Jay came by as a follow up. She asked what we were worried about. She told us what she would do and then confirmed everything after she was done.

They were awesome. I called this morning to set up service for a new home. They were out there the same day to take care of me.

We always have a good experience with Bulwark and today was no exception with Clint Johnson. He was prompt and able to take care of our few issues quickly (now that we have worked with them for a while we see less and less pest problems). He was very courteous and kind while helping us out. They come out every few months and we have way less spiders and almost never inside the house. I always appreciate the detailed review of what they have done and photos of what was cleared. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful, answering any questions that we thought up during his time at our property. He was very clearly happy to help us out and gave us pointers on what to pay attention to so that at the first signs of pests - if any - we could call on them again to help remedy the issue. We appreciate how personable and polite yet professional he was, he really helped us feel at ease. This is our first time working with them, but I'm already excited to continue the relationship for years to come and we hope to see Connor again!

The bi-monthly pest service was excellent. I had a window of 3pm to 6pm, but Technician "Shepard" (Zach Jones) called and came early at 1:45 pm to complete the work. He met me at the door, asked if there were any issues since the last service, then completed the treatment in a timely manner as he has done in past treatment. Shepard, as in the past, was professional, polite, and ready to work when he arrived. We appreciated the early arrival and the completed treatment.
