When scheduling the appointment I was told they were going to need be in the home for an 1 1/2 hours, they would use several different treatments to rid the fleas inside the condo I did not even have an infestation inside the condo, and I wanted to use them to prevent an infestation and another treatment outside the parameter of the whole condominium building. He reassured me the entire building would be sprayed. Upon their arrival, I walked guy #1 through the condo, as he was walking through he used an aerosol spray bottle, 2 spray sprits in both bedrooms, 3 in the living room, and 2 in the kitchen. He walked outside and talked with guy #2 told him and me to only spray in front of my condo, by my front door, and only half of 1 side of the building, because he did not want to have a lawsuit. Even though I informed him I was told differently by the sales assoc., I assured him I was allowed to have the whole outside area sprayed. They were gone within less than a half-hour, not an 1 1/2 hours. I also have cameras inside and outside of the condo. When I stepped outside, guy 1 masked guy 2 where was the treatment he was to bring to finish the inside treatment I paid $300.00 for. Guy 2 said he met up with another guy going on a different job site and gave it to him. Unbeknownst to them, the whole conversation was recorded. They left 5 minutes after that. Plus I paid an additional $50 to have them come back out again within one month to retreat the outside The total payment upfront was $350.00, they did not give me the complete initial treatment, they never came back out for the 2nd treatment I paid in advance for, and they charged me another $50.00 for a treatment they did not do, nor even tried to reach me to come back out. Plus, I was told to wait 30 days before the treatment would be completely effective. When I called to complain they told me I would have had to call them within 3 days of service to be reimbursed. I waited the 30days to call. In the meantime I had to Vacuum 2 twice daily furniture and carpet after treatment for at least 2 weeks. When I called to complain I did not even receive the full treatment I was promised, I am now being charged again for another service that was not rendered. Also I was told by the sales assoc. I could get out of the month to month contract at anytime. tw customer solutions after 50 minutes I had to agree if I wanted the contract to be cancelled I would have to forgo them to come back out to provide the service I originally paid for. Also sales assoc. said the $50.00 monthly payment for monthly outside treatment, when I tw customer solutions I was informed it was every 90 day treatment, not every 30 days, yet they were going to take out $50.00 a month. Best advise do not use them.

Showed up on time, a only issue was the confused contact to sign up after I already had a date and paid.

The tech , Matt Sullivan , approached and solved the issue we had with an invasion of bee nests around the house. He did not mind and not charged extra for coming back till no bee was seen or even “intended” to come back.
