Description of Work: I bought a voucher to have my mothers 2015 car detailed for Mother's Day. It's a new car and was far from a hard car to detail. When they were done less than 2 hours later there were still spots that had black marks which we easily took off. It was a very disappointing experience.

Description of Work: We had to wait for three hours for the work to be completed. But the wait was worth it. We have had our cars detailed by two other companies. But Mint Condition did the best job we have ever had.

Description of Work: Mint condition did a great job detailing my cars. Inside and outside done very, very well. My one negative observation has to do with Mint's professionalism. The waiting room is tiny, dirty, cold and full of toys played with by the owner's kids who were both there the two times I was. Even the two family dogs (one of them jumped up on my lap to sleep) were in the waiting room. The people were friendly and attentive, but I'm afraid many would be put off by the less than professional waiting area.

Description of Work: Good value for inside and out car detailing. Owners take pride in their business and even let me use their personal car to help me with my work while they were working on my car at no additional cost which I very much appreciated. I have been their twice and pleased with the finished job and plan to go back in the future. I also while I was waiting visited with some other customers who were pleased and had been back with their cars many times. I will recommend to others this is a good place for auto detailing.

+ -1 moreIn my humble opinion, I quite honestly think that you are making a huge mistake by NOT using the services offered by this business. I rather blindly chose MINT CONDITION partly because (with the price of gas being what it is) it was not too far away. But now that I know the quality of work they perform, I would consider driving up to 30 miles if necessary to get there. The other reviewer was correct by stating it was a small operation--a young couple and a few workers. So what! For me that is all the more reason to support a local (mom and pop) business. The local economy would be much healthier if we all did that more. One last bit of information. I arrived rather late in the day for my appointment. In spite of that the husband and wife stayed an hour and a half past their closing to finish up my car. I am not sure why the previous reviewer thought they rated a and quot;Band quot;, but for me they ranked an and quot;and quot;A+and quot; . Like I said at the beginning of this review, they really merit you giving them a try.
Description of Work: I took my car in for detailing. For someone who is not quite sure what detailing is, I would describe it as as very THOROUGH car wash including a lot of additional work performed as well. Your vehicle is washed, polished, vacuumed thoroughly, the carpets and upholstery deep steam cleaned, all interior surfaces cleaned and UV protectorate applied with particular attention to the dash, vents, steering wheel, shifters, console, knobs, radios etc. The windows were cleaned streak free both inside and out. The mirrors, both interior and exterior were polished. They even wiped down the windshield wiper blades. The wheels were cleaned and polished not only on the outside, but on the inside of the wheel as well! That attention to detail surprised even me. My tires were thoroughly scrubbed and a UV protector applied to them. My 2009 car actually looked better than when I drove it away from the dealership the first time. I sincerely apologize to MINT CONDITION if I have left something important off my list. So much was done to my car that I may have forgotten to include it.
