Kyle - our service tech was great. He didn’t just see an ant problem and treat it, he explained how it happens and what we can do to prevent moving forward. He also mentioned anytime we have an issue to reach out at first sighting so they can take care of it quicker. Overall fantastic company. They have been doing our pest control for 2 years and we’ve never had an issue with them coming out on time. They also always send a text with a photo and a brief explanation of treatment for that round. Excellent! We will continue using bulwark for all of our pest control needs.

Joey the technician was very professional and thorough in explaining everything that he was going to do ahead of time and sent pictures afterwards to document the work. He was very respectful of the property while working inside and out. To top off the visit he said goodbye to my dog by name as he left.

Jaden did a great job treating our home for pests. He immediately noticed and sprayed for wasps, conducted a thorough treatment of our home perimeter and yards, and even stuck around to answer some questions I had about ants. Would recommend!

Kyle was so great and got rid of hornet's nest on our house. We have used Bulwark for almost three years, and they have kept our house pest free!

Payson was great, communicated well, and he placed the mouse traps really well. Less than 2 weeks later and they have already caught 2.

I was very impressed with my bug spraying today by Jaden. He even asked me what the little bugs look to which I replied, they look like a spider that’s brown with creepy legs and it bit me. He was very thorough and took the time to spray everything in my house and even reassured me that he found where they were coming from and put down lots of stuff that would keep the creepy little guys out of my house and even sprayed it in my grass to keep them out of my yard because I do not want to live with creepy little guys with fuzzy little legs that bite me! This guy deserves a raise!!! . He was super nice, and he even dust of my ceiling fan in the living room, which was way higher than what I can reach! So he’s not just a bug guy now he’s my cleaning guy too! Jaiden you are amazing. I hope you come back next time.

Bulwark and Technician Payson performed another great pest control service. The treatment was scheduled to occur between 0800 and 1100. Payson arrived at 0803 and ready to work. He checked all areas for spiders, webs, and possible issues. He also checked the garage. He subsequently treated the garage near the sensors where spiders might occur because they're in a darkened area. He treated our patio deck and the perimeter of home with a heavy treatment to prepare for the warmer weather. Great Job done by Payson.

The service we required was done as expected.

I appreciated getting a call a few days before the service telling me when he would be at my house. He was courteous and pleasant. He was able to answer all of my questions.

Jacob and Jaden were the best! They got the job done quickly and put some mouse traps up in my garage after we saw a mouse a few days ago - they even shut the garage when they were done! Which is a small thing but was a nice surprise when I went to go shut it again after they had left. We love using Bulwark! I haven’t seen a spider in my house since we started with them 🙌🏻

Hunter H. was so great! I was in the basement and didn’t hear him ring the doorbell a few times but he wanted to make sure that the inside of our house got sprayed so he called all the numbers he could. He explained everything he was doing and was very thorough.
