CertaPro did a fine job. Tyler Irving provided the estimate and served as overall job coordinator. Miguel power-washed our deck and Omar (last names unknown) did the stucco repair, staining, and painting. These guys are fine professionals: competent, efficient, friendly. We will certainly use them again for paint-related work on our house.

I never thought I would get this level of professional service from painters. Miguel Perez was the foreman and keep up updated throughout the whole process. I can't say enough good things about this company. Thanks Angie's list for a great experience.

Painters arrived on time each day. At the end of each day they cleaned up. They stayed in contact with me and made sure the job was done the way I wanted. Great job.

Gil & Jose arrived promptly each day. Extremely polite & respectful. Excellent work habits; quality of preparation & painting!

Father & son team painted 3 large and very high interior walls, plus inside chimney. They arrived on time, worked hard all day and did an excellent job, I would recommend.

We had a great experience with Certa Pro. They first helped us several years ago with some color consulting as well as doing some painting for the companies we have worked for. They made an appointment for the estimate and Tyler showed up on time and was helpful with attention to detail. They helped us with our color - Lori is a great color consultant, we have used her in the past for ideas and have always been happy with the results. We received a letter before the painting started telling us what we could expect and their crew, Enio and Miguel, contacted us to make a connection and let us know what was going on and what time they would arrive. They also called at the end of the day if there was anything going on that they thought we may be concerned about. They responded promptly to a text I sent them with a question. They got the job done in a timely manner and cleaned everything up after they were finished. They sent a follow-up letter to make sure that we were satisfied with the job and addressed any concerns we had along the way. We will definitely use them again!!

''Overall I was pleased. CertaPro has subcontractors who do the actual work. I felt like communication could have been better I told the CertaPro agent I wanted only one room's ceiling painted and I wanted it the color of the walls. When he showed me the paperwork to confirm what I wanted he had "white" for the ceiling. I told him again that I did not want it white and he said he would change the paperwork. When the painters showed up I reviewed everything with them, emphasizing that the one room's ceiling (the only ceiling being painted) should be the color of the walls, not white. The next day I could see they were cutting and preping the ceiling and I told another painter on the crew that I did not want it white. The painted it white anway. Then they had to re-paint the ceiling as I had asked at the beginning. They were eager to please, but Im fairly sure that the repainted ceiiling only got one coat of paint because it is a lighter color than the walls. There is another example, but it's too tedious to explain. But it was again a communication problem. I don't feel that I'm overly demanding but it is frustrating to explain things three times and still not get what I wanted. They are fast, though (some sacrifice in quality) and came when I needed them. That is a big deal because I had two other painters (not Angie's List) who said they wanted the job and then cancelled the day before it was supposed to start.

Two painters did a great job-made this tired old place look new again! I would give them both a 10!

We were very pleased with the prep work and painting, attention to detail, professionalism and promptness of the team that worked on this job. We received several bids, CertaPro was in the upper middle, but offered to do more, showed up on time, and was able to complete the work within a short timeframe. They replaced fascia on the garage that the other paint companies either would not touch, or laughably said could be sanded down and repainted (no way). Omar and Gil paid a lot of attention to the original and worn down wood trim on this house. They were professional, communicated with us during every stage, and worked very hard in the heat. The job was completed on time and for the price quoted. We are very happy with the quality.

Had to have them cc one back three times to do the job correctly. Ended up doing part of the painting ourselves

THEY WERE OUT HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE. THE PRICE QUOTED WAS WHAT WAS CHARGED, AND NEARLY 2 YEARS LATER STILL LOOKS GOOD.

House was power washed one day. House was started the next day and finished with the block on, the next day. A great group of people!

CertaPro was great to work with. They had someone come out and help us choose colors. We were given clear instructions on what to expect and what needed to be done to prepare for the painters. Our job took two days. During the evening of the first day, my husband had a medical emergency that prevented us from being home on the second day. CertaPro was very helpful in rescheduling and finished the job a day later. This was a very big job that we could not do ourselves. The painters climbed up in our vault and made everything look great. One of them even replaced bulbs in our chandelier that we couldn't reach. We are very pleased with the job and are already planning another project.

Workers started to cut conrners it seemed. Did not start out well with sanding deep enough to get old paint chips off. They had a routine of just doing minimal basics. They called They called Tyler. I spoke with him also and explained they were not doing a thorough job as he had contracted. Further, I was able to remove old paint chips where they had sanded. He became a bit curt and said "they can leave now." I responded "FIne." Then some silence ensued. He then we agreed that that if they did what was contracted as we had discussed they would continue. The painters responded nicely to support and clarification of contract and did a more thorough job. When when I pointed out areas, they responded well. They did not paint or sand rusted area on garage door bottoms until it was pointed out. They said, we were never shown/told to do this. They expressed appreciation this was pointed out. Very easy to work with painters. Suggest Tyler or supervisor/estimator comes with painters initially and goes over contract with them and homeowner. Breakdown occurs when workers sent without clear understanding.

We are absolutely delighted with the work and results. I received multiple bids and CertaPro was very competitive. Tyler explained the process in great detail and how the paint selection would seal the hairline cracks. Professional brochure and quote provided all the details including insurance. You are lucky if you get Uriel as crew chief! Everything masked, no overspray issues, clean crisp edges, and no messes. All surfaces were power washed and all painting was completed in 2 days. Uriel is very friendly too! Lori the office manger was great to work with too! I'm one happy perfectionist. I would definitely use CertaPro again and will recommend them.

, just repainted.With the wet weather we had this spring it took awhile to get rolling on the project. I was ok with that because I wanted the job done right and not rushed. When first done the job looked good and I was happy. Then paint started peeling on rain gutters. It took several calls and emails to get it handled but it was. Then my front door started to peel. This looks bad. When the door was first painted, when the painters took the masking tape off of the door, the paint came off with it. They said they would strip, sand and use a different paint. Well door is now peeling and its clear the surface was not sanded or prepped at all. Again several calls, emails but nobody has stopped by to fix it. Finally, we had some severe thunderstorms the last couple weeks. My rain gutter down spouts were plugged. I inspected them and found painters masking paper balled up and plugging the drains. I understand stuff happens but repairing mistakes is what customer service is about.

Made an appointment for a quote; Tyler came over on time and quoted me all in around 15 min. He said we will do our best to get in here in the next couple of weeks. Great! So I got a call on a Friday saying his crew would be here around 9 or 9:30. Well at 9:30 got a call from a lady that said she would be here in an hour. She arrived in the hour not prepared. (With no paint) So I said why don't you get the paint and come back on Monday! So I had texted Tyler to make sure the crew was coming. He sent a text to say they would be here by 8:30. They showed up at 9am. This crew was fantastic! I believe they are what saves this review from going the wrong direction. All in all the crew was quick, clean and my ceilings look great. As for Tyler I have not heard a word from him to see if the project went well or what the end product looks like! Not sure I would call this company on communication alone! Sad because his crew does really great work!!!

It went well. They were very courteous, professional, and clean. They took care of my things.

While painting the interior of our home, it became evident that I would be unable to get to the side walls on the staircase because of the height and difficulty. I found CertaPro on Angie's List and after reading the comments from prior customers, I decided to request an estimate. Tyler came out within a couple of days and gave us an estimate which we felt was reasonable so asked him to schedule us to get these walls painted. They were to come on Friday, 04/18 but we received a phone call from Tyler telling me that the painting crew had been unable to complete their job on the 17th and asked if we could reschedule. The job was rescheduled to 04-22. Although later than initially stated, the crew came and assessed the project. They covered the staircase and prepped the area. As I was painting in another room, I periodically checked on their progress. My husband and I were very pleased with the results. They also touched up the ceiling and baseboards where needed. The crew was polite and friendly and were professional. When writing out the check to pay them, we were presented with a folder that contained the original bid, certificate of liability insurance and a copy of their business license. We've never had this level of documentation with other service providers. We would certainly arrange to have them paint again and would recommend CertaPro to other potential customers.

Showed up on time did exactly what they said they were going to do and no surprises with a cost at the end the best price out of contractors

Alfonzo and his crew were great. They did an excellent job. Painting were fast, and cleaned up very well after the job was thorough.
