Great experience overall. First, they were 20 minutes early for the appraisal which was great because it was early on a work day. The price was fair, made sense, and was very competitive with the area. They were able to schedule the work for only a few days later which was nice. They said they'd be there between 12-2pm, I got home at 11:45am and they were already there. Work started immediately and the results were great. I didn't need anything fancy or expensive, and the door was exactly what I needed. Great experience from start to finish.

George did an excellent job of refurbishing the pulleys and rollers for two garage doors. While doing the work, he stopped to explain to me what he was doing, to illustrate how the worn bearings in the older hardware was creating my current problems with opening and closing the doors. He did the work quickly and professionally. Both my garage doors now work like new--quiet and no jerking and reversing direction like they were doing when I scheduled the work to be done. We are very pleased with the results.

I purchased the garage door rollers for one door and notice a difference immediately, so I purchased the rollers for my other door. Charles was punctual and professional. Even the receptionist was extremely polite.I added some additional services and it didnt work correctly after he left, I called back and she sent him out right away. He corrected the problem and stood by his work. I will recommend them to all my friends. I gave them an a+

Very pleased. The company rep responded promptly to my Saturday message on Angie's List via the phone number I left and set up an appointment on the following Monday morning. Charles phoned to give me heads up he was on his way, as was offered and I requested. He explained the issue and diagnosis for my very noisy garage door and promptly executed (replaced 10 bearings and lubricated moving parts). Due to the nature of the door, it will never be whisper quiet in operation, but it is much more acceptable than before the service! And now I am better aware of what I must do to keep it that way. My only small critical comment is that the truck used is not marked and appears a little beat up. That may convey a negative impression to some customers.

I was not there to see the work completed, as I live in another part of the country. However, my father and brother were there, and they were very impressed with the work. So much so, that my father is planning on hiring Charles to work on his garage door and equipment.

Excellent service. The A-1 representative came out on Tuesday to give me an estimate and installed the garage door the next day. If you are looking for garage repair or replacement, A-1 Garage is the company that you should go forward with.

Charles was outstanding. He was on time, worked very fast, and the price was good. He even programmed a spare remote opener for us at no extra charge.

Company was available to conduct service within one day of purchasing the product on Angie's List. Purchased a $99 tune up for one automatic garage door. We have two single garage doors and one was not working. I thought the motor had burned out and it would need replacing. So my plan was to have them service and tune up the working door and provide an estimate to repair the other. The service representative showed up on time, and said he could fix the door with just the cost of another tune up. So for another $99 to service the other door, he was able to repair it and I had two garage doors that worked flawlessly and were smoother and quieter than I can ever remember them being.

They were very timely and they were pretty good. Pricing and quality of work was very good.

Provider was very responsive. An appointment was scheduled right away, the tech showed up promptly. We needed a new garage door, which required another appointment. The tech showed up on time again. The garage door is the same that Costco sells. Later, the garage door needed to be adjusted and the tech arrived the same day I called.

Replaced rollers on garage door and inspected for any problems. Charles was on time and did a fast and good job.

It was OK. He did a great job. He took the old garage door opener off and put the new one on. He did the best job. Everything that he said he was going to do he did. His work was flawless and the garage door work great. Everything is great.

He showed up on time, seemed to know exactly what he was doing, completed in the time he estimated and it works just fine. he was also very polite and answered all my questions. Time will tell if anything goes wrong, but I don't expect it. they did the job today
