Happy House Cleaning

They did an excellent job. The owners came back the next day to make one room perfect since it wasn't done right. They were better and cheaper than the competition.

As above. I don't have time to clean my house or I would do it myself. My last housekeeper broke a lot of things and would no accept any responsibility for it and stated she has to clean fast and would not promise to not break anything in the future so I had to let her go. If I knew a better cleaning company I would hire them.

This was the first time I have ever used a housecleaning service and I was not disappointed. They came on the day that was scheduled and did a very thorough cleaning of our home including such unexpected surprises as removing hard water stains from the sinks, dusting the blinds, and cleaning/polishing our dining room chairs. I liked the fact that they were not bothered by our little dog and made sure she didn't escape the house while they were going in and out. It was nice to come home to a clean house and based on the positive experience we've decided to make it a regular visit from Happy House Cleaning.

We got three hardworking young people. They were very pleasant and did everything we asked them to do.

Cleaned my house with focus on bathrooms and kitchen Sent 3 women and took one hour Just missed under the beds on the hardwood, but other than that did their job well and efficiently. Will use them again. also very helpful in calling me when they saw a landscaper trying to access our home while we were gone. really appreciate the extra eyes and effort.

We have used this cleaning service several times now and are on a biweekly schedule. They do a great job. We usually just have our first floor cleaned top to bottom but occasionally we need a downstairs bathroom and/or bedroom touched up. The cleaning is very thorough and everything that we have asked them to do they completed in there allotted time. Even when we have added on the extra downstairs areas they are able to complete at no extra charge. We are very pleased with this house cleaning service and will continue to use them.

Not only did they do every item on the list but they did it well. It took 7 man-hours to clean my house for the first deep clean and it was worth every penny. Further, I've used at least three other companies in the past to clean my house and in each case they did not do as good of a job and Happy Housecleaning also did what NO ONE has been able to do- they put everything back exactly where it belonged. Perfect!

I called and talked to Charmon. I asked several questions and everything sounded great on the phone. I told her my biggest concern was being able to reliably schedule the day the cleaners would come so we could plan around it. We scheduled a time a week later for her to come to my house and do a walk-through and estimate. She said she would call before coming. She never called and never came. That was a few weeks ago. I know she has my number because she had to call me back when we talked. It's too bad because I really wanted to try this cleaning service but I can't if they aren't going to be reliable.

We had some construction done on our house that just wrapped up, so there was dust everywhere. These people showed up and did an outstanding job of finding places to dust that I would have missed. Very thorough. There were 3 ladies that came and were at my house for 1.5 hours. Very friendly and professional. Happy to use them again!

We choose Happy Housecleaning because they were one of the top rated cleaners on Angies List & they quoted a lower price than another top cleaning company. For deep cleaning of our house, we were quoted 3 cleaners for 3 hours. It actually took them less time than 3 hours and they did a very thorough job. I will use them again, and would recommend them to others.

I hired Happy Housecleaning, expecting top quality cleaning. I was OK with the job, but my husband found things later he was not happy about' things that were both obvious and others things we found later. Nothing was bad; just wanted a little better. Personally, I don't think you can find anyone nice than Mike and his son - actually, I love that his son is included - having once had a family business myself - but perhaps they just tried to do what they did too fast. I would have preferred to pay for an additional half, or full, hour, than to have my husband not completely satisfied. I am disabled, and not supposed to do many things required in cleaning. I'd like to use them again, but only could if they go extra time. I TRULY appreciated they vacuumed my couch and seats...we have two dogs...! And Mike did find a unique way yo really clean my carpets! Price is reasonable.

Very big job as I the house hadn't been deep cleaned for years. Initially, they said they would send 3 people--only 2 came. But those two people worked extremely hard and fast. The house looks great! They were just a bit late in arriving, but not terribly so. They were very thorough and the price was reasonable. They also were able to accommodate a tight schedule as we needed them on a specific day and time.

Overall, I never have to worry or check out where they are or what their doing, they are always working. The time goes by so fast. As I said, they split up, each going a different direction. They pick up chairs to clean under move small items unless I ask to move something bigger. They personally are clean, professional and courteous and even cheery. How many people can clean all day and be cheery? It always goes well.

Very Well. We are very pleased

I am disappointed. This is the 3rd housekeeper we've tried in the past year and I keep coming to the same conclusion - clean my own house. I called Happy Housecleaning because of the good reviews on Angies List. I spoke with a woman, who said she had a 3 hour minimum and the price was $90. She also said she did not hire anyone who didn't speak English and pays her staff benefits, etc. So, I thought I would try because $90 for three hours sounded like a good price. She also told me the cleaners would call me in the "early afternoon" before they came on 10/9/12. So, I waited. And waited. There was no phone call. Then at about 3:30pm three cleaners arrived. It appeared that one was the lead and the other two support staff. I told them what I wanted cleaned and they got to work right away. The lead cleaner was very good. She even gave me some tips on cleaning supplies (magic eraser) and a soap scum cleaner that works well. The male cleaner forgot to empty a garage in one of the rooms upstairs, so I did it myself. They also left a dirty bathmat in the master bathroom on the toilet. The other female cleaner was cleaning the kitchen and we have blinds on the window in front of the sink and she asked me, "If I could clean these next time." I was very offended by this question because I thought, I am paying you now to clean this NOW, why would I want you to come back another day and do it? I've been asked this question by EVERY house-cleaner I've had in the past year. It's so disappointing. The team leader came down and helped the other female clean the blinds. They finished the job in 2.5 hours and I proceeded to give them a pre-written check for $90. HOWEVER, I was SHOCKED when they handed me a $225 bill! This price was NEVER mentioned on the phone or by the cleaners when they arrived. The team leader explained that the $90 was for ONE cleaner for THREE hours. I wish I was told this earlier. The moral of the story - I am now going to ask my husband to pay me $225 to clean the house!

They were perfect. They showed up on time. They did the work and just got in and out of there.

Upon moving into to our rental, we discovered that our landlord's version of "clean" and our version of "clean" were very much on different levels. After unloading all of our stuff into the garage instead of the house, we were desperate for someone to come in and clean asap! Found Happy House Cleaning online, called and spoke with Charmon (owner) in the morning who said she was booked for the next 3-4 days! Super disappointed, we started calling other places without much luck. About an hour later, Charmon called us back and told us they found time in their schedule (cancellation or whatever) and that they could be at our place that afternoon! She called when she was 30 minutes out as she said she would and she showed up exactly when she estimated she'd arrive. 3 cleaners spent 2 hours and the kitchen and bathrooms were so shiny and clean (sanitized!), it was amazing! They were so nice and really got us out of a jam! The next time I need cleaning services, Charmon and Mike are the only ones I would call!

I just love them; they are very good. They do a good job. I am a pretty persnickety person and I have always done my own housecleaning. Initially they were good to call me but I had to keep after them to get a time scheduled but once we did that, it's been good and they come when they say they will. They are coming again tomorrow.

When Mike and his family arrived, they got right to work. One person would clean the kitchen, another would work on the bathrooms, and another would dust or start on cleaning the floors. They have been quite responsive to our specific needs (specifically what type of products we would like used on the floors) and also offer an additional "free" item cleaned each time they arrive. They often call before they arrive with any pertinent information regarding the upcoming visit as well. Overall, couldn't ask for better quality of service!

I thought they were efficient. They cleaned 3 bathrooms and it only took 1.5 hours.

I needed cleaning done on short notice (1 day). They showed up when they said they would and we went through the work in detail. They did a a great job and stayed until I was completely happy with the work. There were a couple items I forgot to cover when they showed up and when I went to point them out, I found they had already been done! Very personable and easy to work with. Pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommended!

We had a terrific experience! Both members of the husband and wife team were very helpful and the cleaners did a great job. They were on time for both cleanings and did everything we asked. The oven in our new house was pretty dirty and after the cleaning it was clean enough to eat off of. The husband of the team helped us load a few last items from our old house, which was awesome.

They did a good job. I needed someone to come soon and many of them I couldn't even talk to many of the others and had to leave a message. I was able to talk to them and they were able to come out right away. There were a couple things they missed, but when I asked them to clean they didt. They were friendly and prompt. The price was good.
