Awesome. After Jared arrived to install my faucet it was determined that it wouldn't fit and I needed to purchase another one. I ran to Home Depot and purchased another faucet and he gladly came back and installed it for me 45 minutes later. He also drilled through the granite counter and installed a soap dispenser. It looks awesome and I'm very happy with the installation. Jared also fixed my leaking garbage disposal while he was here. One of the pipes had a crack and he took it apart and replaced it. I don't think I've ever had a contractor go out of their way to make me happy and I felt the need to write a review to tell people. I would definitely recommend My Buddy the Plumber.

Ohhhhh how we wish we had called these guys first, instead of third. Jordan from My Buddy was prompt, professional and very friendly. He did the job quickly, cleanly and competently. We will only hire him in the future, and we recommend Jordan and My Buddy to our neighbors and friends. Seriously, you'd invite Jordan to Thanksgiving dinner, he is that pleasant. Learn from our $480 mistake (I'm sparing you the frustrating details of the first two). Don't waste your money and time on other companies or handymen. Call Jordan FIRST.

I have used this plummer for 9 years and they always take very good care of me. They are willing to go the extra mile to see that I am satisfied. They do quality work at a fair price and are good to work with. Currently, I am in the middle of a remodel and an installer hit a water line at 8 pm. I called and got Derek to come out and by 10 pm we were all fixed up.. The after hours extra fee was able to go toward the cost of fixing the leak. They were willing to listen to my concerns and address them and worked well with me. They will continue to be the one I call first.

Our furnace went out , at least we thought, and called my buddy the plumber 😁 Mikey Warren came out and inspected it and turned out it just needed to be cleaned. So we had him clean it.... and it works like a jewel now! Very fast, precise work and very friendly . Happy and would recommend to anyone ! They have great prices for the work they perform

I called My Buddy the Plumber and they sent Drue out right away. He was courteous and professional. He cleared our drain and gave great suggestions for maintaining it. We’re going to have them look at our AC later, too. I’ll definitely call them again.

Drew was awesome. He came out late on a Saturday to take a look and said he could get it done quickly. He was upfront about the price and that it would be a bit more expensive since he’d have to purchase some of the parts retail due to the day/time. Everything is working well and I’ll skip the DIY in the future and just call Drew.

When my toilet had leaked, Jeff assessed the damage and referred me to the insurance company. He fixed the toilet so that it is functional until the contractors can get to the root cause. Thanks Jeff!

Curtis did a superb job! On time and thorough analysis of the problem. They were close, so quick trip back to the shop for parts and he was done, lickity split!

Jordan got here within 2 hours, was finished within 4 hours, came up with a creative solution to a difficult problem with 110 year old leaky aluminum alloy pipes, and was a heck of a nice guy!

Jake Ljundberg is am awesome plumber. I felt like he had my best interest in mind and he gave me straightforward clear advice on how we were going to remedy my plumbing scenario. I would reccomend highly.

After 3 bids i decided to call my buddy the plumber for my radiant heat system. Wow was i blown away by Derek's knowledge. He was able to figure out the problem right away when the 3 other companies told me my 12 year old Boiler was bad due to an improper installation. He will be my go to plumber from here on out.

I have ha d a couple of plumbing issues recently as you will with a 1950 home. I called my buddy the plumber and they sent out Drue. He efficiently and effectively unclogged the sink. Drue also noticed another spot that was leaking and needed replacement. He is on time and gets the work done! Drue has been nice enough to explain and the best way to fix the problem I will use Drue for all my plumbing needs highly reccomend him!

This company is prompt and efficient and very professional, I would recommend them to anyone. The technician Mikey is super nice and confident in what he does, for good reason. He works well and lets you know everything he is doing and why. If you need ANY plumbing issues I would definitely try these guys first.

Exceptional Service! I can’t say enough great things about this company. I almost used one of their competitors for our sewer liner, but after the great experience my sister had with My Buddy doing a sewer liner install and bathroom addition, I decided to get a second opinion. I am so glad I did because my My Buddy the Plumber’s quote was half the price (yes! half!) of what their competition quoted. We worked with Jordan & his team and they don’t mess around. They were at our house for 12 hours one day and were back early the next day to finish the job. These guys are professional, punctual, and hard workers. The owner Brandon really stands behind his crew and their work. Brandon personally came to our house for the initial bid. We will be hiring them for some additional work. 👍🏻👍🏻

Great! Answered our call on Sunday with a quick phone response and plan to turn off the hot water for the night, with a service call for Monday morning. Mike called by 8 am, came to our home, replaced the tank by 8:40 am. Very professional.

Cartridge replacement cost ($195), Jason from my buddy the plumber did a quick job. He was not only on time but early for the job and came the same day. Friendly service. Thank you My Buddy the Plumber!

Jake and Anthony were prompt, came in, assessed the situation, talked about a couple different options and made it happen! They were both so pleasant (as was Frankie in the office!) and I felt great with what they suggested and how much they charged. As a woman, unfortunately, I anticipate a contractor ripping me off, but I absolutely did not feel that way with Jake - he was awesome!! I will absolutely use My Buddy the Plumber again and hopefully they'll send Jake!

Awesome! I got scheduled quickly, was completely updated on the whole process and was given a written estimate for each project & the total upfront before work began so no surprises. Very professional, helpful & nice!

We were drilling a hole to hang a shelf and hit a water pipe. I called my go-to guy ( ex-H ) for advice and he recommended My Buddy since he recently used their services. Drue showed up within 30 minutes of getting the call and about 30 minutes after that it was complete. He spent time talking to me about my options and what to look for in case of mold. He talked about other products and services they offered but wasn’t high-pressure, which I appreciated. I would highly recommend this company as they’re professional, quick, and inexpensive from what it seems. $85 after an Angie’s List coupon and it was even after hours.
