Happy House Cleaning was great They did a wonderful and thorough job. I would recommend them very highly. You won’t be disappointed.

I wish I could leave ZERO stars!! We had them come out 3 times. Each time the service was worse and the cleaning person was here less time. After the 3rd time, I tried to contact Mike and Charmon via text. Waited a few days, no response, went in their website and emailed them. No response. Called and voiced my concerns and told them they didn't seem to care. She made excuses, which could be true, however I was told that I should have told them. I TRIED and was ignored. I told her that they should cancel my service. My response from Charmon was "okay". Did NOT care and did NOT try to please me. SO angry and disappointed!!

They are professionally dressed , respectful, organized and have adjusted if I request something else done. They have been great to work with! Right now they come 2x/month and clean my upstairs (about 1600 sq. Feet).

Sent this email to the owners: "The purpose of this email is to notify you of my intent to cancel all future services. I had your cleaners here for the first time last Friday. I am not pleased with your service model and do not wish to have them continue. It was very expensive ($253) and especially so for work that I had to re-do myself. I do not like having your equipment used / re-used from one residence to another. The vacuum has a bristle brush that collects hair, etc. and introduces it to new homes. Also, when the cleaners were finished, there was a very musty smell in my home (like when a vacuum has something caught in it or has vacuumed something wet). I ended up re-doing all of my hardwood flooring to obtain the shine I was used to versus the dullness left after they had finished. I couldn’t believe the amount of dirt that it caught on my mopping within 45 minutes of them departing my home. Dusting was done by not moving a single item, but rather dusting with a wand around items. Again, collecting dust, hair, etc. from other homes and introducing into mine. Also, I had to re-do all of my stainless steel appliances myself to get rid of the streaking left by your cleaners. Others may be okay with “sharing” dirt, dust, hair, etc. from one home to another – I am not! Thanks, but no thanks."

4 days later still no response, not even an acknowledgement of the inquiry

My son and family were moving into a larger home in Salt Lake City (I live in OH). My housewarming gift was to have their house cleaned after the previous owners moved out. I checked Angie's List and found Happy House Cleaning. I called and spoke to the owner several times to ask questions and coordinate a date/time. Every time we spoke she was extremely helpful and responsive. The crew showed up on time and did an outstanding job. My son and his family were very pleased and relieved that the house was ready to go when they were ready to move. What I was charged was reasonable for the work done. I would definitely use them again.

I was very impressed. I like that it is a local company with years of experience. They were professional and friendly and knowledge about the business when we spoke on the phone. The cleaners were on time and did a very thorough job! I felt the pricing was very fair and I am very happy with the service!

This was NOT a happy experience! First of all, the owner does not come out to see what is needed before sending a crew. Second, they were very inconsistent about a definite time to count on. Third, the cleaners seemed frequently confused about what they were supposed to do and what they weren't supposed to do (and most don't speak English). Many normal tasks done by other companies were "extras." I gave the owner my credit card over the phone twice since she transposed numbers the first time; then, I got billed for a time I had already paid. Finally, the owner told me that she could not give me a dependable time because, "If someone cancels at the last minute, I can't have my people waiting around to come to your house two hours later." In my mind, a cancellation by another customer should not impact my schedule. Overall, this seems to be a very poorly run business and required much more "maintenance" than I have encountered with others.

Everything went exactly as planned.

First two cleaners did awesome job. 2nd group of cleaners did ok job however they didnt stay the hour so if you hire this company make sure to verify time arrived and time departed. They showed up at 310 and left at 402. Company uses gps for time car arrived and left not actual time cleaning.They cleaned what they wanted and not what I asked.

Excellent, Mike is a great guy, he knows all kind of stuff and did a great job and he would stand for his work, he would be honest with you about everything, he will always try to tell you how to get the more affordable way, gave me good advise, their help made a difference in my housing needs, for my son and I.

These three ladies were great. They introduced themselves to me when they came in -- something I consider very professional. All my pre-christmas anxiety about housecleaning was dissolved. They went to work -- cleaning two bathrooms, one kitchen, including wiping down cabinets, mopped all floors, cleaned and wiped down stair rails in the entryway and dusted and vacuumed. I will definitely be calling them back.

Our cleaning crew is very nice and focused and gets the job done while the family is still in the house. I like that they bring several cleaners and get the work done faster.

I found them on Angie's list. Had them clean a condo before my elderly in laws moved in. They were in time brought all their own supplies and vacuum. There were three and they came to work not just surface clean. The price was fair and they even did all the inside drawers. I'm hiring them to clean the old house before we sell and referee them to friends.

The walls looked great and the fixtures worked and looked great. Mike and Charmon are great and the job was thorough.

Called these guys in a pinch. They luckily had just had a cancellation. Four cleaners arrived and did everything I asked plus some extra stuff I decided about after they arrived. They were all very hard workers and did a thorough job. I am very please with their service. A little more expensive than other services I have used, but on such short notice I was willing to pay a little extra. I will easily consider using them again!!

I like the quality of their cleaning. They're responsive. They get out there the same day if I need it. They're pricey.

They arrived right on time and provided great service. Highly recommend them!

Friendly, thorough , on time service.

They were extremely friendly and did an excellent job.

Sent a message regarding days of service at the end of November. Heard back from them on 12/2 and have tried to contact them twice since; once on 12/30 leaving my number for them to call and another time on 1/20/14. Do not wish to proceed with the order as this is not the level of customer service I expect to receive when paying for a service.

a.it went very well, they were running behind schedule, and called to get permission to stay longer to finish which they did.

Absolutely the worst cleaning job I have ever had done. Plus they did not stand by their work as stated in their ad.

Ive used Happy House Cleaning several times and Ive always been happy with their work.

Have had Mike and Charmon Henderson clean our house now for about 9 months. They are like family with one or two of them often participating in the cleaning team. We've had a completely satisfactory experience and would highly recommend them to others.
