I called to have my expansion tank replaced on my hot water heater. They got me scheduled, followed up before coming out, gave me a reasonable time window to work with, and then called 10 minutes early to let me know they were on their way. Great Service! Jason showed up and gave me a quote on the spot, left to get a few parts and immediately got everything fixed up. Overall great experience

My Buddy The Plumber tech Jared Boone was great. We called them up on a Friday night at 7pm and he showed up within a half hour. We had sewer water backed up in our basement. He had us back to normal in no time. He snaked it out and we haven't had any problems since. He is very knowlegable and efficient.

Jared made a Saturday service call for us when our below-grade sewer pump alarm sounded first thing in the morning. While the problem ended up being minor, it could have been a mess with sewage all over our finished basement. Jared was personable, polite, professional, and efficient. He even did some quick troubleshooting on our basement bathroom. Great job!

Since finding Brandon Duncan back in 2012 (then Duncan Plumbing), he had not fully realized that he was in fact everybody’s buddy when he went out on appointments. This man has fixed my clogged sinks, installed water hookups with a drain pipe, replaced a main water in line, fixed toilet wax rings, installed a new water heater, fixed a dishwasher, installed a new dishwasher-- needless to say he has done all the jobs for me over the last four years. Each time he or his staff come out to a job they are clean, friendly, and fast. Plus, Brandon has this laugh that is unforgettable and genuine; it’s worth hearing. He is one of the most honest and credible guys you’ll ever meet. I trust this company, and can say I recommend him with a 5-star rating. I have used other plumbers in the past, and sure the job was done, but I was fearful having their staff in my home. My Buddy will do you right, every time.

Definitely recommend this company in Park City. First of all they are fast. Our hot water pipe broke. We called and someone pick up phone call right way and told us they will check on technicians and get back on us. They sent technicians right next day. Second of all which i like them the most is they are considerate people. They put shoe covers before they walk into my house. I can see they care for their clients’ house a lot. Derek is definitely the man you are looking for. I thought they gonna just check out the problem today, and fix it another day. Derek figure out the problem right away and fix it so fast. Everything is done today. I’m glad we use this company.

Jared did a great job. I needed a plumber to fix a clogged pipe in our kitchen sink and also identify a water pressure issue in our bathroom. Showed up on time and did both jobs in a timely and friendly manner. Two thumbs up.

I had My buddy the Plumber come out for an emergency leak and Shae came to the rescue. He was fast and less expensive than the people that had done the a similar repair!!! Because of this experience I called again when my mother's water heater and piping went out. Drue and Tyson came out and moved all the boxes that had gotten in the path of water along with any the I was worried about possibly getting in the way. (Thank you! I don't have your muscles!) They were friendly and efficient and helped me save money without compromising quality! I have already referred them to my friends.

Crawl space flooded from water main, and furnace and water heater needed to be replaced. They gave me a fair price quote and did the work on schedule. I had a little trouble contacting their sales rep when his phone broke, but I worked it out OK. They had to come back on the furnace because the wrong pressure switch was installed, and this caused the furnace to initially be unreliable. They replaced it when it was brought to their attention. They worked with me on estimates of costs for the insurance company (they wanted amortized costs for the old units rather than full replacement costs plus installation.)

Mike is absolutely wonderful. I had several plumbing issues that needed to be done. Mike explained everything he was going to do and reviewed the cost. He was very professional and easy to talk to. I had called another company, but all they did was try to snake it, and eyeball what the problem was. Drue was thourough with his check, and let me know every problem or potential problem I had. Him and Pedro were nice, professional and knowledgeable about the repairs that needed to be done. They were able to re-pipe portions of my home, fix some bad connections left by the previous plumbers, and fix my problem. Definitely calling them for any future issues.

My Buddy the Plumber was very quick and responsive to get out to my house to reseat a toilet. Jake arrived on time and was a pleasure to work with. He gave me a fair estimate and warned me about potential other costs from my incorrect installation (he wouldn't know until the toilet was pulled up). Luckily he is a pro at what he does and I didn't need to spend any more than necessary. I'm very happy he was able to get the job done and a great cost. I will definitely be calling them again in the future!
