They responded very quickly when we requested them for a free estimate. The work has not been done by anybody yet because they came out and looked at everything we needed to have done. Then, a day later, I received the estimate online. What stands out was, he was very nice and very polite. I had some good ideas of what to do. I think he was very knowledgeable. It’s just that, from the last time he was here, we never heard from him again for about a month. So, I thought there isn’t anybody to explain the process, but finally he did come around and gave me the estimate. I have no idea what held him up. He just apologized and said he usually doesn’t make people wait. He had his estimate and answered all my doubts because there were quite a few things that need to be done, to get the job done. He had it nicely broken down and he’s a nice guy who just happens to get the job done. We are going to be looking for a couple of estimates more. In fact, the dealing with him was very professional.

I contacted Aposhian to bid and complete a large landscaping job for my backyard. I had to call multiple times to reach an estimator. My experience with the estimator was positive.However, it has been almost a month since I have heard from them. I have left messages approximately once a week. The lack of response is frustrating. They may be good, but you will need to be patient...

Blake and the crew were really good and very punctual and polite. They worked hard and were eager to please.

I have a contract with them. Their price is reasonable. They are pretty straightforward with me. They seem to work really hard. They don’t waste any time. The workers are very nice. I would continue to use them in the future.

my last phone call I was told they would get the plans and I presume cost soon : they were just busy and had not had the time the past week. I presume they did not want the job but I wish they had at least told me

I emailed to get a quote off their website. Then one guy sent me back some information based on the information that I gave. He sent the quote amount and he said he wanted something else just to verify the numbers. They sent the guy out here the next day. When he came out, he was very friendly and very nice. His quote was $200 higher than what was given in the email. Then I responded back to his email and asked him why there is a difference in the price. I never heard from him after that. So since they were not going to talk to me, I wouldn’t talk to them. That’s the whole experience. I wasn’t impressed that they didn’t communicate with me and then the miscommunication was there in the company. That’s why I didn’t go with them because of the communication issue. I would probably not use their services again in the future.

We could not have been more pleased with the planning, execution, and final results of this project. In the initial phases, Matt Aposhian and Blake Wilson met with us many times to help us figure out what we really wanted out of the project and to plan it out in detail. They were very responsive to our desires but at the same time gave excellent advice about what was and was not feasible/advisable on a lot of this kind. Matt produced a very detailed proposal and bid, with each item priced out separately, and worked with us to match the price to our budget and make sure that we were satisfied with the proposal. For the work that was done, the bid was very reasonable in comparison with what we know others have been charged. As the project was executed, communication was excellent, and our desires for some modifications as the project went along were accommodated without problems. The rock work was pure artistry, and Matt's brother, who did the rock work, took long hours to make sure that it came out looking amazingly good - frequently experimenting with one rock and another until he found exactly the right combination of rocks. The rebuilding of the rock walls at the front and the back of the property, incorporating the water feature and he steps, was simply masterful. At the appropriate time, Meeja Aposhian produced a proposal for the trees, shrubs, and plants and worked with us to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted - she even let us do some of the shopping and went shopping with us to make sure that things worked out the way we wanted. The lawn and the planters look fabulous. Great care was taken in the laying out of the sod and the trees and shrubs. The entire landscape now looks professionally designed and is very pleasing to the eye from every vantage point. Every part of the project was executed excellently with no short cuts and with full consultation. An enormous effort was made to avoid annoyance amd disruption to the neighbors, and, at the conclusion of the project, the entire neighborhood around the house was cleaned up, even to the extent of pressure washing the footpath and the road all round the property. Even with modifications, the project came out exactly on budget, and Matt made a very honest accounting to us. It is also evident that the company is with us for the long haul. They are carefully watching the drainage as the bad weather sets in to make sure that water does not accumulate at the front of the house and are prepared to make some modifications as needed. They are also going to adjust and add to the landscape lighting and are monitoring the lawn and the hillside wild grasses. It has been a real pleasure to work with such honest people who obviously take enormous pride in their work. This project has been an amazingly good experience for us.

They were the second-lowest bid that we got. They were very prompt and came out pretty quickly. They gave a pretty accurate quote. I would recommend them. They seem pretty good.

We were thinking about using them, but our funds ran out. They seemed great and I would have liked to use them. They seemed very professional. I thought their quote was a little high. I think they were adding on work that we didn't really need and didn't ask for, like cleaning up branches, so I think we could have kept the quote from being so high by telling them not to do certain services.

Everything went great. We had Bryce out for an estimate on Monday, and by Thursday his guys were spraying Round-up to prep the yard for work. He planned on coming back about two weeks later, but bad weather delayed him about 2 weeks. He was good at keeping in touch about the delays and giving us new start times. Once they came back they worked two 10-hour days and one 5-hour day to get the job done. They worked quickly, professionally, and with high quality. Everything looked great. Bryce followed up a day later to make sure everything was to our liking and came back to fix up a couple of minor things. The yard looks spectacular -- I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend them or to use them again if we decide to have work done in the front yard.

Once they got started, it went very well. Blake and the crew were tireless! They put in more than one 12-hour day, and this was in the hottest part of the summer. They also transplanted some rose bushes that had sentimental value, and planted some bushes for me that I had purchased and planned to plant on my own! They checked the previously installed sprinkling system and made various adjustments/additions to ensure complete coverage and less water usage. Blake and Jose were wonderful to me and continue to help me when I have questions or concerns.

They arrived with a crew of six or more workers, with all the heavy equipment to do the job. They finished the whole landscaping and stump removal in two days. They came on the date that had been arranged. They complete the job quickly and efficiently. When I tested the sprinkler system, several of the pop-up heads didn't pop-up because of lack of pressure. I notified them of the problem, and within a couple of days, they came by and changed some of the heads, and resolved the problem. I also called them back to add a third valve to water the flower beds. After a month, they returned and added the extra line at no extra cost to me.

I was very happy with the entire project. When bidding my job, Blake helped me with ideas on how to make my yard look great while not spending a fortune. The crew and all supplies arrived as planned. The crew worked hard all day and were able to finish the job in just one day. I am planning on hiring them again next year to do my back yard!
