts and dryer vent.  They also showed us
the results of the cleaning and all of the nasty bits we'd been
breathing all those years.  They were prompt and the office even called
to say that they final price would be lower than what was quoted.

My dryer vent had disconnected and was blowing lint into my ceiling space. I contacted Clean Air, and was very appreciative they came out upon my request within 24 hrs of me contacting them. They gave me a 3 hour window and a 45 minute call ahead. They showed up about 15 min later than the window but I was notified so it was no big deal- I was just happy they were on their way at all on short notice and to avoid a dryer fire! The rep was able to crimp the vent pieces back together with some special tape, shortened the vent tube and cleaned out the vent. I appreciated that he was honest and let me know not much needed to be cleaned after all. I was only charged for the service call $75 and for the vent repair- whereas had they charged me for both it would have cost a lot more. I have recommended this company to my family as well.

They were just very thorough. I've always been very wary about using people like that because the first people I used were a joke. It was just more of a scam and they brought out one of those machines that looks like the shampooers you get from the grocery store and they tore all of my duct work up. Clean Air Inc. were very professional and they were here for 6 hours. He said that they would probably be here about 6 1/2 hours and they were here 6 hours. I thought they were a little high, but then we went to Costco this past weekend and they were offering the same type of work and they were even higher.

This company is one of the best companies I have dealt with.  They gave me a price that was for one system although I told them I have two.  They rescheduled after coming out only to find out that one of my HVAC systems was being replaced.  That made it impractical for them to clean the ducts.  When the technician again came to clean the ducts he was punctual and did a thorough job.  I would recommend this company to anyone.

On my initial call I got an answering machine/voice mail and left a message. A pleasant voice called back later that day. I asked how much it would be for a dryer vent cleaning and was told $94. This is their June special shown on their website. However, their Angie's List page also offers a coupon for 10% off to Angie's List members. I asked about this discount to see if it would apply to the $94. I was told that the coupon should be "$94 for Angie's List members" and that this service was normally $115, so, no, there would be no 10% discount from the $94.
I called on a Monday and work was scheduled for Tuesday sometime during the 9am-11am timeframe. I got a call 20 minutes before the technician arrived that I could expect him in 15 to 20 minutes. The technician arrived and I let him in. There was no real introduction. I showed him to the dryer and where it vented and explained some of the issues I was having. He spent about an hour cleaning it all out.
The technician did a thorough job and I am very pleased with the results. I would use them again. I was told a couple of times that I am now on their call list so I should be expecting a call from them in a year to clean my vent again.

I called to obtain a quote to have my air ducts, vents, and returns cleaned.  Clean Air, Inc. which services Arlington, VA offered a special that included the whole house (single family), dryer vent and sanitizer for $289.  We had a few snafus with the initial scheduling, but to make up for it they came out on a Saturday at a time convenient for me.  They were prompt, professional and friendly.  They answered all of my questions and a repair I thought I needed, was in fact not needed but a normal part of the functioning of the system in my home.  My ducts and vents were beyond filthy (actually scary). It appeared that they had never been cleaned by the prior owners and actually contained mold.  I will post the before and after pictures later.  All I can say is that Clean Air did an amazing job.  The soot that spewed from the vents is no longer an issue, the air quality has improved 100% and the house smells so much better.  They also heard an unusal noise coming from my oil furnace and informed me.  I later called the furnace company and found that my air wheel was failing and had it repaired.  Thank you CleanAir for your excellent work to ensure that my entire ventilation and heating system is up to par.
