Description of Work: Cleaned 8 of my vents, cleaned additional vents for additional cost. Offered to clean any rugs, offered a very good deal but did not clean the rug very well. It was a very large oriental rug and the suction just pulled the rug up.

Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet in the downstairs living/dining room area. They said that stairs would be extra and were not included in the deal that I had bought. They wrote down the address wrong, which caused a lot of delays in getting the work done, but when the technician got there, he did a good job and was able to remove all but one of the spots in the carpet.

Description of Work: Carpet looked good, but there was still a smell in the room which might not have been the carpet so I'm not quite sure how to rate that. Overall quite pleased.

Description of Work: Ruined my oriental carpet. Rating went down after their response to my original rating response. Very unprofessional. Minimizing their damage and not taking responsibility for their poor work. In review: I took advantage of the Angie's list price special and trusted because they were on her list they knew what they were doing! They did not. My supposedly "dry cleaned" carpet came back soaking wet. The detailed bright colored parts bled onto the cream parts. Cream parts no longer light cream. Colors not bright and vibrant. One of the persons returning the rug admitted after I pointed out all the areas that there "an area he saw that bled" - in addition to a separate area another carpet cleaner tested to see if it would bleed. Now they are saying it did not bleed and only admitting to a bleed that was already there. |I had this carpet 'dry cleaned" in NY and it came back vibrant and the cream was lean and clear. They are saying they removed spot on it. They did. The spots were just from water with traced dirt and water spills with tracked dirt. Anyone could have cleaned them. I could have done it if I had done just spot cleaning. Instead I felt it needed a general "dry cleaning."

I recently received a diagnosis of feline asthma (not me personally!) and was compelled to do anything I could to reduce particulate matter in the home. They were genuinely sensitive to my plight and provided a non-chemical solution for my pets. I could not be happier with their work, punctuality and professionalism. I will use them anytime I need similar services. Call them, you won't regret it!

Description of Work: They cleaned three areas in our home and scotch-guarded it. We were exceptionally pleased with everything. They got our carpet cleaner than ANY other company we've used, including the hall which gets a lot of traffic. Also, it dried quicker than we thought it would. We would highly recommend them to everyone. The initial cost through Angie's List was $69 but we decided to add the scotch-guarding.

Description of Work: Cleaned vents lost screws for some and didn't tell me, upsell other services, left some of his equipment behind never got it. Seemed a bit sloppy but nice guy.
