Description of Work: We purchased a 1-yr home warranty when we nought our home 3 years ago. We have continued the warranty on our home and our guest house ever since. Landmark has always been fantastic to work with every claim. They are professional, polite, and act quickly. The majority of the service providers they have sent out have also been great. We highly recommend them, and can't imagine not continuing our home warranty with them. It's peace of mind knowing they're just a phone call away when something goes wrong.

Description of Work: Had an electrical issue with my swamp cooler and called Landmark Home Warranty. The Landmark rep got all the information together quickly and tried to contact the service provider to conference the issue together. Unable to reach the service provider quickly, the Landmark rep sent me the information, service providers name and number, and contract number, via email. I was able to contact the provider and get an appointment set up.

Description of Work: Lengthy hold times. When washer broke they assigned a vendor 150 miles away that didn't handle my area. Had to wait 5 days for fix as a result. Vendor they ultimately send had it repaired in minutes and was very professional.

Description of Work: Water Heater drain was leaking after flushing it for yearly maintenance. I opened a ticket with Landmark, they called me to confirm everything and setup a call with a Plumber. Within a day the plumber called to setup a service appointment. On the appointment day, the plumber called me to make sure I would be home for the appointment. The came in on time, were respectful and replaced the faulty drain. | |I have used my Landmark home warranty for different things over the span of a year and half, and they have always came thru for me, I'm very happy with their services so far.
