Description of Work: The provider towed my car to a car dealership to have a flat tired changed. I found the receptionist polite and helpful. She was a careful listener. The tow truck showed up at the appointed time. It was a modern lift tow truck. The car was placed on the truck and tied appropriately down.

+ -1 moreMy car was hit and the other driver wanted to handle it himself rather than going to his insurance company. Turned out his insurance company wouldn't pay because he was driving someone else's car. I went to Eand M because the guy who hit my car asked me to. I was having some trouble getting this guy to make arrangements to pay for the work and it was looking like this might be a nightmare. When I went to Marcos and explained it he gave me the estimate and then followed up with the guy who hit me and handled it all. Marcos didn't have to do that but he went above and beyond by making all the arrangements, including calling me back to tell me he had made arrangements for payment and I should just bring my car in. I brought it in on a Tuesday morning, was given a ride to the Metro, and it was ready Thursday afternoon - New Year's Eve! The car was washed and looked great. Marcos even went outside with me to look at the car and show me what they had done. I definitely recommend this shop!

+ -1 moreThe job was botched very badly, and the company gave me a very hard time about making restitution. They cut all utility lines in my yard despite the lines having been clearly marked. The Delmar worker told me "he just didn't believe the utility lines really were located there." The Delmar rep. made appointments with me and then just didn't show up; no call, or anything. The Delmar rep. accused me of fabricating reports, which was obviously not the case. This was the worst experience I have ever had with any company.
Description of Work: I am commenting on work done some years ago. I have a large (two acre) yard in which 30 sprinkler stations were installed by Delmar. They did install the system. However, they managed to cut the phone lines, the cable lines, the electric lines, and every other utility line that was present. The loss of power caused damage to my pool system. They did acknowledge cutting the utility lines, but they claimed I did not have them marked properly. When I got a statement from the serviceman from 'Miss Utility' to document his work, the Delmar rep accused me of forging it (!!!). Their insurer paid for some repair work (but not all). Ultimately, the sprinkler system broke frequently and the company did not honor their warranty (though, honestly, I didn't want them ever to return anyway).
