Isaac was awesome and thorough with his work. He gave me some tips of what to expect as the seasons change in regard to the bugs we’ve been seeing and the voles. Also, Isaac was very nice about my son being curious about the work he was doing and let him watch and follow along. Thank you!

I had a great experience with Joey D the tech who came to spray outside of my home. Well, not only did he do that, he went above and beyond and took care of wasps that I had. He even found one on my daughter’s trampoline and he showed me where we had spots that would attract so I could get it taken care of. It was really appreciated! Thank you!!

Ken was very interested in where the problem areas were. I saw him spray very carefully and asked me a few times if there were more areas that I felt needed some spraying. He also took care of a black widow in the back porch that I didn’t know about. Overall, his service was great!!

Customer service was again outstanding. Technician Jason Mann arrived and immediately asked if there were any specific issues that needed to be addressed. I told him about a hive I found on an area of the rear yard fence and after showing him a photo of it, he immediately recognized it as a wasp nest. I had already removed it and showed him an area where I had also found mounds where I had also saw nests were being built. He inspected the rear yard, found an additional four(4) nests, and removed them all. He then completed my normal bi-monthly treatment. Jason's service was truly exceptional and he is a great representative of Bulwark. Thank you.
