Description of Work: B+, Overall pleased with the new door and the customer service from Crawford to correct an issue. I absolutely recommend using them. Had some communication issues as the sales rep who originally bid our job had left and although I invited the new rep to please come review a couple things we had concerns over he chose not to (the original bid was over 1 yr old). I regret not getting the insulated door and had he come to the house and reviewed the job I think I would have known more. The insulated door isn't just for temp efficiency, it acts as a stiffener so it's not so tinny and flimsy. We were NOT looking for a budget door. The installer was on time, pleasant and worked diligently however had torn out our old door before taking measurements to address our main concern. With little choice but to let him continue, Doug the service manager came out after the install. Doug went out of his way to address our concerns (tracks-adjustments and lack of seals) and sent another tech to make it right. I still very much recommend Crawford, they operate in a professional manner and care about their customers and quality of work. One error in communication should not give their team a black eye.

Description of Work: They installed new openers and doors on both garages. Beautiful work, friendly and professional employees. Very responsive to questions and requests for service. They had to reset new one opener and when that did not last, they replaced the opener motor and it has been fine ever since. Would highly recommend them, and would definitely use them again.
