Bulwark Exterminating- Utah

I’m leaving this review for Ryley, our service tech today. He went over everything he did and said to call anytime if I have any issues. I recommend Bulwark to anyone for pest control services.

Whenever Ryley comes out he is thorough and does a great job! He answers questions! I have liked it when it’s him coming out.

Payson was very nice and professional. He was very informative and also listened to any of my concerns.

Payson Sorenson (LIC# 4000-1943) arrived at 3:48 P.M. on September 13, 2022. I was due for a seasonal service. Payson is very professional and friendly. I explained to Payson that I've been seeing a handful of Wolf spiders near the garage door. Luckily, because of the ongoing pesticide treatments, the Wolf spiders die before they could ever reach the inside of my home. Payson was very helpful and laid some dampen granules around the outside and hopefully that will deter the Wolf spiders from entering the garage. I've been using Bulwark for 2 years! Great service!😃

Bulwark was very professional and was able to send out someone to help within a few days of my call. They arrived within the stated time and was very professional. The helper, Payson, was quick, efficient, and was happy to answer any questions I had. Would definitely recommend them for use.

Kenneth Hjorth did a great job addressing the problem. We have been seeing different types of bugs consistently in certain parts of the house. He took the time to actually listen to our concerns and was very clear on the next steps to take. He’s thorough and very knowledgeable about the job. We feel confident that we get our money’s worth. I would highly recommend.

Very good Kyle Moore was very professional and quick. I have seen several dead cockroaches and I no longer have ants.

Jake and Payson were knowledgeable and extremely thorough with this pest control treatment. They explained everything that was done, left contact information if needed, and were courteous (even wore booties in the house). In all our experience with other pest control companies, Jake and Payson went above and beyond.

Kenny was really friendly, professional, and did a thorough job, letting me know when he arrived as well as when he left. He also made sure to de-web any areas he noticed and sprayed areas we normally see Black Widows. Bulwark also sends you a text describing the treatment, and if there were any areas they treated heavily.

Kyle M came today to assist with pest control. He was punctual, respectful and incredibly thorough. Having utilized pest control services in other states, I can honestly say he by far the best pest control service person ever. He is an asset for the company he works for.

Nick was our new Bulwark tech today. He asked us to show him any areas of concern. He was polite and even used windex and paper towel to clean a spot off our window that got sprayed. Looking forward to having Nick as our Tech!

Bulwark’s service with Nick P. was enjoyable! He was courteous, easy-going and professional. He provided his custom strategy on how to resolve the issue we had with spiders and ants. He took the time to explain where they were entering our home, as well as the process to eliminate them. He provided information on what to expect within the next 72 hrs.
