I had 3 different bids, and was most impressed with Universal Garage Door Services - they are the only one who showed up on time, gave a professional paper quote for me to keep, and underbid every other competitor by a long shot. They showed up when expected, and educated me with options and fair prices when my project wasn't as simple as I'd anticipated. I will definintely use Universal again.

They came out to my home quickly. However their final price was a lot higher than quoted over the phone. Plus there was a hidden service charge that he never quoted.

David of Universal Garage Door Services, LLC, called me almost immediately after sending my bid request to ServiceMagic, and was at my door for a free consultation within a few hours the same day. He was very friendly and professional. He did not try to upsell anything or look for ways to charge me more. I was expecting to pay hundreds of dollars to replace my garage door opener and door track; instead, David recommended some maintenance and a tune-up, which cost a fraction of what I expected. He completed the job in about an hour and my garage door has worked perfectly ever since. I highly recommend Universal Garage Door Services!
