Mint Condition

We made an appointment for 10:00 am on Tuesday morning, and they took us at exactly 10:00. It took approximately 2 hours, and they completely cleaned and finished the car, inside and out. The vinyl and upholstery looks like new, even though it is 12 years old. They gave us a new floor mat for the driver's side, where holes had been worn in the old one, and they gave us a new rubber mat for the back of the car. The attention to detail was exquisite!

They did a good job. They were honest and they did a good job inside and out. They did the work in April and both cars looked great and I didn't spend anything else.

The service price was based upon an Angie's list special. The truck was finish in a very timely manner. Upon a quick inspection it looked good until I got home an noticed the passenger side of the truck which not finish. The windows were all hazy from being cleaned, parts of the truck body were not completely clean of dirt. I guess you get what you pay for.

Very well! They did a good job. Well, as soon as drive reached, it has been about 3 months ago. They were efficient, took it in, cleaned it all up, fully set up, had ready in time when they said they would do, and right on time. On price, I got a large deal on it, so, it was a great price. I do not know what the real price is. They are good from little local pop shop because they do a nice job.

I returned the deal because they're in Ogden and I'm in Salt Lake which is an hour drive. The guy was pretty rude on the e-mail as well. I sent them an e-mail and told them I purchased a deal and asked them what time would be good. He said that my car needs to be there at 10 AM. I said I need to make an appointment because I work 60-70 hours a week. He said, and ldquo;Car here, 10 AM, or it doesn't get done.and rdquo; What I found out was basically, you have to leave your car there and they just go first come first serve. It's an odd thing for a detail. You usually make appointments for detail. The fact that they say they service to Salt Lake area is absolutely absurd. It's a pretty good price. Four days had gone by and I hadn't heard of them so I e-mailed them. I think it took him about a day to get back to me with e-mail. I expected someone to call me within a day to schedule it.

They never would answer the phone and did not respond to messages left on their voice mail. I'm very disappointed in the outcome of this offer.

My experience with them was very good. Overall they did a very good job.

This went really well. I went to them and they a nice job. I was in Salt Lake and it was worth the drive to Ogden to have it done. This deal covered interior and exterior. What I like about them is that they got me in quick and got me out fast as well. They were very thorough and they cleaned it very well since my car was pretty dirty. They could probably make their waiting a little nicer, but that's it.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and we were not happy with them. It was not like it was terrible, awful, but we won't go back to them. There was a long wait and then the interior of the car was still really damp so we could not put our mats in right away. They gave us the wrong big, back hatch mat, but brought us the right one several days later. That was a hassle.

everything went very well. they removed all the hard water spots that were on my truck and my truck hadnt looked that good since it was brought home.

They were prompt and helpful. They need to clean up their outside and office to look a little more professional.

In their defense I brought my car at the end of the week and the end of one of their promotions. However, they did not tell me when I called to set an appointment that it was a really crowded time. So my car sat there from 10:00 AM until 6:00PM. I was the last car done and I'm sure they were tired, because although the car was much cleaner the job was sloppy. The carpets weren't as clean as I had hoped. They forgot to clean the trunk. The front panel was greasy and the driver's side window wouldn't open for several hours. There were black grease marks on the trunk that I had to rub off. The main reason that I would never return is that they made me leave my car parked on the front side walk with the key left in the ignition. Because there were so many cars parked mine was a ways from their building and there were a lot of homeless people wandering around. I expressed concern twice and finally insisted that they allow me to leave my key inside with them. That really bothered me. But, the car was cleaner and the engine looked great.

It's amazing how great an older car can look after being detailed by Mint Condition. They thoroughly cleaned by Toyota Camry inside and out - even the trunk. They commented that my seat belts were grey again! They were really dirty and looked more black than grey. My husband's truck was really filthy and they made it look new again! They even got lots of light scratches buffed out. They have a sign that reads something about not being the very best, but they do a darn good job for a fair price. They really are great. I wholeheartedly recommend them to all but the prissiest people.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. I would recommend them. They were really nice. They worked with my schedule. The car was beautiful when I got back.

.I used Mint Condition prior to being an AngiesList member. I try to keep my car reasonably clean. When I feel it needs a complete detail, I have taken my car to professionals to do a deep clean. The car always looks great after Mint Condition details it. Great family; nice business. I am completely happy with their service. I drop the car off at 10:00 in the morning; they call me when the job is completed.

The car looked like new. I had to travel from Salt Lake to Ogden to get this service and it was worth it. Every nick and corner was clean.

Had 2 cars detailed. They now look better than when I bought them. Highly recommend!

Mint Condition were good. They did a great job. I was really pleased. I had to drive all the way from Salt Lake to Austin. It was quite a drive, so they actually bumped me up. They had customers ahead, but they did it faster because they knew I was just going to sit there and wait for it. They were very professional.

The people were polite and loaned me their business truck so I wouldn't have to sit in their waiting room. The job they did was ok, but I was expecting better. I ended up doing some clean up work when I got home. They put a floor mat in my car that belonged to someone else so I ended up making a separate trip to return that. I thought I was getting a real hot deal, but after I looked at the web site later I realized I could have spent less directly at the shop and received approximately the same services. (Lesson learned on that one.) I would maybe use them again now that my expectations are adjusted, but I'm not sure. Overall not a bad experience.

Mostly a good experience. They won't make appointments, saying and quot;just be there by 10AM and we'll take care of youand quot;. I asked if it would do any good to be there earlier, and was told and quot;not more than 10 minutesand quot;. We arrived at 9:45 and there were already 6 cars ahead of us. Our $89.00 coupon was supposed to get us the $179.00 top-of-the-line detailing, but possibly because they were so busy, I think they fell short. They did everything they said they would, but some of the details necessary for excellence were absent. When I got the car home I had to rub off left-over cleaning/polishing/finishing compound traces from several parts of the car - not just dust residue, but the actual compound. The headlight covers were for the most part cleared as promised, but the edges and corners were missed. The sun-baked vinyl cover on the bumpers received some treatment, but needed more. These are all relatively minor complaints, but if I had paid the full price for the service I would not have been pleased. On the plus side, it's a 13 year old car and nothing would change that. They certainly made it a very good looking 13 year old car. They're a family operation, and everyone there was working hard and hustling all day. They were friendly and did what they could to get us out on time. Since we were from out of town they even let us use one of their personal cars for the day, clearly above and beyond. If I were to use them again, I would need another coupon deal, and I would expect to leave the car with them well beyond the 3 to 4 hours they told me. And maybe if I were to avoid going in on the last day of a coupon promotion, I would have no complaints at all. I like what they do and how they operate, and maybe they were simply over-matched on that day.

It went very well, they were done when they said they would be. There is quit a bit of damage to the body of this truck and they made it look very good. The owner of this truck was a heavy smoker, they even did a good job of getting the smell out. I am thankful you offered me such a good deal on this service.

Okay, they're not perfect on glass, but they are very near perfect on everything else. Sometimes when you take advantage of special pricing offers you get abbreviated performance. Not here. The loaner vehicle was a real added plus. I won't hesitate to return.

They are located about 50 miles from me, in Ogden, and it would not have been practical for me to dive there.
