Did a great job! Finished in 3 days and it looks great. Once we were ready to start he came within a few days brought a great crew and were in and out quickly. Quality paint job-even fixed a broken piece of siding for us.

David came to give me a quote the same day I requested. He and his crew did an excellent job with our house painting project and repair of 2 sheds. He kept us informed of our project and was on the job communicating with us and his crew. He was so easy to work with.

David Trail and his team were incredible to work with. I put in a request for a quote and he was here the same day to take a look at the house and gave us a quote on the spot. He then arrived with his team a few days later and they got started. If it wasn’t for the terrible weather they would have been done in 2 days but it took 3 1/2 due to wind and rain which just cannot be avoided. But they showed up every day and did what they could do. They were AMAZING to work with and when my husband and I had questions David was there with answers. We decided to add one thing to the project and changes or anything that we thought of on the fly he was always there with a yes sir and a yes ma’am so professional so kind and great to work with! His team alway smiled when they would see us and were very polite and fast! 10/10 would recommend. Excellent job. Excellent attitude. Excellent work ethic. Excellent. Excellent. Excellent. Do yourself a favor and hire Charles D Trail Industrial Roofing LLC. We hired another contractor from Thumbtack he couldnâ t get in touch with his painter so back to the drawing board and contacted Charles through HomeAdvisor he called me within a couple of hours came the same day; loved his excellent professional attitude, great personality and gave us a super fair quote! The painters came the next day did an excellent job and completed painting our home within 1 day and a few hours the next day! Thank you Charles from the bottom of our hearts.

They are professionals who do quality work. I had one minor concern and they addressed it immediately. I have already had them paint the exterior of one of my rentals in addition to the new roof.

I called David Trail because my roof was leaking into the kitchen and more rain was on the way. He was the first contractor to show up. After walking the roof, he decided that the problem wasnâ t roofing, it was cracked caulking around the vents. I signed for the repair and his workers did enough to see me through for the next few days. The rain fell, but not in the kitchen. When he came back, I invited him to walk the property and bid on patching and repainting problem areas of the house and walls. The price sounded quite good: Had he seen all the cracks and loose plaster? But they didnâ t just patch and paint. They completely repainted everything. And depending on the work of the day, it was quite a crew. As many as seven energetic, highly skilled young men who, I discovered, were all members of his family. They always worked until sundown, sometimes later. On the last day, they came back after dark to finish the clean-up. In the end, the work was excellent, as was the total price. So I do recommend that you have him out to look over your problem areas. As for me, I have no more problem areas. Itâ s all perfect.

I called them to paint the exterior trim on the house. Charles came out the same day to provide an estimate, then started work the next business day, and did the leg work to match existing paint. The crew was professional, respectful and fast, completing the job and clean-up in one day day. I would definitely call them again for other jobs.

David came right out and gave us an estimate that day. His team started the next day and was quick and the customer service was incredible. Iâ ve had several neighbors use him now and they are all happy. He is incredibly easy to work with and comes on site multiple times. I would definitely recommend him!
